• ?? (10/5): - ムラーノ島、ブラーノ島へ向かう船の停留所が近く使用しやすかったです。 部屋も綺麗でした！ ですが、近くのお店は比較的早く閉まるので歩いて5〜10分ほど行ったところに夜暗い中歩くのが不安な方は注意が必要かもしれないです。
• Donna (8/5): - This room is quite small with limited space for luggage. There is neither closet nor hooks to hang outerwear. The kitchen fridge was not working but there was a nice water cooler/ heater. Convenient to the waterbus and walkable to breakfast. Bed was comfortable. On the first floor is a small room adjacent to the kitchen area with a couple of tables to work or eat.

• Anna (9/5): Ótimo! - Quarto ótimo, moderno, limpo e bem arejado. Prédio muito bem localizado, do lado da parada do vaporeto e a uns dois km da estação de trem. Região bem central, fizemos tudo a pé. Comunicação com a equipe do hotel também foi bem fácil, fizemos check-in e check-out com agilidade. Tem um espaço comunitário com filtro de água, o que é ótimo, mas achei que podia ter uma cafeteira pra facilitar a vida. Também temos que começar a falar de horários de check-in cada vez mais tardios e check-out cada vez mais cedo. Essa está longe de ser a primeira hospedagem que faz isso, mas vamos considerar que estamos pagando diárias sem de fato ter o direito de ficar 24h no local.

• Peter (7/5): - Budget accommodation which is cheap, convenient for the Fondamente Nove and its many vaporetto lines, and reasonably comfortable. Seemed very clean. Bed was too soft. The evaluation scores assigned by others seem excessive and generate expectations that are too high. The place (it is not really a hotel) is absolutely fine in its category 1. The hotel's location on the Booking map is incorrect. The place is much closer to the waterfront than indicated 2. There are no staff on site. All communication and check-in was remote which is a pain 3. You really shouldn't expect too much at the price but a bedroom where there is NOWHERE to hang or place clothes? No wardrobes or cupboards, no hangers or hooks, no tables or chairs. I arrived soaked from the rain and had to hang my things from door handles, window handles and the towel rail in the bathroom 4. No table to put your laptop or chair to sit and do things on it

Esta a unos 300m de la parada F. te Nove por lo que puedes llegar desde el aeropuerto Marco Polo con la empresa Alilaguna que cuesta 32€ ida y vuelta. Nosotros lo hicimos y es muy cómodo. El barrio es muy tranquilo con restaurantes cercanos. Volveré a repetir.

• PANAGIOTIS (8/5): Πολύ καλό απλά για έναν ύπνο σε προσιτή τιμή για Βενετία χωρίς όμως ιδιαίτερες παροχές - Καθαρό, κοντά σε σταθμό με βαπορέτα, ήσυχο, σε καλή τιμ.η για δεδομένα Βενετίας Sarebbe bello avere un piccolo frigorifero in ogni stanza. Inoltre, ci sarebbero delle capsule per il caffè, dato che c'è già una macchina per il caffè. Inoltre, sebbene ci fosse un frigorifero al piano terra, era fuori servizio senza essere rotto. Il cliente dovrebbe semplicemente collegarlo. θα ήταν καλό να τοποθετηθεί ένα μικρό ψυγείο σε κάθε δωμάτιο. Όπως επίσης να υπάρχουν κάψουλες καφέ αφού υπήρχε ήδη μηχανή καφέ. Επίσης ενώ υπήρχε ψυγείο στο ισόγειο ήταν εκτός λειτουργίας χωρίς να είναι χαλασμένο. Απλα θα έπρεπε να το συνδέσει ο πελάτης.

• Aleksandra (1/5): Worst experience ever. - easy to find, clean I got a room on a ground floor next to the front door. Wasn't possible to rest, sleep since front door opens and closes abnormally loud so everything is shaking inc bed and of course other guests coming and going out all the time. Also no chair no hook no hanger where to put jacket.
• Ielyzaveta (8/5): Very good - Comfy bed Good air conditioning Great bathroom with all the necessities Very caring staff Awesome location - 15 min by foot from the city centre As my room was on the 1st floor and streets are narrow, it was loud quite a lot and I felt like I couldn't open the windows Also for some reason it was always humid in the apartment and the house, quite unpleasant I wish I could actually meet the staff and be able to talk to them rather that chatting The room lacks shelves/hanger and there is no place to put clothes on, so I had to rearrange it somehow and put my clothes on the TV
• Gunita (10/5): Very nice hotel - Self check-in before arrival. Directions to the hotel are sent before to arrival. The hotel has a small kitchen with tea, water and a microwave. If necessary, you can leave your luggage in the hotel's living room, which is safe, before check-in. The hotel hostess Ilaria was wonderful and caring, making the stay at the hotel comfortable and pleasant.

• Gill (10/5): Excellent spot, would highly recommend. - Only a 5 minute from the blue line boat transfer from the airport. It was easy to find in the dark. Twenty minute walk from the train station. Lots of fabulous restaurants nearby. Air con struggled to keep the room cool at night.

• Eva (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, near the water bus stop - perfect for those coming from the airport. Good restaurants nearby. Quiet area. The room was clean and spacious. The building was recently renewed and is in good condition. Easy communication with the host and they even allowed me to check-in earlier. I also liked the self-checkin - not having to worry about meeting someone to get access to the room. The walls are bit thin, but this is normal of most buildings in Venice.
• Flavia (10/5): Exceptional - From the beginning of our stay until the end, everything was perfect. Ilaria was very kind and informative, sharing advice on restaurants and more. The location was excellent, as it is close to the main attractions, while conveniently away from the noisy streets. Would definitely stay here again!

