• Luuk (10/5): Value for money for sure - Keeping in mind it was so cheap, the stay was amazing! Of course it could have been a little cleaner, the interior a little nicer and the bathroom a little better. But then again..... It is dirt cheap and you definitely get what you pay for, which in this case is fine enough for a day or two! Nothing could have been better for this price
• Julia (1/5): To nie jest miejsce dla ludzi! - .Lepiej zobaczcie co się nie podobało :))) To miejsce absolutnie nie powinno być oferowane jako nocleg. Nie przypomina ani hotelu, ani hostelu, ani nawet zwykłego pokoju. Sprawia wrażenie starego marketu przerobionego na prowizoryczne „lokum”, w którym można co najwyżej przespać kilka godzin, ale dłuższy pobyt stanowi realne zagrożenie dla zdrowia. W środku panuje tak intensywny grzyb i wilgoć, że po trzech nocach wróciliśmy z partnerką do domu i przez tydzień dochodziliśmy do siebie. Pojawił się u nas ciągły, duszący kaszel, uczucie ciężkości w płucach i wyraźne trudności z oddychaniem. To nie była zwykła reakcja na kurz — objawy wskazywały na kontakt z toksyczną pleśnią. Długotrwałe przebywanie w takich warunkach może prowadzić do przewlekłego kaszlu, duszności, podrażnienia dróg oddechowych, zapalenia zatok, reakcji alergicznych, problemów skórnych, a nawet grzybicy oraz osłabienia odporności. Coś takiego nie powinno mieć miejsca w żadnym obiekcie przeznaczonym do spania. W pokoju znajduje się jedno okno, ale jego otwarcie jest ryzykowne. Tuż pod nim leżą ludzkie odchody, a obok trwa plac budowy. Zapach jest tak intensywny, że okno trzeba natychmiast zamknąć, co tylko pogarsza sytuację, bo w środku nie ma żadnej wentylacji. Połączenie braku wymiany powietrza z grzybem tworzy idealne warunki do rozwoju infekcji układu oddechowego. Przebywanie w takim środowisku, pełnym wilgoci i pleśni, niesie realne ryzyko rozwoju grzybicy skóry, zatok oraz poważnych chorób układu oddechowego, które mogą zaczynać się niewinnie – od kaszlu – a kończyć na długotrwałych problemach zdrowotnych. W pomieszczeniu jest zimno, nie ma grzejnika, a klimatyzacja wygląda na niesprawną i niebezpieczną. Żeby wysuszyć mokre ubrania, musieliśmy używać piekarnika, bo nie było innej możliwości. Tym samym piekarnikiem trzeba było dogrzewać pokój, bo to jedyne źródło ciepła. To nie tylko niewygodne, ale przede wszystkim niebezpieczne.

• Chiara Ancora (4/5): - The design inside is nice and the location is “central”. The taxi from the airport was provided by them for free. The apartment was very disappointing and did not feel safe or comfortable. First of all, the location and setup are misleading. The unit is at ground level and appears to have previously been a shop. There is no proper front door so you have to enter through a shutter, which made it feel insecure and exposed. On the first night, there was a disturbing incident outside with loud noises and someone trying to break something. I could both hear and see what was happening from inside. When I contacted the owner, he said he couldn’t do anything and showed no concern or follow-up, which was very unsettling. The apartment is also poorly equipped. The kitchen is almost empty—there was only one pan, a few plates, and some glasses. There were no basic appliances such as a kettle or microwave. Essentials were missing as well: only one roll of toilet paper was provided for several days, and there was no soap, cleaning products, or hair dryer. The bathroom was extremely uncomfortable to use. The shower is positioned between the toilet and the sink, so when someone showers, the entire bathroom floods with water. This makes it impossible for others to use the toilet or sink at the same time and creates a very inconvenient and impractical situation.

• Dafne (8/5): Ottima posizione, graziosa, ma bagno da rivedere - Struttura centrale che permette di girare tutto il centro di Sofia anche a piedi. La struttura dispone di tutto l'essenziale ed è pulita. Il bagno è la parte negativa: la doccia è posizionata tra WC e lavandino, completamente aperta, e lo scarico è un foro nel pavimento. In pratica se ci si fa la doccia poi usare il bagno è impossibile perché è tutto bagnato e se si è più persone diventa un problema.

The apartment was warm but mainly the hall area because the effect of air conditioner was not very effective for the bedroom . Kitchennette was good. Great facilities for the price. I would like to recommend the owner to keep some basic cooking items in the kitchenette like oil salt and some basic spices.great space for a group of 3-4 people. It was clean . I'll recommend it . Kitchenette had no basic items . Spring mattress in hall kinda uncomfortable. Ac's air not hoing in the bedroom making it feel cold.
• Moonchang (10/5): - 가격 대비 매우 훌륭한 옵션이라고 생각합니다. 숙소는 잘 정돈되어 있었고 깔끔했습니다. 숙소는 생각보다 넓었습니다. 현지인 친구들은 제게 그 지역이 외국인이 많이 사는 지역이라 위험할수 있다고 했지만 위험한 것에 대해서는 전혀 느끼지 못했고 도심과 가까워서 너무 좋았습니다. 호스트도 매우 친절해서 빠르게 답변해주어서 좋았습니다. 요약하자면 모든 면에서 매우 만족스러웠던 곳입니다. 씽크대 배수구가 잘 빠지지 않았습니다만 아마 정기적인 배수구 청소가 이루어지기 직전에 제가 머물렀던것 같습니다.

• Svetlana (1/5): Не препоръчам! - Телевизията не работи. Обадих се на посочения номер да помоля за съдействие, вдигна ми жена, която ми обеща, че ще изпрати човек да провери какъв е проблема. Никой не се появи, писах й, не получих отговор. Четейки отзивите, разбрах, че проблемът с телевизията е отдавна. Плюс това няма и електрическа кана, въпреки че е упоменато, че има.

• Anna (7/5): Good - Great location. We explored the city because everything was so close. The apartment was exactly as the owners had described. Very colorfully decorated. The kids loved it. The beds were very comfortable. I would add a kettle in the kitchen and a shelf for cosmetics in the bathroom.

Some very basic kitchen essentials were missing from the apartment, like salt and sugar, which are typically standard in most Airbnbs. It would’ve made things easier, especially for short stays. Also, the cookware provided was in pretty poor condition—some pans were scratched or hard to use. And also no hair dryer

• Ahsan (1/5): I would skip it - The apartment itself is aesthetic with good amenities. Really bad location. Its kind of a communal ditting area outside where loads of people hang our all the time. Very loud. Right in front ofa. Commercial market. Door opens right on the street. We felt very unsafe. Had a couple banging on the door for hours in the night (the place was probably double booked). The owner never showed up or helped. Small parkering a little far that you have to pay for.

• Adnan (4/5): Disappointing - Its location is close to many historical sites. The house and materials were clean. But... The house is very humid. The entrance is from the street. It's like you live in the middle of the street. All the noise is inside. Local residents do not like guests. The parking lot suggested by the owner, did not accept my car, saying it was full even though it was empty. In the morning I found my car window covered with a very spicy and dirty food.
• Lara (10/5): Highly recommended - Everything is new and decorated in matching colours. The beds are comfortable and everything was spotless. The location was really good, less than 10 minutes walking from city centre and is really close to the women’s market.
