Wazir (4/5): Not worth of money - Nearby parking At first, we received a room with a hole and water dropped from the ceiling. We complained and received a different room, but with a fan on the floor which functioned to dry the wet carpet - which caused from dropped water. Overall, it's not hygienic, not comfortable even for a night. and scary

Subramaniam (2/5): Poor maintenance - The toilet was clean. If you bring your wife then buy ear cotton together with you. Because the whole night she will shout at you. Poorly maintained and dirty all around the room. Like we are sleeping inside an ongoing renovation room. I won't come to this hotel again.

Yunahar (1/5): Dirty and unpleasant hotel - It's close to where I'm heading. That's all. *Disappointing Experience* Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately struck by the unpleasant odor. The sofa was cracked, and the corridors and lobby on all floors appeared gloomy and in need of renovation. The room was equally unimpressive. The wallpaper was torn, the bedsheet was stained, and the TV only offered a limited selection of channels. The toilet was average, and the towels provided were worn and frayed. *Overall Rating: 1/5* Unfortunately, my experience was subpar, and I would not recommend this establishment to others. This was my first and last visit.

Presence of a cockroach inside the table beside the bed. 3. Tissue and towels are not readily provided; I need to go to the reception counter to ask for them. 4. Loud noises can be heard outside and from the room above. 5. Misleading information on Booking.com regarding the room amenities, such as the absence of a bathtub. 6. Air conditioning remote cannot adjust the temperature.
