- Renz mylbert (10/5): Amazing and very comfortable - Accessible, quiet neighborhood, clean and instructions are clear (and important so pls read it so that u wont have any problems especially with opening the main door haha) plus points cus its 5-10mins walk from the skytree and there’s a 7/11 on the other side of the street! Although its fine but I think having an elevator would make a big difference especially when you have a lots of luggage and heavy ones

- SAKURA (1/5): 不衛生で汚いカビだらけ。二度と泊まりたくない。 - なし。 私達が借りた部屋は203号室。チェックインした時にすでに部屋の中はカビ臭く、部屋を確認したところ、カーテンにはカビ、壁紙もカビで汚れていて、部屋の隅々にも黒カビ、お風呂場のドアも赤カビでした。また、食器は水で濡れたままの食器が重ねられておりました。トイレや洗濯機の中も同じく綺麗に掃除されておらず、お部屋の交換をお願いしましたが、他に空きがないとの事で、再清掃のみでした。また、再清掃の時間も夕方しか出来ないとの事。私達は夕方には部屋に戻りたいので、お断りしました。 メッセージのやり取りで、お部屋の返金を求めましたが、 返事が来ず、次の日になり、こんな汚い部屋に案内されて納得いかないので、返金をお願いしますと、連絡しましたが、そのまま返事こず。私達は別のホテルを予約したくても、連絡が来なかったので3泊止まらないといけませんでした。 この3泊の宿泊日が10000円以上払わなければいけない事にも納得できません。何よりホテル側の対応がひどすぎました。なぜこんな部屋に案内しておいて、平気なのか、補填も無いのか。部屋の掃除とカーテンや壁紙のカビのクリーニングはお客さんを迎える前に確認しておくべきです。本当に最低でした。何度もカスタマーサービスに連絡しましたが、これ以上は何も出来ないと言われてしまいまって凄くショックでした。このホテルはぼったくりです。絶対おすすめしません。

- Tomoko (8/5): 静かに過ごせた・ - 室内がゆったりしていて清潔だった。 住所の番地が少し違っていて建物を探した。テレビが無かったのであれば尚よい良い。

- Aaron (2/5): Needs to be deep cleaned and black mould removed, this is a health hazard. - Location was close to Skytree and Oshiage Station. We travel very regularly, and I don't like leaving negative reviews but I have never stayed in a room that was SO dirty and to be honest probably a health hazard. The black mould in room 203 was everywhere, on the walls, curtains and ceiling. When you entered the room all you could smell was the mould. This is not acceptable at all, and IS a health hazard. We rented two rooms 501 and 203. Room 501 was better in the fact that it did not have black mould, however the cleanliness was still not great. It was evident that it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The hair, dust and even left over rubbish was disgusting. Ive attached photos of both rooms.
- SonjaBT (7/5): Ottima posizione e check-in semplice, con qualche piccolo neo sulla manutenzione. - La struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda, a breve distanza dalla stazione della metro di Tokyo SkyTree, dove è presente anche un grande centro commerciale. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è anche un kombini ben rifornito, utilissimo per ogni necessità. La stanza è confortevole per due persone (viaggiando da solo ho avuto tantissimo spazio) e le istruzioni ricevute per l’accesso alla struttura e alla camera sono state chiarissime e facili da seguire. Ho riscontrato però un paio di criticità: Mancanza dell'ascensore: se si alloggia ai piani alti, portare su i bagagli può risultare faticoso. Pulizia migliorabile: la poltrona in camera presentava delle macchie evidenti e non sembrava pulitissima. Infine, segnalo che la mancanza di un armadio capiente rende difficile svuotare completamente la valigia, il che potrebbe risultare scomodo per soggiorni più lunghi. Nel complesso, una buona soluzione per chi cerca praticità a Tokyo.

- ! (7/5): 綺麗なところに泊まれたのは良かったけどもう少しわかりやすかったらよかった - 部屋が綺麗で備品も揃っていて入室した時良いところだと感じられた アプリから見れる住所とサイトから見れる住所が違ったため数分迷った。アプリの使い勝手の悪いところもあったため余計に調べるのに手間がかかったのが良くなかった

- Erika (1/5): Schimmelwohnung, Abzocke, auf keinen Fall buchen! - Gar nichts! Komplette Wohnung mit Schimmel befallen! Es stinkt bestialisch. Es ist dreckig. Es wurde nicht einmal gestaubsaugt. Wir haben für fünf Nächte zwei kleine und zwei große abgenutzte Handtücher bekommen. Überall waren ominöse Flecken auf den Kissen. Sogar die Vorhänge über dem Bett haben geschimmelt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ging nur via Chat über Booking. Wir wollten ein anderes (schimmelfreies) Zimmer und/oder unser Geld zurück. Wir konnten erst nach zwei Tagen raus, aber ein Dritter wurde uns berechnet. Rückzahlung war auch nicht korrekt. Die Rechnung wurde so umgeschrieben, dass die ersten Nächte die teuersten waren. Absolut gesundheitsschädlich und bitte abzuraten dort zu buchen.

