• Cécile (1/5): - Le propriétaire nous a laissé sans nouvelles, aucun codes nous a été donnés, on la contacté plein de fois mais sans réponses, nous nous sommes donc retrouvés sans logement. À fuir !

• Patricia (6/5): - Lage sehr gut und in der Nacht ruhig. Unterkunft: Es hat soweit was man braucht wenn man nur dort schläft. Der Kontakt mit dem Inhaber war schlecht bei Rückfragen und auch konnte man das Studio leider nicht früher beziehen. Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig.

• Tanweer (7/5): Great overall - Location to the train station superb. One small thing - always nice to have some tea/ coffee/ salt / pepper/ sugar in the kitchen. It was 100% bare which is the first time I have experienced that . It’s not a big deal and we bought stuff from a grocery store but little cost and would have moved it to exceptional.

• A (9/5): Excellent - Most of the things A small distance pick up from rail station could make the trip more memorable
• Schmid (3/5): Preis Leistung stimmt gar nicht. - Selbstständiges einchecken und Parkplatz vorhanden. Nicht sauber im Bad überall Schimmel Spuren und daher auch etwas müffeligen Geruch. Kaffee Maschine vorhanden aber kein Kaffee.

• Broni (6/5): To be improved to be great place - The location and most importantly, free parking, the main bed is supper comfy. The WiFi was unstable and occasionally out of reach. We were given a wrong code for the key box. Frugal kitchen equipment but ok enough. Missing bulbs (2)in bedside lamps so only 1 was working. The sofa bed not comfortable but ok.

• Nandini (10/5): Exceptional - We have a mountain view from our window. House was clean and nice. Loved it. Just it is far away from the train station, and no bus/tram passes around the location, so we had to walk around 15 - 20 minutes.
• Colin (2/5): Extremely disappointed given the cost, couldn’t even get the basics right - The Location Poorly presented, before we entered the back area adjacent to the back door it was poorly presented. No TV, booking stated TV. Wifi was unusable. There was mould on the bathroom roof. The second bed was small and very uncomfortable. Holes in ceiling around light fixture. Reasonably expensive given it was very substandard.
• Pavithra (9/5): Good, excellent room, with all the facilities we needed. Pvt kitchen with equipment is a great deal. - We had an early arrival, since there is no reception, we had to call the person in the contact details of booking.com, then he arrived in about 30 min to hand over the keys. It’s better if there is at least someone to take care the property. Eventhough the room is clean enough, the outside isn’t that clean, and if we had an emergency, no one to contact on the spot. We were the only family lived in that nights, we were little scared too.
• Alexandra (5/5): Great view from balcony. - Great view from balcony. Owner responded very promptly and was very courteous of attending to our needs when he could. Tv wasn’t included as mentioned. Walk to train station isn’t walker friendly(no sidewalk until you hit the bridge and sharp corner cars are driving around). Towels, blankets and pillows felt very cheap.
• Jonathan (2/5): Unmaintained bad stay, avoid - Property had lots of parking, good fridge Smelt like smoke very strongly, had to leave our luggage in the car so it didn’t get fully smoke smell. Didn’t sleep well due to it. Exposed wiring, unresponsive host and the wifi didn’t work. No linen provided for the sofa bed, which was hard and uncomfortable. Worst stay of the trip by far
• Raymond (10/5): Nice studio near interlaken ost. - this studio is superb. worth for your money. walkable from.the metro from interlaken ost and nearby coop store. difficult to find the unit. outside is not that good but you get amaze once get inside. u have to contact the owner before the arrival. 🙂
• Orawan (8/5): Very good - The location is very excellent near the river and it's not far from train station. The view is nice. The size of room is good for 3-4 pp. The owner is very symphatique.
• Salsabila (7/5): Good - The house has a very nice view, well-decorated and bright. It also has bidet. Some refinement maybe needed for the bathroom. As we come in a group of 3, pillow and blanket for the sofa bed is not prepared.

• Ratchanee (1/5): Bad - When we arrived the room not same like they write on description and not same like we need. They staff at the property refused to check in, we can’t get key. They told us , they will cancel booking by themselves and they don’t charge anything from us but after that they took our money from credit card but we can’t get anything from the property.The accommodation so difficult to find too and not same in the picture!! They staff was lied. Not nice with the reception who pick up telephone . Right now we have a complaint at police station. We will sue them . Pls be careful if someone booking like us . They Will took your money and cheated your money like us
