• Géraldine (8/5): - Je pensais qu'il s'agissait d'une maisonette avec le jardin attenant. En réalité le jardin n'était pas collé à la maison. Il était à plusieurs mètres et n'était accessible que si des horaires fixes. Pas possible de déjeuner ou dîner dans le jardin qui n'est pas accessible sur les heures de repas. Plusieurs heures sans accès dans l'après midi et fermeture à 19h30.
• Ivanov (10/5): Perfetto!!! - Всичко е просто перфектно. Семейство с 2 големи деца сме. След над 200 нощувки чрез Букинг, това е най-доброто място, на което сме били, като отговарящо на декларираните удобства и с мисъл за най-дребния детайл. Няма / 0 / Зеро.
• Kayo (9/5): Well equipped place and one of the best we stayed in Italy for a city break - The place has literally everyting we needed. Great modern kitchen, coffee machine, large bathroom, good quality beds. There is access to a large garden where we ate breakfast everyday. Good communication links to the city itself and only a few minutes to the town. Good wifi. Everything is perfect, but when you get there, go to No 51 and not 53 as described. The entrance is a bit hidden behind large door that has to be accessed.

• joel (8/5): - Environnement très calme ,appartement propre et bien équipé. À 5 mn à pied de l'arrêt de bus. Nous avons été accueilli simplement mais très efficacement. Il manquerai juste une cafetière un peu plus grande.
• Happyzone (10/5): - 관리하시는 분께서 아주 친절한 안내와 각 시설물에 대한 충분한 설명에 아무 어려움없이 편안하게 보냈음. 특히 월컴 음료로 치안티 와인 한 병을 주어서 맛있게 먹었으며, 각종 주방기기와 요리에 필요한 모든 양념들이 고루 갖추어 있어 음식도 잘 만들어 먹었음. 전혀 없음.
• Michael (10/5): Good time in Italy - The apartment was about a 10 minute bus ride to the center. It was a nice clean place to stay. Super market was about a 10 minute drive, if you needed bottled water, food or any essentials. Pizza and Gelato places about a 5 minute walk. If you rent a car the private parking was great to have since the streets are so tight.

• JEREMY (10/5): - Très beau logement dans une ancienne Fonderia avec une belle porte verte à l'entrée. Accueil de Serena au top où elle nous explique tout sur Florence (carte) et son accès (bus). Matelas très confortable et la climatisation appréciée en raison de la forte chaleur. Il ne manquait rien dans le logement y compris pour démarrer (huile, sel, eau, thé, café, lessive...). Il y a un grand supermarché à 1,5km. On recommande !

• Armands (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located in a very quiet inner courtyard, which makes it perfect for relaxing after a day in Florence. The interior is stylish and thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy atmosphere. The location is excellent – close to city center yet away from the hustle and bustle. The secured car parking is also a big plus – safe and very convenient. And the cherry on top: just nearby is Giovanni Santarpia, the best pizzeria we’ve tried in Italy – truly outstanding and highly recommended!
• Georgios (10/5): A gem in Florence - This is an excellent apartment—spotless, fully equipped, and with access to a peaceful private garden. Even though we visited during a very hot period, the apartment remained pleasantly cool, even without using the air conditioning. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near a bus stop with direct access to the city center. There is also secure private parking, offering peace of mind for those traveling by car. Our hosts were exceptionally polite and responded quickly to all our requests. Absolutely recommended! All were perfect
• Betina_ (10/5): Excellent place to stay with family - I liked everything about this place - the apartment is beautiful, well designed, well equipped, there's everything you need in terms of kitchen items. Clearly a lot of thought and effort was put on this flat. Also it's very quiet in the evenings, perfect silence. We left the car in the private free parking and took the bus to Firenze city center, very easy. There's a huge supermarket near by. Ana is a lovely host, I recommend 100% the place, me and my family loved. Nothing!

• Lee (10/5): Fantastic, one of the best we have stayed in. - Fantastic apartment, spotlessly clean, comfortable with modern appointments and access to lovely garden to relax in. The location is ideal for a family to stay. Just out of town away from the noise of the city in a quiet suburb location with secure off road parking for a car. When visiting the city we left the car and caught the bus (stop a few hundred meters from the apartment) which is great value and run every 10-15 mins (or less). As well as the apartments kitchen there is a couple of nearby restaurants and bakers which were very good.
• Yue (10/5): Exceptional - The private garden and garage is perfect, the car could part in the garage with safty gate. All facilities in apartment we're great.
• Shamilla (10/5): Best place to stay. - We loved everything about our stay, the area is quiet, the neighbours are very friendly and the commute to the city center is very easy and quick. The apartment is always clean, cool and the peace and quiet you find there is unbelievable. It's very secure, never had to worry about anything on our stay there and can't wait to come back soon!. Nothing at all!
