- Khalid (9/5): A nice place to stay in Lugano, but breakfast requires improvement - Pros: 1- Great location just next to the main train station 2- Modern smart hotel, clean room and masterpiece of interior design and art 3- Friendly helpful staffs Cons: Breakfast was disappointing and requires improvement. There was no hot dish at all. At least providing boiled eggs or fried or scrambled would be great

- Ying Tzu (8/5): Budget, clean, as expected - The location as it is near the Lugano train station. To have an easier route to the hotel, exit at platform 4 and take the right turn and walk up a very small hill to the hotel. Don’t turn left as you will need to take the lots of stairs up! They were generous with water, coffee, tea and free usage of fridge. But they are available in common area, next to the dining room. It may not be that convenient to get out in my pajamas to get hot water though

The location is amazing and very convenient, with everything nearby. I also loved how technologically developed and innovative the hotel is, it made the whole experience feel modern and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options, and all the facilities and amenities were excellent. Everything was organized, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would happily stay here again.

- Tatiana (10/5): - L’emplacement de l’hôtel était idéal, proche de tout, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très pratique. Le personnel était vraiment accueillant et attentionné, toujours prêt à aider. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec des produits de qualité. Dans l’ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment remarquable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter.

- Peter (9/5): - Beim B5 Boutique & Design Hotel hat eigentlich alles gepasst! Super Lage, angenehmes Zimmer mit aussergewöhnlichn Details, perfektes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal, das immer mit einem Lächeln für einem da ist. Es gibt nichts, was mir an diesem Hotel nicht gefällt.

- Fabian (10/5): - Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Gastgeber empfangen und fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl im Hotel. Das ganze Hotel ist super schön designed mit sehr sehr viel liebe zum Detail, die Zimmer sehr geräumig und alles sehr sauber. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!! Alles war Top!!
- marvuk (9/5): Richtig nice! 👌 - Der ganze Stil des Hotels wie auch die Einrichtung des Zimmers. Zu sehen, dass ein bestimmtes Konzept hinter dem Ganzen steckt und dieses gut umgesetzt wurde. Funktionalität und Charme toll kombiniert. Ein zusätzlicher Abfalleimer (inkl. Abfallsack) im Zimmer wäre top gewesen (wie etwa im Badezimmer), eine Tissue-Box im Bad wäre auch ganz praktisch.

As a consequence, very flexible checkin/checkout process. Quiet place, yet close to the train station. Playful and cute art throughout the hotel. Coffee machine and hair dryer would have been a plus. Light buttons were only present at one side of the double bed.

Ubicado a una cuadra de la estación del tren pero en un lugar muy silencioso Google maps no tenía muy claro el camino, nos indicaba subir escaleras, no es necesario. Salir de la estación hacia el barrio ubicado arriba.giras a la derecha a píe por el anden

- Erna (10/5): Stilvoll, durchdacht und herzlich - Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Frühstück hervorragend. Das durchdachte Konzept und die spürbare Leidenschaft hinter der Gestaltung machen den Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis. Auch wenn wir keine Kunstkenner sind, fanden wir an jeder Ecke etwas zu staunen. Uns gefiel zudem die gelungene Balance aus digitalem Komfort und persönlicher Betreuung: das digitale checkin ist ganz easy und durch das freundliche Team beim Frühstück und die herzliche Begrssung von Daniel fühlten wir uns sofort willkommen. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Lugano kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

- Sandra (5/5): Tolles Design und Anonymität - Die Produkte beim Frühstück waren frisch. Wir vermissten für den Preis die Möglichkeit nach Eiergerichten und ein erweitertes Brotangebot. Es hatte 1 Brotsorte und auf Bestellung durfte man ein Aufbackgipfeli bestellen. Ein Vollkornbrot zusätzlich hätten wir uns gewüscht. Wir nahmen den Aufenthalt als sehr anonym wahr. Die komplette Digitalisierung und der Erhalt der SMS, empfanden wir als unangenehm. Da es "suspekt" wirkte und wir sehr achtsam mit Mails und SMS umgehen, haben wir nicht vorgängig eingecheckt. Wir standen in der Kälte und es funktionierte nicht auf Anhieb. Glücklicherweise kam ein Gast und lies und dann hinein. Wir haben bewusst ein kleines Hotel ausgesucht, damit der persönliche Kontakt gegeben ist. Dies bedauern wir sehr.
