• Clara (3/5): première et dernière fois dans cet établissement - la proximité avec la bouche de métro et de diverses commerces Établissement salubre, sanitaire très peu entretenu et très sales avec manquement de papier toilette, douche bouchée plus fuite. Chambre très mal isolée, literie sale avec présence de taches sur les draps ainsi que des puces de lit. Adaptateur à disposition non fonctionnel. 1 serviette de douche à disposition alors que nous étions 4. Colocataires bruyants et sales.

• Andrea (1/5): Es una estafa!!!! - La ubicación, pero porque tenga buena ubicación no hay que pagar por una estafa. En Booking y en su página web oficial presumen de tener unos servicios que son completamente mentira. Para poner en contexto, dormimos en la habitación 1 de ésta Guesthouse. Yo alquilo este apartamento por su ubicación pero sobre todo y esencial, yendo en pleno fin de año que la temperatura no ha subido de 4 grados si llega, porque tiene calefacción y secador de pelo. Y obviamente es una estafa. Sara, la propietaria miente, NO hay calefacción y NO había secador de pelo. No hemos podido dormir del frío que hacía en el “apartamento”, y ducharnos… ni comento, cae dos gotas de agua y sin secador de pelo, os podéis imaginar… Donde encuentro el problema es que Sara le ha dado exactamente igual y no nos ha proporcionado ninguna solución durante los 4 días que hemos estado, no contestaba al teléfono salvo que insistieses llamando y daba largas dándole exactamente igual si tenía a mi madre congelándose en la “cama”. Era sofá cama y no llega a ser porque puse dos tablones debajo y se caía la cama. De verdad, una vergüenza en relación a lo que ofrecen. No pido ni que sea bonito ni que sea nuevo, soy consciente, pero en pleno invierno a -1 grado era lo mismo dormir en la calle que ahí dentro, por ni hablar de lo peligroso que es subir las escaleras a la cama de arriba. Una desgracia la verdad. Insisto, Sara que es el contacto que te dan de whatsapp, nefasta y mala persona. No llega a ser por el “cleaner” el señor que limpia las habitaciones y porque me lo encontré de casualidad y no hubiese podido ni ducharme en 4 días. (Ni entro en que llegamos y nos encontramos para cuatro personas, solo dos toallas, una sábana mojada y un rollo de papel para los 4 días)

• N (3/5): - De locatie was zeer gunstig Facilities waren niet schoon. Ook was er een andere kamer belooft dan sat we hadden gekregen. Er was maar 1 stopcontact in de gehele kamer die onder het bed gelocaliseerd was. Toen ik dit had gemeld bij de gastvrouw zou zij de volgende dag met een oplossing komen. Maar daar hebben we niks van gezien. Ze beloven veel, maar ze komrn op weinig na. Ook was de kamer niet bepaald schoon, en waren in de gedeelde badkamers 9 van de 10 keer geen wc papier. Ook hed bed was bijelkaar gehouden met 2 paaltjes aan de onderkant die elke verschuiving omvielen en je bijna door het bed heen viel.

• Ben (6/5): - Host was very responsive via whatapp. Imstructions on location and access was very thorough and pit you at ease. Keypad entry meant no keys needed. Fridge in room was very handy. Room hadn't been cleaned, or sheets changed on check in. This was sorted when we got back in the evening. Room was a bit cramped.

O hostel, aliás, fica em cima de um restaurante brasileiro. A internet falhou em alguns dias. E uma porta quebrada que dava acesso ao terraço nos deixou preocupados.

Window was smashed and didn’t shut. No toilet roll in shared toilet. Sofa bed was broken. Dirty mattress up against wall. Kettle and microwave lead didn’t reach the plug. No cups or running water (other than in shared toilet) to make tea or coffee. Plug socket duct taped to wall. Pillows and bedding seemed really old. Ladder for top bunk had 2 missing steps. Was really noisy.

Tiene calefacción y el frió no es un problema Que solo había un enchufe detrás de la cama que encima era litera y había que rodarla para poder cargar los móviles en ese único enchufe.. y aparte estaba el enchufe de la pequeña nevera y el microondas que estaba encima de ella su cable no llegaba al enchufe y cada vez que queríamos calentar algo teníamos que bajarla al suelo y rodar las camas

Kein Fenster im Zimmer, die Wände waren dreckig, auf der Toilette gab es keinen Toiletten Sitz, Die Dusche dreckig da muss man ja Angst haben kein fuspilz zu bekommen

• Páll (2/5): Mold is not fair in any circumstances - Good location While we did not have any issues with the age of the building, the expected street noise, or cleanliness in general, we encountered a serious problem with mold on the wall of our room. Unfortunately, due to our late arrival, we were forced to spend the first night in the room. I would also like to point out that this problem was not mentioned in any of the reviews. I asked for a refund on the following day and get a nice respond but finally nothing has happened.

