Sandra (10/5): Pasamos espectacular de todas maneras, siempre respondieron a mis solicitudes - El resort y el entorno, la playa contigua, las piscinas, el silencio La limpieza del apartamento, era déficitaria, los vidrios, las paredes de la cocina, el microondas, faltaba una limpieza profunda entre cada huésped.
Joselia (1/5): A CARNEIROS TEMPORADA FOI O PIOR ANFITRIÃO QUE JÁ CONTRATEI - Minha experiência com a Carneiros Temporada foi decepcionante! Desde o início houve falhas de comunicação, incluindo o envio de informações incorretas sobre o imóvel reservado, posteriormente atribuídas a erro de sistema. No entanto, o mais grave ocorreu durante a estadia. Ao chegar ao apartamento, itens básicos e essenciais como roupa de cama e toalhas não estavam disponíveis. Mesmo após diversas solicitações ao longo do dia e da noite, a entrega não foi realizada no tempo adequado, o que fez com que um dos hóspedes precisasse dormir sem qualquer conforto mínimo. Embora a equipe tenha se mantido cordial nas respostas, a solução efetiva do problema não aconteceu com a urgência necessária. Em serviços de hospedagem, especialmente, não basta responder, é preciso resolver. Fica aqui o registro da minha insatisfação, com a expectativa de que a empresa reveja seus processos para evitar que outros clientes passem pela mesma situação.
