Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card prior check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If the property indicates linen is not included, linen packs are available for hire at $45 per King, Queen, or Double pack, and $35 per Single pack. Beds can be made up for an additional $10 per bed. Please contact us to arrange. By confirming this reservation, you will be required to accept Forster Accommodations rental agreement which will include, the Short Term Rental (STR) Code of Conduct and the applicable Strata By Laws for your property. We do not allow for schoolies groups or parties of any nature. Noise is to be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7amPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Christine (9/5): Excellent property for a quiet, relaxing, self catering holiday. - Very convenient to the pool and the town. Quiet and relaxing listening to the waves on the beach. Clean and very well equipped. And a Very comfy bed. I would have liked a car space.

Peter (7/5): Not bad, if the host take care of the fine details it could be much better - The agent was attentive to our requests and the property was relatively convenient. First we were welcomed with a crawling guest in the bathroom and saw few other little ones here and there, surfaces were dusty, need to be wiped properly, every thing else was not bad clean but not really clean, what a waste for such property with considerable potential. Oven was not working until the agent sent someone to fix. We arrived after 7:30pm, thinking we can have a quick dinner cooked in the oven but wasn’t possible because the oven wasn’t working and it was too late to find dinner I the surrounding restaurants as most of them ha last order by 8pm. The door takes a while to close properly which is not the best. As I said, minor bits here and there can uplift the experience and raise the rating of this property.
Anonymous (8/5): we had a lovely stay. the apartment suited our needs. needs and was comfortable and - very comfortable and suited us with four adults and a baby. we’ll equip and close to beaches walks playground pool and shopping strip it was quieter than previous properties we have used in Forster as well plenty of off street parking there was no lift so be prepared for stairs if you’re an older person
