• Chrisdwm (10/5): Spacious apartment with great views and lots on your door-step - We had a great stay in this apartment. It was spacious with plenty of room for our group of two sets of adults and two kids, and we never felt cramped. The place was well-finished, and the views over the river were a nice bonus. The location was perfect – cafes, bars, Big Top, a playground, and the beach were all within easy reach. The apartment was even better than the photos suggested, and when family came to visit, they were really impressed too. We also had a couple of conversations with the hosts at the beginning of our stay, and they went above and beyond to make sure our trip was a pleasant one. Overall, a comfortable and convenient spot to stay. To be honest, the accommodation was near perfect. The only one thing that would have improved the stay for us were the pillows. Whilst they were clearly lovely pillows they were quite large and firm. If there were an option of a smaller/softer pillow we'd have slept a little better. But this is serious nit-picking, as it was excellent.
• Tivolee (9/5): Excellent family friendly apartment at Cotton Tree - Great views and location. Massive apartment with three bedrooms, lounge and deck. No airconditioning.
• Taylor (7/5): Good - Lovely large apartment, great spot and a vey clean building This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this apartment. Owners need to start replacing items in the kitchen. Stove and oven hard to work as they are getting very old. Need to also buy new crockery and a knife block as there is no such thing as a sharp knife. Glasses are miss matched. The lounge has seen its day. It needs a revamp on the inside if you continue to ask the price you do.
• Kimberley (10/5): We had a lovely stay. The Apartment was very comfortable, clean and a great size for us. - Collecting the keys was super easy. We arrived a little earlier than check in time, a quick call to Rob and we were immediately sent the instructions to access the keys. Very easy!
• Craig (10/5): We had a wonderful family holiday at this property in Cotton Tree. Located directly across feom Cotton Tree park we were - Location, view, size and facilities. No dishwasher tablets/powder were provided despite there being a dishwasher.
• Mistye (9/5): We didn’t want our holidaytk end. - Great location. Great size. Private. Quiet, secure and safe. Close to many stores, restaurants and sunshine plaza. Limited parking during busy times of the year.
• Jennifer (9/5): Perfect location, great balconies to relax outdoors and great airflow. No need for an air conditioner, which I love. - Great size. I loved that we were on the 4th floor. Shops were within walking distance. Being across the road from the beach was perfect. The pool and spa were maintained. I loved that there is a toilet at the pool. There were food crumbs in the pantry. I found a paper receipt under the main bed and another receipt in the kitchen. These are very minor complaints however. It was hard to find something we disliked.

Didn’t need a car because walking distance to shops, beach and restaurants. Rob who manages the property was excellent in communication and support. Large building under construction close by. Work started at 6.30am and it was noisy. There is no aircon.

• Jodie (10/5): Fantastic stay! - Fantastic location, and very friendly owners gave us some great ideas for meals and coffee close by. We really enjoyed our time away. Nothing, I didn't like the tv, didn't work properly but we were not there for the tv and the owner was very apologetic and even offered to change it iver for us but we didn't need to but was fantastic to offer.
• Susan (8/5): Last stop on our Queensland tour. - Location was perfect, close to shops, waterfront, beach and restauraunts. Rob the manager was very helpful and informative. Apt was well appointed and the view was beautiful. Pool area was quiet and well kept. In all the apt was perfect for our needs.o The car park space allocated to our apt was very tight for our car, it was impossible to open the car doors once in parking space.

• Dobby03 (5/5): Cotton Tree Accommodation - The location was good. The bedding was enough to keep us warm, before stepping on to a cold floor. No air-conditioning and no carpet. Also, the windows and sliding doors to the balcony were totally uncovered, creating a "glare " in the lounge area. The window in the shower area of the main bedroom ensuite would not close properly, making the room very cold.

Thanks for a wonderful weekend. - Great location, the apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay (There was 6 of us staying). It was clean, modern and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host Rob was fantastic to talk to on arrival. Great place and will defiantly stay there again. If I had to be really picky, I'd say a better fridge as one of the shelves was broken and the glue, they used that made the fridge look yellow and dirty. There were ants in the kitchen when we arrived, but I gave them a spray and they were gone for the rest of our stay.

• Sadie (9/5): 4 mates enjoying a golf break. Definitely would stay again. - The apartment is in a great location and very well equipped. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. No air conditioning but we had plenty of cross breeze.
• Christine (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious and comfortable and was perfect for our needs. On arrival, the keys were easily collected from a key box. The apartment was beautifully clean and the kitchen was large and well stocked with basic food items. We were even welcomed with a box of chocolates on the dining room table! 💕 Wifi was excellent. The bedrooms were a good size and each had its own separate balcony. When all the doors were open there was a wonderful cross-breeze through the whole place. The apartment is in a great location with a park and the river across the road. We sat on the balcony and sipped wine and were entertained by all of the various activities taking place in the park including dog training and even some amateur circus performers! A great range of shops, cafes and eateries is about a 5 minute walk away. Off-street secure parking was a bonus. Communication with our hosts, Rob and Megan, was excellent and easy. They were quick to respond to queries, and instructions about the property were clear and well communicated. A huge thanks to them for helping us have a wonderful time in Maroochydore.

• Melissa (9/5): our family of 5 stayed for 4 nights and we loved our time in this apartment. it’s clean, marvellous location and the man - The location of course was amazing but the apartment itself was very well presented. the bedrooms are roomy and the whole apartment gets a beautiful breeze through. After walking amd visiting other areas, Cotton tree is the nicest, quietist area we found
