• Helder (5/5): Overpriced apartment with a good view - The jacuzzi, the size of the bed and the view were great! The 18% markup price to pay with credit card, which is just ridiculous: it was not informed in the Booking. If you can't pay with Pix you won't be happy. The kitchen and the shower are low quality, for the price we paid for the night (R$950) I'd expect something much better. The shower has no pressure and doesn't heat as much as we'd like . The kitchen utensils are low quality: the coffee machine was terrible to use, the pans are too few and low quality, missing a frying pan, the cooktop takes an eternity to cook anything. The balcony, while it has a great view, needs either a hammock or a table with 2 seats, we only had one single plastic chair and we couldn't sit together to appreciate the view, which seems like a major oversight. Finally, the staff needs to change this policy of asking the clients to take the trash out of the apartment: if you pay this price, sorry I won't be taking trash out, don't send me messages on Whatsapp over that. The staff sent me a message on my holidays nagging me to take the trash out, even though they stayed 3 days without cleaning the room, where we paid a significant cleaning fee. They for sure need to review that policy. In short, we've felt that this is an overpriced apartment that doesn't offer the amenities we've felt that are needed for the price we were charged.
• Andre (9/5): Awesome for couple on short stay!!! - Really good size room, awesome jacuzzi, ultra clean, staff very friendly!!! At the exact same night I was staying there, some other apartment were listening to REALLY loud terrible music, but that was just unlucky as it was not the property’s fault!
