- Selena (1/5): . - . .
- ASHA (2/5): Better I would have paid a bit extra to get a good service somewhere else - Location only Very uncomfortable facility
- Barcelona (4/5): -

- Merrandah (3/5): Even though it was $65 I came out feeling scammed - I appreciated leaving I honestly didn’t expect much to begin with because it was cheap but now it could have been even cheaper and I would still not stay again. -Whole house drenched in the smell of cigarettes to the point it hurt my lungs staying there.
- broken equipment and objects just lying around the place extremely not maintained. Felt like I was staying in a crack den.
-tap in kitchen was broken and was constantly running.
- walls so paper thin I could hear the people in the other rooms breathing.
- don’t ever take children here they should actually have a disclaimer before booking that this place is not children appropriate.
Felt like staying in a frat house guy next door spent all day and night singing karaoke to himself.
-bed was so hard I had better sleep in the car.
- toilet was in the same room as the shower so good luck going if when everyone decides they need a shower.
-every floor and surface was either so old it looked permanently dirty or so dirty that it looked old. Let’s just say I wasn’t keen to be in the bathroom for very long. And there was no way in hell I was having a shower.
- Hakim (2/5): Very outdated accomodation. Booking.com should advertise correctly - very bad experience
- Nickell (3/5): -
- Reece (1/5): Bad shit hole - Rooms smelt really bad of cigarettes we couldn't stay in it and they wouldn't refund me.
There was a couple of small marks left on the bed sheets apparently from us so they deducted $70 from my bond apparently they don't know how to clean . Nothing very messy all around the out side of the house aswell.
- natasha (10/5): - It was very clean The rooms are big it’s feels like home
- Beirne (1/5): -
- Jasz (1/5): It was really bad experience for the both ho was shown on the app it was totally different because the houses - Nothing it’s was really bad and very bad experience Everything was very bad the location and the house it self was under construction
- Kumarasiri (8/5): - It was good safe and clean.Worth for money
- Bhuvan (1/5): Worst experience ever. - I didn’t like anything. This was my worse experience, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. There was nothing to do cleaning which is common necessity, the kitchen condition was very bad unhygienic and cockroaches were everywhere. They shouldn’t list property like this on their site. They entered in the room without my consent I am really disappointed like this is common sense my everything was in the room and they entered without my presence.
- Varun (8/5): -
- Lia (1/5): Worst accomodation and service ever - Nothing, it was the worst property Ive ever stayed in, the sheets were stained, the bathrooms are shared and very poorly maintained even the kitchen smell. And someone came and opened my room while I was sleeping and my partner had just left to go outside. Other than that, they will make sure you pay for the bond and will contact you quickly regarding the payment process but will forget to pay it back once youve left. I'm still waiting for my bond that they said will only take two days and its been more than a week and they will make excuses but nothing done. DONT RECOMMEND.
- Scarlett (1/5): -
- alleisha (1/5): -
- Gafoor (1/5): - Nothjng Cockroaches gang all over in toilet living room and personal room.
Very bad toilet
Bad odor in house.
Not livable
- Sukhdev (2/5): - Price was low Strong bad smell. I was not able to sleep comfortably. He released bond after 5 days.
- Nadia (2/5): We ended up leaving and not staying at all. - The location was good and the price was very cheap. We cancelled our booking on arrival. This does not look like an air BNB. It is a halfway house with people that seem to be living there long term so it’s not comfortable with shared communal spaceships. If you are a woman alone, it can be very uncomfortable with shared amenities with the men. They charge you for the use of air conditioning? The property insisted on a bond which was not the problem but the way they went about it was dubious and confusing staff instructions. we were already at the property and the front had a kebab shop on its lawn with out knowing that the property they were on was a room for rent. Even with the cancelled booking, they delayed the return of the deposit for 3 days.
- thomas (1/5): - I needed a quick cheap hotel room and booked Kaban Power 6. The first red flag was the owner asking for bond payment via payID with an additional six dollar AC fee. I got my keys from the key locker, checked into the room and left the property. I returned at 1am to find that the front door was deadlocked and the neither of the keys I had been given opened the door.
