- Natalia (10/5): Excelente estadía - Todo fue excelente. El lugar destaca por su limpieza, el buen estado de las instalaciones y el cuidado en cada detalle. La cama era muy cómoda y todo se veía en perfectas condiciones, lo que hizo la estadía aún más agradable. La encargada mostró siempre muy buena disposición, respondiendo de inmediato a todas nuestras consultas. Además, en la recepción del edificio fueron muy amables y simpáticos, lo que se agradece desde el primer momento. La cocina merece una mención especial: está muy bien equipada, con una gran variedad de utensilios que hacen que cocinar sea realmente cómodo y práctico. Como sugerencia de mejora, sería ideal contar con otro aire acondicionado en el comedor, ya que ahí hay un sofá cama que también se utiliza para dormir. Al cocinar y durante la noche, el ambiente tiende a acumular bastante calor pero eso es típico de río

- marcela Fabiana (10/5): - Estuvimos una semana en el apartamento, todo muy bien organizado, limpio, cómodo, y nuevo, no le falta nada, lo tiene todo, muy amables los dueños por sus mensajes y los porteros muy atentos, lo recomiendo... No me gustó la vista por la ventana, tienes edificio enfrente pero es Río de Janeiro en pleno centro.

- Chee (10/5): Overall it’s an excellent place to stay and highly recommend it. recommend Thank you Liner. - The apartment is modern, clean and a pleasure to stay in for 3 days. It is a big contrast to the old building itself. The building also has 24 hours security guards who are very friendly especially the day-shift man. It is located in a safe area near Cooacabana beach with supermarket, shops, restaurants nearby. Liner sent Clear instructions ahead via WhatsApp msgs for my check-in. And everything went smoothly by following the instructions. Check-in was seamless. I also like that it has a smart tv with Netflix logged in. It met my expectations of a compact home with a functioning kitchen, microwave machine, full size fridge, stove and cutlery and plates and cups. That was listed by owner Liner are there in the apartment including iron and ironing board (which I don’t need) Nothing really. I was happy with it. It was a comfortable home for me for the 3 extra days that I had in Rio.
