• Arie (10/5): מומלץ בחום רב!!!! - דירה חדשה לגמרי מרווחת ומאוד נוחה מאובזרת בצורה נהדרת יש ממש הכול לשהיה של כמה ימים. יש חימום ריצפתי מיקרו תנור קומקום כיריים ואפילו פרקולטור. חלון ענק לנוף העיר מיקום פצצה על תחילת רחוב סאן מרטין, בעלים מקסימים הדירה בקומה 3 עם מעלית ויש סופר גדול מטר מהדירה היו מספר בעיות שטופלו מהר ע"י הבעלים- תודה לכם
• Tatiana Elf (10/5): Прекрасные апартаменты - Уютные и комфортабельные тихие апартаменты с отличным расположением на центральной улице. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, в том числе для приготовления еды. Напротив супермаркет. В пешей доступности кафе и сувенирные магазины. В 15 минутах ходьбы порт, откуда отправляются экскурсии по проливу Бигль.

• sarahu (8/5): Nice well appointed apartment in great location - Apartment is in a nice building, at the end of the Main Street in Ushuaia. There’s a supermarket across the road and many restaurants close by. The room is well appointed with kitchen facilities (did not use), a table with chairs and a casual sofa chair. It has a tv but I was unable to use it (no English channels and could not access Netflix or Prime etc). The bed was pretty comfy. The bedside lamps have a charger built in which was handy. Bathroom was very nice. I’d also recommend dining at Maria Lola Resto which was only a 5min walk away (best meal of my trip) The apartment needs block out curtains as it’s very light even with the blinds closed. On the first night (2am) there were rude people talking loudly out in the hallway and I could hear everything.
• Flor (10/5): Un depto realmente completo, limpio, cómodo, cálido y funcional - La ubicación es muy buena, es el inicio de la calle principal, hay todo para salir y comprar supermercado enfrente, cafeterías y restaurantes. El depto es una hermosura! Todo funciona! Cocina con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios, nunca visto, súper destacable la cocina! Baño completo con toallas que secan! Cama cómoda, el colchón impecable! Todos los detalles están cubiertos, la experiencia fue un 100! Muy agradecida. Eugenia, quien nos recibió, fue súper amable. La luz que apenas entra. Yo le pondría un black out pegado a la ventana y luego si esas cortinas que hay que son como las de oficina que giran.

The room was fine and modern, although with the long days in Ushuaia they should have decent light blocking curtains. was really difficult to get any sleep with so much light in the room

• Adi (10/5): דירה מעולה וביתית במיקום מעולה עם כל מה שצריך. - הדירה היתה מעולה בכל דבר. ממש הרגשנו בבית. בעל הדירה ממש נחמד ודאג לכל מה שצריך. כשהגענו ביקשנו עוד מגבות והוא נענה בחיוב ומיד טיפל בזה. הדירה מרוהטת בהכל, יש את כל סוגי הכלים במטבח, כל מה שצריך. הכלים שהדיירים הקודמים השאירו/צוות הניקיון. לא היו כל כך נקיים, היינו צריכים ממש לשטוף הכל מחדש.

• MONALIZA (8/5): Apto novo e bem localizado,mas muito quente! - A localização é muito boa, o apartamento fica no inicio da San Martin, perto do letreiro USHUAIA. Em frente possui um supermercado e o apartamento possui uma cozinha compacta com todos os utensílios. A acomodação é nova. O anfitrião nos recebeu e explicou o funcionamento do apartamento. Fui no inverno e na cidade chegou a fazer 1ºC, mas o apartamento era muito quente. Não tem sistema de resfriamento na acomodação, se quiser tem que abrir a janela que é muito pequena e não ventila suficiente. Passei calor todos os dias e não dormi bem. Se abre a janela, tem que abrir a persiana e acaba entrando muito barulho da rua e luminosidade. Quem tem problema com isso não é um bom lugar pra descansar. O piso possui aquecimento, mas deixamos em 20ºC porque se baixasse mais a temperatura, o chuveiro nao esquentava. Inclusive por não saber disso, tivemos que tomar banho gelado de manhã.
• Matreshka (9/5): - O apartamento é perfeito! Cama muito confortável, ótimo espaço para deixar a mala e as coisas organizadas. Cozinha com tudo necessário para estadia de férias. Banheiro com ótima iluminação e espaço na bancada. Tem secador de cabelo e ferro de passar. Tem aquecimento completo com piso aquecido, muito agradável. A localização e a vista são ótimos. Fica na avenida principal, tem um mercado em frente e os táxis e ubers também estão em frente o apartamento, conseguimos uber sempre em 1 minuto. O proprietário é muito atencioso, acabamos ficando trancados do lado de fora por descuido nosso e o Gustavo nos atendeu e nos ajudou prontamente. Amamos a hospedagem e com certeza nos hospedariamos novamente nesse apartamento. Apenas uma noite tivemos um problema com a água quente, foi algum problema no prédio em si mas logo foi restabelecido.
