• karine (4/5): NON CONFORME AUX PHOTOS, PAS FONCTIONNEL - L'emplacement est à 10 minutes à pieds du métro. Le quartier est très calme avec une boulangerie au bout de la rue. La literie est correcte. La cuisine équipée et les consommables sont appréciés (linge de lit/toilette; Papier toilette; gel douche, shampoing, sel, poivre, huile, café et thé..). L'appartement ne figure pas sur les photos, et le standing est très nettement inférieur. Pour un appartement de 3 chambres (nous étions 5 adultes), nous ne disposions pas de salon, donc après une journée à se promener on aurait apprécié pouvoir se délasser dans un bon canapé devant un bon film mais ça n'est pas possible ! Il n'y a même pas de salle à manger, juste une petite cuisine de 1,70 m de large où est placée une table pour y manger ; mais où il est impossble de se placer tout autour, et je ne parle même pas de la circulation autour ! Donc on oublie la soirée jeux de cartes en famille. Bref, la soirée se terminait "chacun dans sa chambre" sur son mobile à regarder un film ou lire un bouquin :-( Quant à l'aspect fonctionnel du WC dans la salle de bain, ça semble un détail mais avec 5 adultes, il faut une sacrée organisation ! Pas de portant dans la salle de bain pour accrocher les serviettes, heureusement que le sèche linge fait office de plan de travail pour y poser sa trousse de toilette ! Il n'y a aucune fenêtre dans les espaces de vie sauf pour 2 chambres côté rue, la troisième chambre est aveugle, je n'ose même pas imaginer ce que ça doit être l'été. Le chauffage s'éteint en pleine nuit et on se gèle au petit matin ! Même pour 2 personnes cet appartement n'est pas fonctionnel et très désagréable car on ne s'y repose pas, on y dort seulement ! Décevant.

• Martin (4/5): Wer eine Unterkunft nur zum Übernachten sucht ist es Ok, wer auch dort gemütlich Frühstücken oder ein Glas Wein trinken - Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Im Wohnbereich gab es keine Fenster, somit kein Tageslicht. Die Waschbecken waren sehr klein und der Abfluss war komplett locker, so dass wir und erstmal damit beschäftigen konnten. Die Schlafsofas waren von innen extrem schmutzig.

• TATIANA (3/5): Decepcionante - La limpieza muy básica Las fotos no son fidedignas con las publicadas No hay salón en el apto de 3 habitaciones Es un bajos muy oscuro, 1 de las habitaciones sin ventana, en otra entraba aire La mesa de comedor apenas cabía en el espacio, Si ponías sillas en un lado no cabían en el otro Para 8 totalmente insuficiente el espacio Nos costó mucho abrir la puerta (creemos que porque la cerradura no tenía pilas, conseguimos entrar de milagro la 2* noche tras muchos intentos ) Decepcionante

• Paulina (8/5): Przytulne mieszkanie dla dużej rodziny, cudowne łóżka - Duże, przestronne mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, w salonie duży stół (super dla dużej rodziny), wygodne łóżka i przytulnie urządzone sypialnie (cudownie się spało), mieszkanie na parterze, więc nie było żadnych schodów do pokonania z walizkami. Mimo kilku wad wróciłabym tam jeszcze raz. Mieszkanie ciemniejsze niż na zdjęciach - salon, kuchnia i łazienka są bez okien, do sypialni wpada niedużo światła, pościel nie wysuszona do końca, osoba sprzątająca weszła równo o czasie wymeldowania - była to nasza pierwsza taka sytuacja, widać że mieszkanie jest w pośpiechu szykowane dla następnego gościa. Lokalizacja niedaleko stacji metra, ale akurat w czasie naszego pobytu najbliższa stacja była zamknięta (na kilka miesięcy).

