• Tammy (8/5): It was perfect. Could see the ocean, access to parks, pool. Listened to the ocean to go to sleep..Awesome Christmas!!🎅 - The location was A1!!! It was very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, nice washing machine and dryer. The only thing I didn’t like were the stairs.. I would stay again.. 😊 The stairs. I am 60 yrs old with bad knees..

• Terry (6/5): Great spot but some improvements are required - Great location and view. Everything needed in the kitchen was available. Two TVs were very handy. Front door very difficult to open. Folding front doors likewise quite difficult to open and shut. Built in cupboards in main bedroom stank and couldn't be used. There was a leak under the kitchen sink causing water on the kitchen floor. A lift would be handy as climbing two flights of steps with heavy luggage is a pain.
• Karly (8/5): Loved it, definitely would stay there again - The view of course! Beds were comfy, good location, close to everything, food places around had great food. Only thing I could say wrong was maybe a bigger couch! Was hard to squeeze onto the couch with kids

• Samantha (3/5): Very disappointing and did not meet our expectations based on the photos on the website. - The location of the accomodation was great. The beach was across the road and within walking distance to eateries. The verandah was also nice. The accomodation was dirty, mouldy and in poor condition. The photos on the website are at least 10 years old as the apartment is not in the condition shown. The cost for the place should have provided a much better standard particularly that the property price did not include any linen. Pricing of the accomodation was also confusing with the invoice price breakdown changing a number of times leading up to the stay - some included a cleaning cost others didn’t. Obviously the place is not being cleaned so a fee to clean the property is a joke. The instructions for collecting the keys was insufficient and caused us double tripping back into town. I do not recommend staying here - spend your money somewhere else.

• Karen (7/5): Lovely location with great balcony view, but the unit needs updating - Excellent location. Great balcony view. Air-conditioning in bedrooms was good. Handle fell off wardrobe. Carpet in bedroom slightly stained. Plantation shutters getting broken and rusty. Bathroom needs an upgrade. No WiFi
• Warren (4/5): Disappointing - Great location The unit is very old, run down, Extremely dirty, I had to clean and vaccum before I would take my shoes off. Neighbours very loud, slamming doors and yelling in stair wells. Left at sunrise to vaccate as fast as possible.
• Christine (8/5): Beautiful views everyday distracted us from the minor irritation of less comfortable furniture - Fabulous location right opposite the surf lifesaving station. Close to several restaurants & shops and the boardwalk. Great shower and comfortable bed. New appliances & well equipped kitchen The garage doesn’t fit a commodore or falcon. There are at least 20external stairs & 4 internal flights making it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The couch & dining seats were uncomfortable.
