• Susan (1/5): were not expecting a 5star property but at least clean enough presentable to all tourist visiting from abroad - The service offered on this property were far from satisfactory I dnt like any at all unhygienic condition entering the main door of this property stairs is very narrow space approximately 55cm the other first steps was exactly 50 its like 90degree level high this property is on top of the old building, no air condition weather was 45degree very hot, fan was given as we requested but upon arrival we still the one who fixed it the other one was small portable fan that needs to attach or clip on bedside table for 5-6euro n 3 days after was broken and apparently we replaced it, the folding sofa bed looks overused already no so clean , the overall kitchen stuff is dirty sink, refrigerator dirty n smells kitchen floor mat was so dirty, the other bedroom was upstairs with another stairs again to steps showeroom was overflowing up to your ankle the water is draining but too slow, floor mat was too dirty, this property is on the top floor of old building no lift, also on the lower floor of this property was an empty studio or small property that some contractor are doing or renovating it that’s quiet noisy for us and dust on the hallway stairs everywhere during our stay it’s terrible nightmare really, paying this kind of amount is disgusting, for anyone who got medical or surgical problem and will encounter this property I don’t know if they manage to use in and out this
• Dominic (10/5): excellent location, homey feel for people who don’t mind stairs. - amazing location. not noisy, but closed to everything in the old city. nice homey feel. lots of stairs to get to bed, i didn’t mind, but my older heavier partner did.
• Tom (9/5): Cozy apartment in the city centre - Cozy apartment in a great location in the city centre. Walk outside of the door and you’ll be in the most famous street of Naples (Spaccanapoli). Has all the necessities if you’re planning to stay in the city for a few days. Host was very friendly. The staircase to get to the apartment is a bit narrow, so carrying a big suitcase up or down can be a bit tricky. But still doable.
• Sharon (8/5): After a week it felt like home. - Lovely space, great location. A little over crowded with host stuff and to many nic-naks !! Could have been cleaner.
