Service at desk was useless told to call host.bathroom didn't work.switched rooms bathroom still didn't work.went to lobby to use bathroom stalls were with no toilet paper.then stalls with toilet paper didn't have latches to close the door.maintenence walking in room at 7 am unannounced.not a good experience would not recommend. Dirty rugs all throughout.smells weird.
• Mrs_tj (1/5): Worst stay ever experienced - Nothing. This unit 327 at this property was horrible. The ac didn't work and no one fixed it during a 3 night stay and the bed was broken on one side The host wouldn't offer a refund for the horror of a trip. Visiting Orlando do not stay here

The cookware was nicely updated and supplies were nice excepting lack of coffee packs. Prompt replies by staff to messaging. Age of our unit including bedding was a bit surprising-not bright like the photo.

• Gary (6/5): Short stay enroute - The location was good. Plenty of amenities nearby. Kitchenette was equipped. Fridge came in handy. The bed mattresses were sunken in the middle. Sofa seats were soft. The room can do with more lights at night.