• Elisa (2/5): Uno specchio per allodole - La posizione Già entrando nel palazzo l'atmosfera non è delle migliori. Dopo una difficile ricerca (l'host ci ha detto appartamento al 5 piano SENZA ascensore, che in realtà non esiste), finalmente, dopo essere saliti sull' ASCENSORE, apriamo la porta dell'appartamento al QUARTO piano. All'ingresso ci troviamo una asciugatrice piena di lenzuola e salviette ancora da svuotare e una cucina fatiscente, che non abbiamo avuto il coraggio di utilizzare.La pulizia della casa è molto approssimativa (troviamo anche un calzino usato vicino a un letto). la mancanza di cura è evidente. il bagno oltre che sporco, non scaricava l'acqua della doccia, del lavandino e della vasca. Dopo una nostra tempestiva segnalazione, ci è stato detto che avrebbero provveduto a mandare qualcuno per risolvere il problema, ma nessuno è mai apparso. Altro grosso limite: il caldo! Un appartamento per otto persone con un solo ventilatore. Abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile averne un secondo, ma anche in questo caso ci è stata data della gran tara: nessun aiuto concreto. Le foto presenti su booking sono ingannevoli, in quanto anche la parte di casa con il bel parquet della foto, presenta nel pavimento degli scricchiolii e tremolii al passaggio, che abbiamo temuto di cadere al piano di sotto. Il comodino si è autosmontato solo dopo che ci ho appoggiato il telefono e ho aperto il cassetto per riporre il mio libro🤦🏽‍♀️. Il Bagno con il wc è cieco e senza specchio. Alla nostra richiesta di una lavatrice ci è stato detto che nell'appartamento non era presente, in realtà ce n'era una funzionante, una nuova ma inutilizzabile e l'asciugatrice di cui sopra. NB noi ci siamo spostati per Vienna agilmente con le macchine(essendo weekend, molti parcheggi sono gratis),.ma non crediate di essere vicini alla linea della metro segnata nel titolo dell'immobile: quella fermata si trova molto distante dalla casa (verificate su Google Maps).
• Leonardo (5/5): - L'appartamento è abbastanza confortevole, anche se la pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare, oltre alle lenzuola non stirare. L'appartamento è abbastanza comodo ai servizi di trasporto per muoversi verso il centro. Il check-in è molto tardi senza un servizio di deposito bagagli comodo. Non è stato semplice arrivarci dall'aeroporto e una volta arrivati abbiamo avuto difficoltà a muoverci perché avevamo sempre i bagagli al seguito. In quanto all'appartamento almeno e lenzuola dovrebbero essere stirate, mentre gli asciugamani per il cambio erano ancora in asciugatrice.
• Masoud (6/5): - The apartment we stayed in was different from the one shown in the photos on the main booking page. It was a ground-floor unit, and the small sitting area, kitchen, toilet, and shower room had no windows. One of the bedrooms had a window, but it only looked out onto the corridor.
• FABIO (5/5): - La casa è ben arredata e attrezzata ed è situata in una zona ben collegata ai mezzi pubblici e con tutti i servizi (supermercati, ristoranti, farmacia ecc.). I letti sono molto comodi. Purtroppo la casa al piano terra è molto buia. Cucina, soggiorno e bagno sono senza finestre. C'era inoltre molta umidità.

• Ammar (1/5): very bad. without air condition - Nothing honestly I was about to cancel the reservation the same day I arrived at the apartment The host's treatment was extremely poor. He asked me for an additional fee if I entered the apartment before the specified time, even though I had informed him that I would be leaving the apartment before the specified time. The apartment did not have air conditioning, and the weather was very hot. I was unable to open the apartment windows because they overlooked the street directly and were on the ground floor. There was no place to sit in the apartment. There was only a dining table in the hallway, and movement in the apartment was very noisy. I asked the landlord to bring in an air conditioner or provide me with another place to stay. He promised to do so, but he never did anything about it. Visits are prohibited or you will be fined. Honestly, this is the first time in my life I've learned that visits are prohibited at a place of residence. It was very embarrassing for me. The stay was very poor.