La limpieza es pésima, llegamos y la ropa de la cama estaba sucia y la cama qué es una litera rota, se le mandó mensaje a la encargada, no hubo respuesta, vino la limpiadora pero no limpió ni la habitación entera… Respecto a la litera, tú vimos que dormir dos personas en la cama de abajo porque en la de arriba era imposible, creando así incomodidad y malestar en nuestro descanso. Me puse varias veces en contacto con la encargada la cual nunca aportó ninguna solución, nos vamos a ir del alojamiento y sigo superando respuesta…

• Guest (5/5): Logement passable et emplacement agréable - L’emplacement est super, la station Highbury et Islington est très proche et permet de se déplacer facilement. Les espaces communs ne sont pas toujours propres et il y a de mauvaises odeurs dans les couloirs. Aussi, l’isolation du logement est extrêmement légère. Il manque des prises dans le logement afin de pouvoir les utiliser sans avoir à débrancher le frigo.

Desconfiábamos un poco por lo malos comentarios que vimos antes de nuestra llegada pero nos sorprendimos para bien. No pude conseguir un secador de pelo, si vas varios días es un punto a tener en cuenta.

• Guest (1/5): - Vi havde desværre en meget skuffende oplevelse på hotellet, og standarden levede på ingen måde op til forventningerne. For det første manglede der et lagen til sovesofaen, hvilket gjorde det ubehageligt at sove der. Der var heller ingen varmekilde i rummet, og det var så koldt, at vi endte med at blive forkølede. Toilettet var rigtig ulækker, låget var helt gult ned mod kummen, og brættet havde et lag der var ved at falde af. Brugeren havde ikke noget til at hænge brusehovedet op på, så den skulle man holde i hånden og der kom næsten ingen vand ud. Rummets stand var generelt dårlig: væggene var beskidte, delvist malede og der var synlige ledninger flere steder. Fryseren kunne ikke lukkes, fordi den var fyldt med is, og vinduet kunne ikke lukkes ordentligt. Det betød, at der hele tiden var en åbning både foroven og forneden, hvilket kun gjorde kulden i rummet endnu værre. Det mest ubehagelige var dog, at personalet om morgenen låste døren op og gik direkte ind uden at banke på – og før vi overhovedet havde tjekket ud. Det føltes som en klar overskridelse af vores privatliv og var meget upassende. Alt i alt var opholdet virkelig utilfredsstillende, og vi vil ikke anbefale dette hotel til andre

Easy check-in. Well insulated room, didn't have to turn on heater during November winter. There were two bathrooms in the floor, one didn't have any lock, and light was not turning on. And the basins in the bathroom has two taps. One tap gives extreme hot water and the other one gives extreme cold water. Requested to extend checkout time by 2 hours since we had kids but the staff didn't accommodate.

• Carina (1/5): We’re meant to stay three nights, left after the first! - Location Sometimes location and price isn’t everything. Do not be fooled by the photos, our room looked nothing like this. It was dirty, there was mould on the windows, there were no light shades, there was a lamp with no where to plug it in, we had one pillow each with no cover, broken mirrors in the hallway, smashed up doors, no toilet seat in the joint bathroom, lock in the bathroom didn’t work.
• Inese (7/5): For this price, it’s a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend! - The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and well-kept. The location is excellent, and the surroundings were quiet and peaceful – no noise from other guests. The hosts were very friendly and communicative, and genuinely cared that everything was alright. The only thing we missed was a hairdryer, but that’s completely understandable.
• LYDIA (1/5): - La habitación no tiene nada que ver a las fotos, es pequeña, no tiene cocina y no está bien limpia. El baño es lo peor sin duda, es la parte más sucia y en las duchas da asco meterse. Además, éramos tres personas, solo nos dieron dos toallas y le hablábamos a la chica para pedirle más toallas y ni nos respondía. Lo único bueno del apartamento es que está cerca del centro, pero no le recomiendo a nadie quedarse ahí. Se escucha además todo el ruido de la calle y de las habitaciones de los lados, y abajo hay un bar en el que hacen fiesta los sábados, retumbaba hasta el suelo de la habitación. Le doy una estrella porque no puedo cero.
• Maria Paula (6/5): Frustração. - A localização é excelente no que diz respeito a mercados, estações de transportes públicos etc. Os banheiros são longe do quarto, é necessário transitar por estranhos para ir ao banheiro ou tomar banho. Em meu quarto existia uma máquina de lavar roupas que não podia ser usada por hóspedes, achei sem lógica, além de que as fotos não retrataram como realmente eram os quartos e corredores. A janela do meu quarto estava rachada.