- Noelle Joyce (9/5): Cute place situated in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. - Our overall experience was great! The interior and layout was well organized and could accommodate 3 persons. The owner was also very accommodating before our stay and responsive to any concerns. The location is walking distance to Tokyo Skytree station and is situated in a cute and quiet neighborhood. What we liked most is that it had a 7eleven infront of the building. We were located on the 4th floor, the building didn’t have any elevator. It was quite the workout when bringing all our luggages up and down the staircase. The place came with kitchen utensils, but there were some utensils that we couldn’t use because they were stained and dirty.

- sutthida (4/5): once is enough - only the location As we arrive the facility quite late evening, and it was late at night when we found there was no blanket and pillow for the sofa bed. Host response to the message for us to check inside the cabinet but there was nothing, so we need to use the bed cover sheet as a blanket. There were 2 facilities with the same name (Mat Oshiage and Mat Oshiage II) one with elevator, so we didn't aware that another one has no elevator. Normally at other places, if there is no elevator the host will describe it at first but yes, we didn't check it carefully. we forgot smart watch in the toilet and message to host, host request to email to cs and the email back and forth was take a week and still has no answer whether they find it or not. this is the bad side of staying the air bnb that collab with booking. Emergency response never be emergency not like stay at the hotel or at the air-bnb that we can contact the host or the hotel directly. let's take it as a good experience to not choose air bnb on booking again.

We stay for 2 nighta and the hitwater at the facility not work until we back to facility on 2nd night. Mean that we cannot take a bath in the room but need to pay extra money for public bath. The problem solving method is not practical at all. Furthermore, the facility not have elevater while our room is in 4th floor. (Well it's our false to not check good enough).

- CHRISTOPHER ONELL (10/5): - We really liked the location—it was incredibly convenient and just a short walk from the station. Having a 7-Eleven nearby was also a big plus, especially for quick snacks and essentials. The hotel is close to Tokyo Skytree as well, which made sightseeing very easy. The room itself was pleasant and clean, and surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Japan. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. That there was no elevator. But we are aware that that is japanese regulation so it is okay.

- Holly (8/5): Amazing location, could have been more clean. - The location is amazing. Would definitely recommend anyone going to Tokyo to stay in this area. The apartment was only 5 mins walk from the station and there is a large supermarket (LIFE) next to it. There is also a 711 right opposite the place. There was a view of the sky tree out of our window. The apartment was not that clean. We stayed in many across the country and this was by far the least clean one. There was crumbs and hair around the apartment when we arrived and there was a large stain on the couch too. There also is no lift so you have to carry the suitcases. Especially hard after buying so much in Tokyo :’)

Поэтому с большими чемоданами заезд и выезд проблематичен. В номере было не очень чисто - пыль, пятна на ковре и диване. Вся посуда пластиковая За неделю до заселения каждый день приходили сообщения от хозяина. Это не было полезным и больше раздражало.
- Agnieszka (10/5): Perfect Tokyo accommodation with a lovely host, 100/10 recommend, would stay again - I loved the location, you can easily access both airports through Asakusa line, Skytree is 10 minutes away on foot and there are tons of shops and restaurants there. The apartment is very clean and cozy, with an idyllic view featuring Skytree in the distance. Konbini is places right across the street as well. The highlight is would be the lovely host, who checked on me regularly and sent tips and recommendations almost every day. This booking exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately the building doesn’t have an elevator and the staircase is narrow, so it can be a little difficult to climb the stairs with huge luggage, but I was able to go up and down with two regular suitcases just fine

- Ana (9/5): Excelente lugar para hospedarse - El lugar es céntrico, y tiene una linda vista del Skytree, solo bajas del complejo y hay un Seven Eleven y a pocos minutos tienen lavandería, farmacias y otros supermercados y como a 10 minutos está el Skytree, así como el centro comercial, también tiene cerca la estación de buses y la estación de tren, el Senso-Ji puede estar como a unos 20 minutos caminando. Realmente me parece un lugar supercéntrico, hay varios restaurantes también. Creo que una dificultad que no entendimos muy bien fue la forma de entregar la información, de las habitaciones, pero el anfitrión nos ayudó enseguida, sería bueno que pasaran la información más importante al correo, junto con el PDF

