• Pavel (1/5): - The location of this property is truly perfect, we already stayed in the area, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the apartment itself is not suitable for living, especially in winter conditions. The house was extremely cold. While trying to sleep, I could literally feel cold air moving across my face. We slept fully clothed, wearing hoods. The floors were so cold that you could not step on them comfortably. After this night, we woke up with sore throats. I was especially scared when my son said that it felt like his lungs were frozen. He has asthma and had to use his inhaler during our stay, likely triggered by the cold air and poor conditions. The heating was insufficient, and despite the presence of a fireplace, nothing was provided to burn. At the very least, leaving firewood as a courtesy for the first night would have made a significant difference. Cleanliness was completely unacceptable. Everything was dirty. After a long day of traveling, I had to wash the cookware just to be able to cook a simple meal for my kids. There were huge piles of dust throughout the apartment, and we even found a spoiled potato left in the corner of the room where my son slept. The carpet smelled strongly and clearly needs to be replaced. Because of the cold and overall conditions, we could not comfortably use the shower. While the location is excellent, this property is not intended for comfortable or safe living. I would not recommend it, especially to families, children, or anyone with health sensitivities.

• Geneviève (1/5): Malpropre et désuet - L'emplacement à Tremblant près du village. Le condo ne correspondait pas du tout à nos attentes. Les matelas et tapis étaient usés et malpropres. Poussière, toile d'araignée, la literie était tachée et vieille. Nous avons dormi de manière très inconfortable dans le condo pour une nuit.

• Denise (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful condo and neighborhood! Easy access by shuttle to Tremblant Village and slopes. Or use the charming foot path to walk or ski to the village. This condo has a nice view of the slopes from the patio. Easy communication with owners.
• George (9/5): Enjoyable stay at a convenient and well-equipped condo. - Location was excellent, the condo was comfortable and well equipped. Shuttle is very useful. Hard to figure out the TV (4 remotes) - some instruction would help. While the shuttle was mentioned in the owner's info package, better info about it would be a plus (for example the schedule). The lifts are definitely NOT a walkable 200m from the condo as advertised.

• Pamela (10/5): Close and Cozy - Communication, directions and accessibility to the rental were top notch! We were very pleased with the entire stay. The condo was cozy and we had every amenity we wished for. (Our top rating is always based on sleep comfort and shower quality (temp and pressure) Even the murphy bed was comfortable and the shower was a 10. This location is perfect.

• Mimi (8/5): Charming chalet condo for a family of four (small children), otherwise perfect for 3. Location is great. - The location was very close to the village and it was nice to have free shuttle to and from the village when we have ski equipment with us. The condo had a nice chalet charm. The couch is not a pullout sleeping couch. So having a family of four required one person to sleep on the sofa with legs hanging over. Our son didn’t mind but would’ve been nice if it was a pullout sleeping couch.
• Ivo (8/5): Nice place for a week or two of family skiing in a private apartment. - The apartment that we rented was relatively close to the ski base and an airbnb style one bedroom. It had all of the things needed for a family of 3 (or even 4-5) and conveniently placed. We could bring our cat, and that was the main reason why we rented this apartment. Usually we prefer to stay in hotels with daily services, which we don't get in airbnb style apartments. But the hotels in Mont Tremblant did not allow cats (only dogs) even when they were listed as pet friendly. This place allowed our cat and that was the main reason why we rented it. It nice and easy and accessible. Missing daily services that we usually get in hotels, like daily changes of towels and supply of items. Also we like year round hot-tubs ( this facility did not have one) or even an outdoor swimming pool for the winter. But to be fair not many hotels offer this either. We stayed before in the Westin (prior we got our cat) and they have an outdoor winter functional swimming pool and we love it. Will be great if this facility has one operational, because they do have it pool, but I guess is only for the summer months.

• Janet (10/5): Best booking experience we have ever had - top rate condo and experience - Stunning condo. Amazing location - 5 mins walk to main village. Really liked the fireplace and bbq. Patio was fantastic. Great view of the mountains. Host was very nice and responsive. Everything we could have needed was there - even heated floors which was a bonus nice touch. Very clean as well - would highly recommend

• Edrupert (9/5): Superb - The host was accommodating and the property is spacious. I love the BBQ! The location is great as it is walking distance away from the ski resort. Make sure to bring some fire wood to complete the vibe. We would definitely return.
• Mary-ann (6/5): 2 nights condo rental near Tremblant village in July - Location, walking distance from Tremblant village, having a full kitchen. Access to three pools No air conditioning, the master bed was comfortable but not the futon or the wall bed. A new mattress is required for the wall bed. I had to ask for a detailed invoice . The price listed was 568$ for 2 days but I was charged 911$.. This included cleaning charges (100$) and damage insurance (100$) for which I was reimbursed. The maid services should of been included in the original price. Moreso, I was asked to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and bring out trash and recycling to the binder even though I paid for the cleaning service. Also, I found it odd that an e-transfer was required rather than the credit card. Although it feels like a cottage, we were quite close to the main road and could hear the cars running.. The hot tub was lukewarm too. In summary, I would not rent this condo again.
• Debra (9/5): Great location with the comfort needed for 3 people.. for - The location was fantastic. Good amount of space for us & really liked the heated floors & kitchen. Upon arrival we noticed the bed was not made. It looked like someone forgot to make up the bedding. Because of this we had no quilt for the bedroom (the one left seemed unwashed.)On the night before last there were guests that apparently lit their fireplace because our unit smelled like smoke causing us to air out with open windows. We all started getting nauseous, I had a headache too so we left for a while until the smell dissipated. We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working during our stay & thought maybe there should be firewood for our fireplace.

• Jodi (6/5): Overall we've had better experiences with condo rental in Tremblant. Mostly that we prefer a more updated property. - The hosts were amazing and responsive - we could tell that they are clearly very nice and considerate people. We had an issue with not having enough bedding for 4 people when we arrived - which they remedied very quickly. They even gave us a small refund for the inconvenience which I thought was very thoughtful. The location of the condo was excellent. Great walking distance to the village and very close to ski lifts. We love travelling with our dog because of all of the hiking trails, and really appreciate a property that accepts pets. Because the hosts seem so lovely - it's actually difficult for me to say this, but the property is old and is in need of a refresh. At the very least it needs a good thorough painting, recaulking in the bathroom due to mould, and a refreshing of kitchen counter tops. It also wasn't super clean which is very important to me. We have rented in this particular area many times over the years, and the cleanliness and decor of this condo is not keeping up with similar properties in the areas for the price point. We also felt that the mattress in the bedroom needs replacing. The Murphy bed has a fairly new mattress and was probably the most comfortable. The additional mattress is just what is advertised - futon style for the floor.