• Adrianna (8/5): Good place - - Great location, right next to the water bus stop so no need to carry your luggage through any stairs. - Clear info on how to find and enter the hotel and the room, making it easy to arrive at any time of day and night. - No storage for luggage but they have more hotels around the city and it was even more convenient to leave the suitcases in one of them right next to train station for free ofc - the only thing I didn't like was that the floor was cleaned only in the middle of the room. Under the bed, around nightstands and under the tv it was super dirty, so it's not really hypoallergenic like it's described and not soundproof at all 😅 we could hear guests from the room opposite of ours talking (not loud, but still)

• Kelly (9/5): Great value for Venice, and awesome for anyone that wants to be close to the action, but be able to get away from the cr - Great location in the quieter part of town, but still easily walkable to main attractions (just expect to get lost in the Venice streets!) Close to the water taxi stop from the airport, and Vaporetto stops. Very clean room and comfortable bed & nice bathroom. Also close to a great restaurant- Osteria al Tajer Property felt very safe & secure - with a building door lock & your own room lock. However for your room the door needed to be unlocked by a key from inside, and there was only one key - so if one person went out - you either locked them in your room or left them in an unlocked room

• Olga (3/5): We couldn't use the shower for 3 nights out of 4 nights of our stay. The garbage was not taken out - The hotel has a great location. The room was clean when we checked in. Ilaria was friendly and always available. When we had problems with our payment card and asked to split the payment into two parts at different times, the hotel agreed 1. We booked a superior room with a bathroom and shower in the room. But we actually couldn't use the shower for 3 nights out of 4 nights of our stay. When I first wanted to take a shower, the room was flooded with water. It was literally a lake on the floor. The water was under the bed, flowed to the middle of the room and miraculously did not wet our luggage and shoes. The next day Ilaria visited our room with a repairman and said that the problem was in the shower cabin seal. The old seal was worn out and damaged. But the hotel could not change the seal on the same day. They did not offer to move us to another room. We were only advised to use the shower cabin with caution. In fact, it was impossible to use the shower cabin, otherwise you got a lot of water on the floor. In our room the shower cabin was not in a separate bathroom, but right in the middle of the room near the bed. So you would immediately flood the whole room and the bed with water. In the end, the seal was replaced on 3 of the 4 days of our stay. When we asked about a discount or any other compensation, since we were counting on a room with a shower cabin but could not use it, the hotel responded that they did not see a reason for a discount or other compensation. 2. The technician came when we were not in the room. No one warned us the day before. Ilaria warned us only an hour or two before the technician arrived. But we were on a tour and did not see the message. It was uncomfortable. We would not like people to just come into the room in our absence without warning. 3. The room was not cleaned while we were staying at the hotel. The garbage was never taken out. Once we sent a message to Ilaria where we could take the garbage out and she personally came and took it. All the other days the garbage remained in the room. Also, there was no replacement of towels, hygiene products such as toilet paper and shower products 4. At first the room was very cold

Ilaria was SO helpful, meeting me for check in and giving me plenty of information and recommendations around Venice. The location is great and the rooms were very comfy. • Ronan (10/5): Exceptional - The room was amazing. Everything is new in this accommodation. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was powerful and always had hot water straight away. The room has a very clean modern look. I can't forget to mention your host Ilaria, she gave it the human touch of feeling like you were at home, she will give you all the help you need, with which restaurants, bars and pubs to go to and even which vaporetto to take when visiting Murano, Burano etc.

Room was cooled by them opening windows , which resulted in mosquitos and bites. Nowhere to leave luggage after checkout , which was a pain.

• Jean (9/5): Ca' La Campa gem! - A new establishment so everything is in pristine working order. Ilaria was on site to meet me, took time to explain so much of Venice must do's to me and availed herself to book tickets for me. The location was perfect for me as it was away from the popular Grand Canale and really close to the Pier F. Nove so lugging luggage through alley ways was non existent. The local food places were fabulous value for money and service. I thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation (2 flights up) so if stairs are not your thing, tell Ilaria to put you in a 1st floor room. Shower was fantastic, spacious and little additions left for me was so appreciated. Not applicable
• Paul (10/5): New, nice,clean, friendly. A1 - If you're planning boat trips from Fondamente Nove then this is ideal. It's about a 40 second walk from the D jetty. Communication was great, even before arrival. It's new. The bed and pillows are firm ( not too firm...you know what I mean) everything is clean. The water was hot, the a/c allowed me to heat up the room for a short while in the morning. Kettle and cups in the room ( bring your own instant coffee or tea) Thete is a small communal area downstairs with a small kitchen with fridge and microwave. Before people ask why there is no fridge in the rooms, remember this place is a new venture, and it is not a proper hotel . Maybe if the place is a success next summer then they may invest in fridges for the rooms. There are restaurants around the corner on the waterfront, so you wont go hungry anyway! All in all it totally suited my needs, which was to explore the islands for a couple of days.
• Kovi (7/5): It was a pleasant trip beautiful new place still needs a bit of work - The location was amazing being around the corner from multiple cafes and within walking distance of pretty much everything else. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were extremely kind welcoming and accommodating. There were a few issues with the heating/air-conditioning unit as well as a lack of Flyscreens on the windows which causes mosquitoes