I called the owner and spent and spent thirty minutes explaining that I had been given the wrong key. The owner had trouble understanding this concept and the best advice they could offer was “try putting the keys back in the lock box and taking them out again”
After a half an hour of repetitive back and forth the owner offered to send a locksmith out but it would be at my cost. Frustrated and exhausted, I ended up climbing through a window to gain access to my room. I never received any kind of apology or a single sorry from the owner.
Half of the property is under construction and there’s a broken down Kebab van in the front yard. The bathroom hasn’t been renovated or cleaned since the sixties and looks like a set from a Saw movie. The the house is drenched in cigarette smoke and there’s piles of cigarette butts lying around outside. Kaban Power 6 is not a hotel – it’s a dodgy airbnb slum. Avoid.

- Siosaia (1/5): - I don’t like because I been wanting for my bond to send back n they keep lying to me they send it but they take 60 for the acorn they say is 20 for a night

- Ciaron (4/5): - The price Jordan is an absolute lunatic
- Mere (10/5): -
- AQEEL (10/5): -
- Matthew (5/5): Perfect place for the price. But don't expect too much - Large queen bed. Very comfortable. Easy access with key Kitchen tap was unable to be turned off and so was always running a little bit. I notifed them, but it wasn't fixed in the week I was there.
Also only 1 bathroom with a combined shower and toilet for 5 bedrooms place. Wasn't an issue while I was there, but could be for others
- Siosaia (10/5): -
- Ciaron (10/5): -
- Siosaia (10/5): It’s a nice place - Everything
- Sato (1/5): 全く快適じゃない - シドニーモーターパークに近いこと 隣の部屋が夜中から朝までうるさくて寝れなかった
バスルームは写真の状態と乖離している
キッチンがタバコ臭い

- Hope (10/5): -
- Chris (1/5): Bad -
- Ramzy (2/5): Very poor -
- Ciaron (6/5): Pleasant -
- Riley (8/5): very good - good bed to sleep in close to train station nothing as we had a good sleep each night and a good hot shower each night
- Ford (3/5): It was pricey for what you got, I am having trouble getting my bond back 16days after the stay. Partial refunds with fee - Close to train station It smelled as soon as we walked in of curry, the toilet floor had been peed on and was dirty.
- Hope (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (1/5): Bad -
- Ismail (4/5): Disappointing - Heater/airconditioning I paid extra for did not work and I was refused a refund.
- Aqeel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tash (10/5): Exceptional - Good Bed price
- Issy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ciaron (8/5): 9/10 - Pricing & comfortable bed with amazing food
- Tash (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ciaron (10/5): Exceptional - Cheap accommodation & the kebab van food is exceptional with affordable prices
- Attila (5/5): Spend some more and go somewhere else. - Well, this was a shared facilities type of accomodation, so it had a no noise policy after 11pm. Somebody was singing songs and talking very loud in the kitchen well after this time, so sleeping was ruined.
- Kazi (8/5): Overall, the experience was decent, but the ID verification process could be streamlined. - The room itself was clean, with fresh sheets and towels. This accommodation felt more like a shared house than a traditional hotel. The check-in process was awkward, as they requested a photo of my ID, which I was hesitant to provide given that booking.com had already verified my identity. After some back-and-forth, they agreed to accept a photo of my ID by striking off the number and address.
The shared bathroom lacked soap.
- Tom (1/5): If you can afford ANYWHERE else, go there - Nothing really. We regret staying here The bathroom was revolting. It was an old house split into different rooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Would not recommend to anyone
- Kathryn (10/5): Exceptional - Room is big Comfort room smell bad
- Bijo (8/5): Very good -
- Mackay (4/5): Disappointing - Tv bed comfort and food. Room cramped a lil . Paying extra for air-conditioning. Shower was not good pressure.
