• Val (2/5): Very stressful, and felt very uncomfortable. They appeared to not understand what was said. - Regarding kitchen facilities, there was no breakfast. Tea and coffee was on the veranda, which I did not have as it was late when a friend came to check to see if I could get in on the Saturday night. there was no evidence anyone was in the house. I couldn't get out of there in the morning quick enough. There must have been someone in the room opposite, as the door slammed at 6am. Communication dreadful, as they did not appear to understand what was said. $100 bond demanded if they didn’t receive ID, even though Booking.com had ID. No-one was there at 5pm as promised, so over phone said I could not stay there. A friend then sent a picture, but weekend was completely spoilt. They demanded a picture via the CCTV inside the house. Over 30 emails/messages including a message at 12.45am demanding a good review to receive future discounts. Many promises to refund bond in two to three days, but kept saying they did not receive the details. A friend assisted again and eventually they sent the $100. A very stressful experience. Would not recommend.

Rovněž byla požadována záloha, opět vše mimo Booking, musela být zaplacena online ještě před příjezdem. Měli jsme velký problém s vrácením zálohy !! Dostali jsme ji zpět až po několikanásobném upozornění, trvalo to asi měsíc a půl !! Kdyby jsme se neozvali, nic by nám nevrátili!!! Ubytování bych se vyhla, nespolehlivý majitel, prostěradlo bylo špinavé od oleje, pokoje i koupelna jsou špinavé, za budovou je skladiště odpadu. Před domem se zdržovali individua kouřící marihuanu.
• Roberta (1/5): Very disappointing stay – poor hygiene and maintenance - Nothing Very disappointing stay – poor hygiene and maintenance This was honestly one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. The building is very poorly maintained and cleanliness was a major issue from the moment I arrived. The room was dirty at check-in, with visible debris on the floor and multiple human hairs on the bed linen, which is completely unacceptable. I reported the issue immediately and requested fresh linen and proper cleaning. Although this was eventually addressed, it took two days, and unfortunately the same problem occurred again afterward. The floor remained dirty despite multiple complaints. In addition, the common areas were not cleaned at all during the three days I stayed, which further reflects the lack of basic hygiene standards. I also found it inappropriate that guests are encouraged to leave a 10/10 review in exchange for a discount. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences, not incentives. I travel frequently and have stayed in many accommodations, and I can confidently say this was the worst experience I have had. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

• K (4/5): clean & comfortable but i had no hot water and you pay extra for air-condition not mentioned on add - room was clean and comfortable no hot water in bathroom at 5.00am in the morning so i had a cold shower .then tried again at 8.00am and no hot water ? when i got in the room i found out that using the air-condition is extra this should be stated in booking.com having to wait 14 days to get my $100 bond back is not fair i paid on the day so i should get it back within 24 hours of leaving

• Almontadar (1/5): It was the worst experience ever - I didn’t like anything about it, it was the worst experience ever I arrived at 10:30pm from the airport I knocked and knocked no one answered Also it’s s house not a hotel If I wanted a house I could’ve went airbnb I called they asked for my id and a bond I said I have them on ur location come take them and let me in They said they can’t I had to sit there for an hour outside until I called my boss and he resolved it for me On top of that I just got back to the place at 12:45pm and the cleaners got there at 1pm They asked me to leave I asked can I stay another night because I’m serious ill There was no heater in the room I couldn’t sleep Had to wait till the sun came up They refused they kicked me out and wore so rude And they took the bond money They are very dodgy and they are very dirty If booking have them or places like them I no longer will book with them

The house was mostly quiet except for one night someone was talking very loudly on their phone Shared toilet and bathroom was not cleaned during my 8 day stay and had pee on the floor. I had to ask for it to be cleaned. The mattress had permanent hollows where people had been sleeping. No kitchen, microwave and kettle on the patio.

• Merino (1/5): Bad - From my perspective, the owner doesn't fully understand what customer service is, and we didn't feel comfortable during our stay. They charge you a fee without understanding why. They charge you extra for using air conditioning, which is common and should be included. They provide a microwave and electric kettle, but they're located outside the property, perfect for winter. The mattress in room 75 definitely needs to be replaced, as it's impossible to sleep. In short, it's a house with many rooms where they just want to profit from people sleeping there.

Other than I did not like anything else about the property. 1. There’s no kitchen, the water, coffee etc is kept in the corner of an open-air porch 2. Additional money demanded for aircon 3. Uncooperative staff. As I walked in a staff was outside and offered no assistance to me to locate the lock box or welcoming 4. The moving space in the room was three steps forward and one step sideways. So tiny and compact 5. Cleaning of the common bathroom and toilet not done in the morning or until late. 6. Though I transferred the deposit money they would not sent me the check in details unless I send the copy of the deposit receipt by email
