The big lounge a bit uncomfortable. I sat in the chairs instead.
- Duane (6/5): great value for the money, great views, close to everything, will look at this place again. - parking was an issue, but once parked, the lock box was easy to use, had no problems gaining access .
the view from the balcony was excellent, the sunsets were photo bombshells. the boat ramp boat parking across the street, great for the boaties, you can park there and keep an eye out, never felt unsecure the whole week, maybe different at other times of the year. fishing is great in the bay, along the beaches of Shoal Bay and out wide if you have a boat. the unit itself was ok, but a few issues need to be resolved, broken or non aligned cupboard doors need fixing, toilet role holder in laundry needs attention, carpets need to be steam cleaned or removed all together as dust is a BIG issue for sufferers of allergies. Hot water system needs to have instructions for users, cold showers are not a good thing. the smell of dirty water being used on or around the grass areas is a concern as well. it smelt of sewerage water. ?? maybe the smell was coming from elsewhere, but it was very strong when sprinklers were running at night.

- Todd (10/5): 3/12 Columbia Nelson Bay. - The position opposite Little Beach is fantastic. It's a very spacious apartment, facing the water in a small block of six. Undercover car parking and wifi were a bonus. We relaxed and enjoyed it that much, we'll definitely be back. The Managing Agents Team were a pleasure to deal with. Nothing.