- Mado (7/5): Pleasant Stay Near Skytree - This property is very well located — close to the train station and the Tokyo Skytree, where you’ll find a lively shopping mall and supermarkets. The accommodation was reasonably priced, and having a convenience store just across the road was very handy. Check-in, however, was a bit of a hassle. We never received the front door code, but luckily the cleaning lady happened to be there and kindly helped us get in. A few days later, another group arrived to check in and were locked out for about two hours, standing outside in the hot, humid night with their luggage. I offered to help them contact the property management via email, but the response took quite a while. Unfortunately, the management ended up sending my booking details, including personal information and the apartment code to this other group, even though I had clearly told them we weren’t connected. That was quite frustrating. Another thing to note is that there’s no elevator. For travellers coming from overseas, it can be a bit challenging if you’re assigned a room on the top floor, as you’ll need to carry your suitcases up the stairs. I think they need to prove the check in system.

Tem máquina de lavar mais na usei pois não tem sacada para secar a roupa. Não tinha me atentado ou no anúncio na dizia que na havia elevador.Fiquei no 4º andar então foi um pouco complicado com malas etc. Conveniência na frente atende bem. Local tranquilo

- Kris (5/5): Good location and basic stay but not worth the money because of the very bad cleaning standard. - Good location, all the basic amenities are there. I was worried about several things based on previous reviews but most of them had been fixed. I don't understand why the cleaning fee is so high and the checkout so early if the property doesn't get cleaned well..we walked into a bathtub with long hairs in it, the sink was not cleaned and someone's toothbrush had been left on the shelf. It's not difficult to do a final check after cleaning, but it seems like the bare minimum was done. It was quite upsetting, knowing the level on cleanliness is so subpar. Taking a shower in that bathroom felt dirty. Please educate your cleaning staff and make sure the property is cleaned well, it really looks like it wasnt cleaned after other guests left.

The bed sheets are not clean, the floor looks like it has not been swept and mopped because the floor is uncomfortable to step on, a lot of hair. Even the small pillow is very dirty. The pillow is also very thin. not worth the price 😥 also every night, late at night the upstairs neighbor is very noisy with very loud footsteps., clicking noise. & its Hard to Find this Accomadation,😥..we arrive late night,very tired + very difficult to find the place at first..but several days,easy to find...

I think the host can provide more articles for daily use since we have 3 people but there is only 2 tooth brushes and one toilet paper. The bathroom strainer did not clean very well and the water stuck when we were bathing. The remote of the TV is not working at all.

- Joanne (7/5): Very nice place to stay, cozy and practical space! - The studio unit has a washing machine and hanging rack which is handy when you're on your long trip. There is an air heating/dehumidifying system in the bath which is very useful especially during cold season. Movable TV is very practical, giving you options to watch the TV on the sofa or the bed. The big vanity basin with lights on the mirror is my favorite feature! And there is a 7-11 right in front of the block, I always grab some snacks when I'm on my way back. It is a little dusty and some stains on the vanity, and there is no full height mirror.

- Narantsatsral (9/5): We were satisfied with the stay. - The location was good and quiet. There were three of us staying, and the size of the double bed was large enough for all of us. We were satisfied with the facilities. When we booked, it was mentioned that room cleaning twice would be added to the booking price. It seemed, though, that this referred to cleaning before check-in and after check-out. If there's no cleaning during the stay, it would be better not to mention it at all.
- Paulina (8/5): Memorable and cheap - Very close to every attraction as there were two metro station just a few minutes from the hotel. We also did enjoy the untensils for our snacks or the prepared cosmetics and detergent for laundry. The additiinal hangers to dry the clothes is appreciated as well. The view of skytree tower was something else!! Amazing to see it each morning. We lacked a duvet and pillow cover for the third person and no one responded to the written message, so the additional cost to purchase one in the shop was disapointing. We did not try to call the owner so maybe it could be arranged this way. Also, just so it is clear for potential clients the stairs are very narrow so getting the suitcase up the stairs was challenging (but possible :)).

Also, some great restaurants in the area, Kazu (beef bbq) being the highlight of the trip. Cons: Difficult to understand the codes to get in the building and room. Needs to be simplified. There's also a hidden cleaning cost thats not posted/or not posted openly... over 9000 yen cleaning fee for 2 night stay.
