• Eileen (8/5): Perfect small self contained suite with amenities - Convenient location , walkable to forest hill train station and two local parks. Great to be self contained while visiting London . Pillows were too large for my preference.

• BARRY (10/5): - Lovely little flat close to where I was working. I managed to get parking on the street every evening. Flat was very clean and tidy. I am staying there again next week. Unfortunately it’s not available for the rest of my contract in Dulwich or I would have booked it every week.

• Liana (9/5): Lovely longer stay with all that we needed and more. - Location was near my daughter’s flat plus cooking in an equipped kitchen, comfortable mattress and nice bathroom. It was quiet and the outdoor space was lovely. Many steep concrete stairs to climb. This was difficult as I use a cane and there was no hand rail.
• Julie (9/5): A good little find 😀 - Spacious and quiet The bedroom could do with curtains as we felt the blinds did not close properly leaving us feeling a little exposed at night.
• Mulford (8/5): Very good - During our stay the area was quiet with very little noise disturbance. The property is clean and tidy and was perfect for our requirements which was to visit our son who lives nearby. The shower is good and the flat was warm. There are several buses stop nearby, regularly and it's easy to get to the overground train and into London in less than an hour. Will use again.

• Lilia (9/5): Amazing ! Highly recommended ! thank you Dave - We had an amazing stay! The property was even better than we expected – extremely clean and well-maintained. Dave, the host, was always available and very attentive to our needs, making sure everything was perfect. The neighborhood was fantastic – super quiet and peaceful. The only slight downside is that it's a bit far from central London, but there's a bus stop right at the end of the street, so it's very well connected and easy to get around at any time of day!

The property has obviously been well looked after and was a very pleasant place to stay. The contact person was professional and extremely helpful, responding promptly and positively to a couple of queries we had. My wife is very hard to please so when she gave this property the thumbs up it was the equivalent of an Oscar award. No negatives! What was there not to like?

• Lmcollins (8/5): Excellent, comfortable stay that is good value for the area - super helpful host. - Really comfortable and homely. Bed very comfortable. The host, Dave, was super helpful. Mostly quiet suburban street with easy parking, and only minutes from shops at Lordship Lane. There was some noise from the estate across the road on the Saturday night, from people out on their balconies enjoying the evening sunshine, however, it wasn't too late.

• James (8/5): Very good - Plenty of room, separate kitchen and dining. Space outside, didn't use due to the weather. We like a bath, but that's just our preference. Also, we are both 6ft tall so we struggled with the bed being a double, feet dangling off the bed!!!

• Kostiantyn (9/5): Excellent value for its price - It has everything you would expect from a home, and even more when compared to other offers. It is warm, clean, and in a peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen is well-equipped with a variety of cutlery and crockery. The Wi-Fi can be somewhat unstable, but it wasn't a problem 95% of the time. The shower tends to be cold.