Étterem, volt, kávézó, reggeliző 2-10perc sétára, és minden más a belváros körül elérhető busszal vagy metróval több irányból is félórás úttal. A papír vékony falak. Bár ezt ellensúlyozza, hogy a házirendben 10óra után teljes csöndet várnak el a bentlakóktól. De az ajtók nagyon nyikorognak, így hiába próbál bárki csendesen közlekedni. A zuhanyzás kalandos, elég nehéz a megfelelő hőmérsékletet eltalálni, és az egyik wc-n nincs ülőke, ezzel együtt kettő van a házban sok-sok emberre.

• Jennifer (7/5): Günstige, saubere Unterkunft in guter Lage, ohne Luxus - Wir sind mit unseren Kindern (10, 7, 2 Jahre alt) eine Woche im Oktober im Guesthouse 81 gewesen. Zu allererst muss gesagt sein: wenn ich eine Unterkunft buche, die für eine ganze Woche das kostet, was man als fünfköpfige Familie sonst für eine Nacht in London bezahlen muss, kann man kein Luxus erwarten!! Dieses war uns im Voraus bewusst. Wir hatten Zimmer Nummer 2. Es war ein dreistöckiges Bett für die Kinder vorhanden und eine ausgezogene Schlafcouch für meinen Mann und mich. Außerdem hatten wir einen Fön, einen Wasserkocher, einen Mini-Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle, einen Tisch und Klappstühle im Zimmer. Die Staumöglichkeiten waren sehr begrenzt. Toiletten und Duschen waren auf dem Flur und wurden sich mit den anderen Reisenden geteilt. Die Toiletten waren immer sauber, manchmal ging abends das Klopapier etwas zur Neige. Aber sobald man den Vermietern Bescheid gegeben hat, war am nächsten Tag eine Rolle mehr im Klo ;-) Die Toiletten und Duschen, sowie die Flure wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und es war immer sauber. (Liegt ja aber auch mit an den anderen Reisenden, ob es sauber ist). Die Vermieter waren immer per WhatsApp zu erreichen und antworteten in der Regel nach 1-2 Stunden oder früher. Der Check-in war einfach, via ein Codeschloss. Die Check-in Anweisung kam 24 Stunden bevor wir nach London geflogen sind. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung zur Unterkunft war ein Tesco Express Supermarkt (ca 3min zu Fuß von der Unterkunft entfernt) eine Bushaltestelle die direkt beim Tesco ist und an der auch der Nachtbus hält. Und eine Underground Haltestelle (Highbury&Islington) ist ca 5min zu Fuß von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wir haben fußläufig einen netten Park mit einem schönen Kinderspielplatz entdeckt und auch das Arsenal London Stadion ist nur 800m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Das man das Fenster in unserem Zimmer nicht öffnen konnte. Mit 5 Menschen über Nacht in einem 10 qm Raum ist die Luft am nächsten Morgen mehr als aufgebraucht.

