• Veronika (7/5): Big apartment with an amazing location - The location amazing, rooms were very big, clean and the kitchen had everything. Check in/out was easy, they helped us 24/7. There were no small towels in the bathrooms, the heating was not working at first, but they quickly fixed it.

• Ayman (6/5): Groot verblijf, je voelt onveilig no - Ze hebben heel veel regels. Je hoor als wat komt op straat de ramen zijn oud. Ze hebben 2 deur buiten en 1 deur voor het apartement. De 2 sleutel voor buiten kant werken niet goed moet veel keer broperen dan pas de deur gaat open. Je moet alle documenten per email sturen anders kreeg je geen reserveren bevestigen. Lang tijd deuren voor handelen om reservering te bevestigen
• Mark (1/5): - The staff is the worst, they are non existent and they lied. I specifically asked them if there are AC s in all 3 bedrooms and they said yes. Once i reached it turned out only 1 AC in kitchen, i talked to them again, he told me it was sufficient, they basically entrapped us to stay there and we couldnt sleep for 6 nights, the flat is right on the main street where cara never stop 24 hours a day, you can not open the window to get some air in because of the sounds and no AC to cool the house down in middle of August. The shower drainage doesnt work and he put a sign up telling u if it overflows you pay 500 euro, again entrapment. I have been in Europe for 1 month with 5 different accommodations, none were as bad as this one

• Jan (5/5): I’d never go there again. - Bedrooms were big Lovely old fashioned furniture Mostly the property managers in Croatia. We had sent everything in as requested about passports months ago. The day we were to check in, they contacted me via email…not through booking, asking for our passport info. The way they talked…I was pretty sure it was scammers. They would not give me the check in code until I provided the info again. When we finally arrived in Sarajevo, I tried calling the number several times and no one answered, making me leery again. I finally ended up giving them the passport info and they gave the code. The entryway gates were dirty and uninviting. The key to our first door would not work. A nice local let us in with her key. We did finally figure out how to make the key work. Drying laundry was left in the living room and sheets were left in the washing machine. It was super noisy at night, even with windows closed.
• Sanela (5/5): Passable - the apartment is in the city center and the location is excellent, the building is very old but the apartment has been renovated, it is very large with many rooms. The locks on all the doors are very difficult to open, from the front door of the building to the door of the apartment, in the apartment there are notices with the prices for damage, for example if you flood the bathroom or if you break the door lock, how much will you be charged for the damage. Out of so many televisions in the apartment, there is not a single one with local TV channels, smart TV with the possibility of connecting to netflix, youtube, etc. The apartment is large, quite cold. We chose this apartment for a short stay because of its proximity to the city center. The elevator is very small, narrow and old.
• Maša (9/5): / - The accommodation was in the city center, close to landmarks, a shopping mall, and other attractions. The apartment was well-maintained and clean. The check-in instructions were clear and precise. /
• Kemal (9/5): Superb - Location and aparment size is fantastic. Proactive communication from hosts side. Internet was fast, and there was tv in each room. Bathroom and toilets are modern. Kitchen was brand new. No control over heating in bedrooms. You have to write to them to turn the heat up a bit. Windows are really old. You will hear everything what happens on the main street - from traffic, and there will be breeze during the night through those windows.
