Accès au salon, à la cuisine bien équipée pour préparer et prendre les repas Le grand plus, c’est le parking dans la cour, pour laisser son véhicule le temps du séjour, sachant que la station de metro Tooting Broadway (Northern line) est à 8mn Très bon accueil et suivi du séjour La douche à l’italienne donne directement sur le lavabo, le sol est donc mouillé devant.

Maariyah (10/5): - We had such a lovely experience staying at The Vicarage in Tooting. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Communication was prompt and clear throughout, which made check-in and getting settled super easy. One especially thoughtful touch was finding fresh croissants left out for us in the morning — such a kind gesture and a lovely way to start the day! The space itself was comfortable, clean, and full of charm. We felt completely at ease and hope to be back!
Richard (9/5): was ideal for us as we were moving our daughter into a flat a short walk away - Great location 4/5 minutes walk from Tooting High Street, in a quiet side street with free parking. the building is a restored Vicarage as the name suggests which retains many of its original features, there is a lovely garden to the rear of the property which is great for sitting out! Electric blinds on windows which seem a bit over the top!

Rachel (10/5): - I had a fantastic stay at The Vicarage- and an incredibly warm welcome from Mitesh (the host) and Mowgli (the dog.) The place is lovely- it feels like a little oasis in inner-city London. There is an lovely big garden and the rooms are charming and well-renovated, but the loveliest aspect was the friendliness of the host and other tenants. Mitesh often provided complimentary croissants, laughs and chats and The Vicarage really felt like a home. The tube station and shops are a five minute or so walk away and you can get into central London and touristy spots easily from Tooting. The area felt safe and easy. Highly recommend this place! Thank you Mitesh and team, I’ll be back again :)

Mooi en tegelijk comfortabel ingerichte kamers, alle ruimte om beneden gezellig samen of apart te kunnen relaxen, zowel binnen als buiten... onverwacht koffiekoeken als ontbijt, verfrissing en koffie en thee altijd tot je beschikking, alles heel netjes... kortom 'een thuis weg van huis'! Als je met de auto bent, gelegenheid tot veilig parkeren. En in het centrum van Londen sta je in no way door de bus die vlakbij stopt en de metro die op 10 minuten wandelen ligt. Als je van de drukte van Londen wil bekomen de ideale plaats! Maar ook heerlijk om langere tijd te verblijven... Eigenlijk was er niks dat me tegen viel!

Not cheap but then this is London at the end of Wimbledon fortnight and the little extras added to the value. Very little not too like, not the easiest place to get to on public transport, but we knew that from our own research

We will definitely book at The Vica - The property is very old and has been tastefully restored and decorated. The facilities are excellent. The host is exceptionally hospitable and very generous of his time and going above and beyond. He ensured that the refreshments and snacks were in abundance - even providing freshly baked croissants and fresh fruit for breakfast. There really isn't anything to fault.

Mayra (10/5): Renovated, traditional Air B&B in a quiet yet central location in London, - It was situated in a quiet yet central location in London , less than 10 minutes away from the Tooting Broadway tube station & a block from a direct bus ride to the Wimbledon Tennis Club. It was a renovated, traditional Air B&B with all the expected quaint feel. The hosts were very friendly & helpful. I would definitely look to stay here again on my next visit to London.

Very quiet, clean and tidy; didn’t even notice other people staying there. Convenient location, in walking distance to shops and transport. Parking. Very helpful staff. Took me a while to get used to the door lock. Shared bathroom/toilet on the landing which, although very clean, means you need to get dressed to access it.

Robert (3/5): Booked for 2 nights but left after the first night. - Good location and clean No shower or toilet in the room. These were located along the corridor and you need a code to get in . You have to remove your shoes upon arrival. No reception and you have to locate your key via a key box. No TV in the room. It’s not a hotel it’s a house in a street that only has 2 parking spaces for about 8 bedrooms.

I got woken up every few hours (every time someone walked in the hall or opened the door). The bathroom was across the hall. There was no dedicated workplace in the room. The WiFi was unstable.

Van (10/5): Het was geweldig en voor herhaling vatbaar. - That there was plenty of parking space in the yard, closed with a gate fitted with a combination lock. That you were not allowed to go upstairs with shoes but had to put your shoes in a shoe closet and put on your sloppers. That adds to the overall Hygiene. There was also a well-equipped kitchen. The tube station was an 8-minute walk

Lydia. (10/5): Exceptional - It's been a month since I returned home from this charming accommodation, but I want to share my experience. Above all, the hospitality I received was exceptional. On the day of my arrival, my train was delayed for nearly three hours, so I arrived later than expected, and it was already dark when I got there. Despite this, the host was incredibly helpful. We kept in touch via text during my journey, and when I finally arrived, the darkness made it difficult to find the doorway. The host, Mitesh, called me via FaceTalk and patiently guided me to the location of the keys, ensuring I could enter the house easily. Even when I struggled to understand a few instructions about the lock and key box, he remained calm and never got annoyed. The following day, the radiator controller broke down, which meant I couldn't control the room temperature. I informed the host about the issue, and he promptly brought a portable heater to my room and called a repairman. To my surprise, he even upgraded me to a larger room the next day without me asking for it. Thanks to his kindness and prompt actions, I enjoyed a very comfortable stay and was able to make the most of my vacation. I often visit London for both vacation and work, but this was the best hospitality I've ever received. The host was genuinely the kindest and most attentive I've encountered. The accommodation itself was wonderful—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the backyard was lovely. Its proximity to the station was also a major plus. Highly recommended! I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in London. Thank you for your kindness, Mitesh!

Tastefully decorated and comfortable living room, dining room, big kitchen, cosy bedroom. Wood flooring. Quiet location, yet 5min away from the high street. Close the amenities if Tooting and Earlsfield. 45min cycling to London - and the property even has secure biking shed. Home away from home! Highly recommended! I loved everything.

Two fridges, two ovens, two sinks etc. Free coffee facilities... Space for parking.