- Gary (1/5): Bad - Cockroaches smoked butts my partner caught a eye infection because of the dust and filthy state of the place want a refund please have the proof of what the place is pay the refund please any decent place would have None rude staff can't understand English
- Hedieh (1/5): Bad - It was close to train station. It was very old and dirty property. Kitchen and bathroom and toilet was very old and dirty. That was cackroch in every where. Bed w as old and not good quality very old sheets. Old cupboards and closet and smelly. They keep asking for extra money. That was very noisy gest was drunk and he was continuously sower under our room's window when we complained to the owner they said we couldn't do any thing for that. When we ask for refund because they had problem they didn't accept and we end up call police.
- Tim (2/5): Very poor - Had to pay a deposit, which I'm still chasing to get back two days later
- Chantel (1/5): Absolutely horrible, would never go back - The place smelt horrible and it was not properly cleaned. The smell was so bad I had to leave early. There were roaches and spiders and the room was not at all like the photos. Also a lot of broken things around the house. My room in particular had a broken window that was covered by the curtain. The bathroom was probably on of the worst parts of my stay. There wasn’t really a proper lock and the toilet and shower was absolutely disgusting. The stains from “excrements” in the toilet plus the shower being covered what looked like mould makes it so much worse. The kitchen looked unsanitary as well. Overall would never go there again and regret my stay. Please just book somewhere else. Spend a bit more money and actually get a decent place because this was definitely not it.
- Mcnamara (6/5): Pleasant -
- Puluno (7/5): Good -
- Ana (4/5): Lesson learnt - The process for booking was easy. Communication responses was good. The bed was super hard. My room was right off the kitchen and I was woken up to someone yelling and swearing on the phone. I felt a bit unsafe so i left after 1 night of a 3 night booking. Property advertised children welcome but i would not recommend staying with children. Nor women travelling solo. It was a house, all rooms had been converted to rooms. No living room to sit and chill, kitchen was old and very outdated. There was communal toiletries in bathroom and light didn't work.
- Allan (9/5): Soo much potential but like a theme park opened to early. Still for the more for them to do. - Very easy going, no fights no drunkenness or parties. The internet connection is great. And someone sign out of amazon in room 3. Feels half built, living in a construction yard. You have to watch for lose screws in the lawn.
No common items like milk.
- Jesse (1/5): Wouldn't stay there again - There was a kebab tent out front $6 per day for aircon. Absolutely ridiculous
- Mehta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sei (10/5): Exceptional -
- Meiklejohn (2/5): Would never stay here again. - The Beds/ Linen were clean and comfortable Security Cameras everywhere, including with view into the bedroom. Lock on the bathroom was a bent nail. Non smoking Booking, which other tenants ignored. No Pets booking, with cat damage obvious on furniture, My partner is highly alergic. Booking included AirConditioning, but on arrival were informed that the remotes had been removed, and were held for an extra daily surcharge. Kitchen was a terrible disorganized mess, the only 'clean' things were found was the bedding itself. I've stayed in better maintained 'fleabag motels'.
- Adji (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mathew (7/5): Very quite good location - Good location and very quiet Could not cook and room was very dusty
- Jacob (3/5): Poor - Bed wasnt really clean when i arrived, and towels werent folded. Bathroom was also kind of nasty. Kitchen was messy and dirty.
- Meagan (1/5): Bad - The bed was fairly comfortable. There was a good truck parked in the front yard with seating all around the outside of the house for random people to sit whilst they eat
There was no lock to the front door at all, just pushes open. A camera that blind you add your walk in and told that this is their security system (great- crime first, then the cops can sort it because it's on camera so apparently don't worry).
Bathroom is shared and great when house open to anyone, I mean who doesn't like urine all over the toilet seat and floor. Window is locked partially open and no blind or curtain covering window so any peeping tom can see in or film. I went around to the outside and could see directly into the bathroom. Added bonus, mirror on back of door means full view. So much for privacy. But don't worry they'll tell you this isn't a problem.
Kitchen is in shambles. A tv on the floor blocks half the benches. Also once again anyone can come in as no lock to the front door.
Overall unsafe place with no basics of a lock system besides to your own room. Seedy.
Usually not this blunt about a place but considering when contacted them they were avoidant and terrible and delayed communication so when cancelled second night they said to late for refund for that night. Really cheese at how bad the whole experience was.
Also lights into room make it so bright for sleeping that have to cover head to deal.
