• Мария (1/5): Реалност различна от снимките! - Местоположението, близо до спирка на градски транспорт. Парно и топла вода. Кутиите за ключа поставени на вход/изход подземен етаж, тъмно. Стаята с нормални размери, но! Светят две лампи, тип лунички на тавана от 4, мрачно. Пердетата закачени тук там. Няма лампи над шкафчетата до леглото. Супер индустриален стил на обзавеждане - дупките по стената от кофража запълнени с тоалетна хартия, бетон та стена и под. Стената е разцепена. Контактът за телевизора виси на кабел, а самият телевизор няма връзка с оператор, тоест няма телевизия. Но, има интернет. Банята отвратително мръсна. Няма кошчета за смет в помещението. Спалното бельо захабено. Втора завивка набутана намачкана в гардероба. Няма дори кана за топла вода, но пък има печка с голяма тенджера! Пералня, но пък терасата не бе мита и почистена от месеци. Фарове от кутия цигари разпиляни по пода. Столовете и масата също мръсни. Изобщо, ужас! Няма нищо общо със снимките в Интернет.

• Zori (1/5): Disgusting - Nothing except the location of the building Never book this place to stay in. The worst experience I’ve ever had via booking. The place was dirty, unsecured and it doesn’t look like the pictures. The reason I’ve left on the first 30 minutes was mostly because there was no hot water and you cannot get a shower even except if you prefer to wash yourself with ice water😄 Also I’ve heard from local people this place is used for inappropriate purposes….
• Tatiana (10/5): По домашнему - Всё супер! Были с сыном в Софии по делам, чувствовали себя как дома. Для комфортной жизни всё есть в плане бытовой техники. Конечно может не хватает какой-то посуды и половой тряпки, но мы с сыном сейчас на чемоданах и у нас это всё было с собой.
• Anastasiia (9/5): Все было замечательно, обязательно рекомендую эти апартаменты, в потрясающем районе и с потрясающими видами. - Очень стильные апартаменты, все удобства и все очень мне понравилось. Единственный минус для меня был это душ, во время купания вся вода была по всей ванной комнате и мне приходилось мыть голову в раковине чтобы просто не затопить помещение. Отсутствие бортиков в ванной комнате для принятия душа.

• Zuzana (7/5): Decent stay for the price, but room for improvement - The room was quite clean, which was a plus, and we appreciated the convenience of the self check-in and check-out process. This place could be an acceptable option for those who are on a tight budget and don’t mind a longer ride to the city center on a (most times) crowded bus. The shower was very impractical as it had no curtain or glass partition, resulting in the entire bathroom floor becoming wet after each use, and it was impossible to avoid this! The bed was quite uncomfortable and squeaky. The radiator had an issue as it was leaking water and every few seconds we heard drops of water fell from it - it disrupted our sleep. Nobody told us about this issue in advance. The kitchen equipment was very minimal, almost nothing available for cooking. Wi-Fi connection barely worked, which was quite frustrating. It would also be great to add a hairdryer, a dish towel, and perhaps even a kettle to improve the overall experience.
• Oresti (1/5): CLEAN THE BEDSHEETS!!!!!!!!!! - The modern interior. The kitchen is very good. The room is spacious. The room has several useful electronic devices. The mattress and the bedsheets were full of stains that looked like piss or blood or cum, all kind of stains 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮 and I discovered this when I was leaving the apartment 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 CLEAN THE MATTRESS AND THE BEDSHEETS!!!!!!!!!!! The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The balcony was shared with the other apartment. The curtain was too thin, privacy was compromised during the day. When having a shower all the bathroom gets wet because there is no shower plate. Bathroom ventilation is bad. The location doesn't seem so far away from the center but with the traffic in the city, in several scenarios it took me longer to go to the center than to the airport. The TV can't load Netflix.

The apartment in overal is clean & equipped 4. The apartment is pretty soundproof. 1. Pretty far from the city center but the price is fair 2. Some of the little holes in the wall behind the bed are clogged with garbage (paper & chewing gum).
