Mauvaise réception wifi dans certaines pièces.
• Geoffroy (8/5): Really great location for a simple apartment - The location is perfect, it is quite large, the beds in the bedrooms are comfortable. The AC is not working, there is no oven, the windows are not closing well so I guess it is pretty cold in the winter, the electric adaptors provided for French electric plugs were not working.

• JILL (10/5): Great apartment in a perfect location - The apartment is fabulous. We were met by Rossana near the theatre and she took us to the apartment, showed us round and gave us a few tips on the area. The apartment itself is on the 1st floor (no lift) and is decorated in old Venetian style. It is very clean and spacious with large rooms. Very comfy beds, lovely & warm with plenty of hot water. Towels and a hairdryer are included. The location is perfect for exploring Venice, as it is less than a 5 minute walk from Piazza San Marco. Some great restaurants very close by if you're tired after a long day of exploration. There was nothing we didn't like as everything was great, my only recommendation would be more coat hangers as there were not quite enough to go round between the four of us.

Porém, Alessandro, que nos encontrou para entregar as chaves e abrir o apartamento, foi totalmente mal educado e ríspido, sem nenhuma necessidade. Nos tratou com muita falta de respeito. O local NÃO corresponde às fotos do anúncio. O local é o mesmo, mas toda essa iluminação, paredes pintadas e janelas abertas com aparência de novo ou recém reformado, não condizem com a realidade. Mal conseguimos abrir uma janela.

• Carmen (7/5): Tedious check in process - Location was central and perfect for getting around Venice Within 5 mins to Alilaguna stops Lots of cafes, bars and shops around Spacious, although dated, the apartment had 2 large bedrooms, high ceilings and plenty of storage - it offered everything we needed including a stocked separate kitchen over the weekend Alessandro, who checked us in was detailed and helpful Rossana, the check in assistant first made contact the day before we were due to arrive. She was very helpful at first but became more and more passive aggressive and pushy which added to our frustration when travel into Venice was delayed due to a number of transport strikes, road blocks and pro-Palestine protests. We tried a number of options within our limits, including driving around blocked roads, attempting trains, then buses, then driving to the airport, waiting in long queues to get the Alilaguna and finally arriving after 5 hrs along with large numbers of other travellers in the same situation. Check in communication was constant and process needed to be timed well as needed to meet someone to collect keys. We were told any check-ins after 9pm would be charged at 50 euro late check in fee. Once we finally arrived at the meeting spot, Alesssandro, the other check in assistant handed over keys, walked us through the apartment and collected the tourist city taxes - he was detailed and helpful. Having stayed at many similar apartments throughout my time in Italy, a seamless remote access or code access system would have avoided all this.

We tried to call and contact the owner but couldn't get the advice. Just in the morning, the next day, the problem was sorted out.

She was extremely helpful, and made our stay enjoyable. Do not go by the pictures in Booking. TOTALLY MISLEADING. Entry Furniture was old and worn down nothing was like in the pictures which I will post my own. A/C is in the hallway which doesn’t really cool off the bedrooms, the A/C in the dining room works ok not great. Shower is tiny. Just not what I thought. ☹️

• Marika (6/5): The appartment has seen better times. - The location was excellent and Alberto took good care of us when we had questions / problems. The pictures on the booking.com look better than what is the reality. The facilities are old, so is the furniture (especially the sofa in the main room), water is leaking in the toilet, difficulties to get a proper water temperature in the shower, some lamps are not functioning, the bed sheets are poor and the appartment was not cleaned properly when we arrived. All in all we did not want to spend there more time than necessary (just for breakfast and sleeping).
