Vojtěch (4/5): Byli jsme na Lipně, to je asi celé k ubytování…..obrovské zklamání!!! - Klidná lokalita…. Malé, nedostatečné vybavení v kuchyni, dveře jen šoupačky, vůbec žádný úložný prostor, vše je tam slyšet…..

MICHAELA (3/5): - Líbilo se nám že jsme na Lipně tím bohužel končíme. Když jsme přijeli bylo první velké zklamání spaní místo manželské postele nás čekala postel s vysouvacím šuplíkem a molitanové matrace. Nedalo se na ní spát tak jsme spali na rozkládací pohovce. Další co nás překvapilo byla neumytá podlaha v koupelně, sprcha a umyvadlo. Nachystané ručníky smrděly zatuchlynou a utěrka byla dokonce špinavá. Další překvapení nás čekalo mezi hrnci kde byla pánev plná použitého oleje. V mrazáku jsme našly krokety mraženou zeleninu a nanuky. Paní uklízečka očividně úplně neuklízela. Řešení majitele ubytování bylo takové že úklid napraví. Tato "náprava" dopadla tak že pánev zmizela takže jsme si neměli na čem opéct maso, ručníky pořád smrděly. Jediné co bylo opravdu uklizené byla koupelna a mrazák.
Eliška (10/5): - Velmi moc pěkný, moderně zařízený apartmán. Byly jsme ubytovaný se 2 pejsky. Zde není co vytknout.
Robin (7/5): - Konečně je někde kabelová televize co funguje 😀👍 Balkón super. V přízemí jsou parádní stojany na kola a hlídá to tam kamerový systém. Řekl bych, že je to celkem klidné místo na kraji Lipna nad Vltavou Proležená matrace na rozvrzané posteli.
Pavel (8/5): - Lokalita nám plně vyhovovala, klidné místo. Dobrý poměr ceny a kvality. Příchody sousedů a kroky po schodech byly výrazně slyšet. Ale měli jsme štěstí na klidné sousedy.

swehha (10/5): - Очень комфортные небольшие номера...все продумано до мелочей! Особое внимание, прекрасные матрасы, чистейшая постель!!! Минусов не нашлось... Единственное, не было фена в ванной комнате.

Călin (10/5): Excellent, we'll certainly come back for many nights! - The location was excellent, the host was very welcoming, the atmosphere was peaceful, the terrace was large and comfortable, the room was clean, cozy and welcoming.
Nisant (7/5): Good - Good location & Balcony & parking 👌 The place wasn't clean properly, cigarettes were left on the ash tray from previous people staying there.