• Guest (1/5): Ezt nem ajánlom senkinek. - Közlekedési eszközzel jól megközelíthető volt. Higiéniai, felszereltségi hiányosság. Koszos, használt ágynemű, koszos szófa. Fürdőben a WC-n nem volt ülőke. A WC--n nem működött a zár. Szobában zárlatos volt a villany kapcsoló, a fűtés nem működött. Nem volt pohár, kanál. Életveszélyes, tűzveszélyes volt a villany radiátor konnektora. Koszos kilépő a közös fürdőben, melegvíz részletesen volt. Hol tűzforrő volt a víz, hol 10 másodperc múlva jég hideg.
• Ugo (1/5): - Pas de chauffage, nous étions censés en avoir un d’appoint dès le deuxième jour, puis rien, chaque jour une nouvelle relance mais au final nous n’avons pas eu de chauffage de tout notre séjour. les images ne sont pas conformes au logement que nous avons eu. l’hygiène des douches laisse à désirer, et la propreté des lieux dans l’ensemble aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement. seul point positif, bien situé par rapport au métro. notre dernier jour, les communs étaient encombrés…
• Marina (8/5): Boa - região legal mas poderia ter mais comodidades - O quarto é pequeno mas tinha tudo o que precisávamos, inclusive frigobar (o que é ótimo já que não servem café da manhã, então compramos algumas coisas para isso). A cama é bem confortável e a coberta quentinha :) A localização é ótima, bemmm pertinho de uma estação, tem restaurantes perto e dois supermercados grandes. Nãao vou mentir, a rua é meio barulhenta em termos de gente falando alto do nada (pelo menos bem de noite e bem cedo que era quando estávamos lá) mas gostei bastante da facilidade da estação (tipo 2 quadras) e dos comércios em volta, muito útil! Também é muitooo perto do estádio do Arsenal, vale a pena ir mesmo que só por fora conhecer. Wifi funciona bem e o chuveiro é bom (só faltaram apoios no banheiro, como ganchos para toalha ou banquinho para as coisas, facilitaria muito!) Precisa de mais tomadas no quarto! A única tomada é atrás do frigobar e não tinha onde sentar. Eu mudei o sofazinho de lugar para poder resolver coisas no celular enquanto carregava (mas assim a porta não abria direito) e era só uma coisa por vez que dava para carregar, achei bemmm inconveniente para um quarto de viajantes. Precisa de mais tomadas e em locais melhores, como perto da mesinha ou da cama. A pessoa responsável manda todas as informações no whatsapp antes de ir (a porta da rua tem uma senha e a do quarto tem outra senha). O que me atrapalhou muito foi que ela foi irredutível em aceitar guardar as malas (chegamos na cidade às 07h da manhã). Se você chegar cedo na cidade ou for embora tarde, terá que passear com as malas, alugar um outro lugar ou pagar para um checkin antecipado (e já adianto que não vale a pena!). Isso nos atrapalhou muito, e considero uma falta de comodidade do local.
• Charlotte (5/5): Good location but don't go to the bathroom without your phone folks! - Location and price I got locked out of my room (my mistake) but there was no night time support despite other guests trying to contact staff on my behalf. I slept (or didn't sleep) on the corridor floor and had to then wait until 10.30am to get into my room.
• Florian (7/5): Ausstattung mau, aber Preis-Leistung absolut top - Bei dem Preis kann man natürlich keine Wohlfühl-Oase erwarten. Wer aber über eine etwas abgerockte Ausstattung hinwegsehen kann und zu einem unschlagbaren Preis in London übernachten möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Das Bett hätte 10 cm länger sein dürfen. Mit 1,89 m Körpergröße konnte ich mich leider nur diagonal ins Bett legen. Für den Durchlauferhitzer in der Dusche wäre eine kurze Erklärung zur optimalen Einstellung hilfreich gewesen. Nach 2 Tagen hatte ich den Dreh aber schließlich raus;)
• Melisa Antonella (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena. Todo estaba limpio y el colchón era excelente. Te dan toallas. Muy amable la gente que atiende. Volvería debido al precio-calidad. Está bien. Pocos baños, se escuchaba todo. Muy desmejorado. Dato a tener en cuenta: no podes dejar las valijas antes de las 3 pm.
• Guest (1/5): Plus jamais dans cet établissement ! - Rien ! Un conseil, FUYEZ ! Nous sommes allées dans cet établissement avec mon mari et avons passé un très mauvais séjour. La propreté est à revoir ++++ mauvaise odeur qui règne ( moquette dans les escaliers pourrie)... la chambre 1 lit superposé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants ! 1 micro ondes, un frigo certes mais d'aucune utilité car aucune vaisselle, couverts... même pas un coin de table pour manger... juste un vieux canapé n'ayant plus vraiment de couleurs... tâchés de je ne sais qu'elle substances... fenêtre simple vitrage, chambre humide avec moisissures au murs. Très peu de toilette et de douche pour le nombre d'occupants. Tout ça c'est plus qu'à revoir mais le pire c'est qu'il n'y a aucune sécurité ! En premier lieu, mon mari a vu un sdf dormir dans le palier mais ce n'est pas le pire... Le pire c'est qu'il nous était impossible de fermer la porte ! La poignée de la porte était complètement cassé donc impossible de l'a fermer afin d'actionner le code. Je n'ai pas dormi de tout le séjour car n'importe qui pouvait rentrer dans notre chambre que l'on soit absent ou pas !!!!
