• Heinz (5/5): Keine serviceorientierer Vermieter da keine Rechnung ausgestellt wurde. - Die Lage abseits des Zentrums. Internet defekt. Niemand erreichbar und auch keine Rechnung erhalten trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen. Fenster direkt beim Gehsteig.

• Alper Şentürk (7/5): Disappointing - The apartment was fine. The location was fine, as well. There was one thing that made me disappointed about my reservation. To me, it is the most important thing about a journey. I sent four messages to be be informed but could not get any response. Is it so difficult to answer my questions? Three of all about basel card, the last one was about hairdryer. I brought my own hair dryer because my question about it wasn't answered. Then, when I got home, I saw that they already had one. And I got my basel card on my own. Thanks to information center I could ortasında one. I mean the house was fine. The location was fine, as well but when it came to sharing information it was the worst experience that I had.

• David (8/5): switzerland abd indeed Basel beautiful, people spoil it a bit by not being very friendly , must say the transport syste - Good size, fairly well equipped, pretty good location No staff to really offer any help with regard to local questions

• Iuliana (10/5): Great stay - We had a very pleasant stay. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were of good quality. The kitchen was fully furnished and well-equipped – the only thing missing was a corkscrew. Everything was very clean. The staff was kind and thoughtful – they left us water, chocolate, coffee, and milk, which was a lovely touch. Overall, a great experience! The only downside was that the bathroom had a fan, but it wasn’t working.
• Michael (4/5): Disappointed with the comfort and absence of design. - Not much, location perhaps was convenient although not in the best neighbourhood. The name design apartment is deceiving.. It really has the bare minimum Ikea level of items. For two bedrooms only one lounge chair in a corner so nowhere to sit. Kitchen table is a high bar table barely fits two persons for a 2 bedroom place not ideal.

• Márcia (8/5): Very good - The heating was working and the facilities were good. They had a lot of useful kitchen appliances. The cleaning lady was not very nice and our check-in time got delayed, because she was still cleaning. The location is good when you want to use the Badischer Bahnhof train station, but a bit far from the center. In the toilet there was no hairdryer.
• K.e. (8/5): Nice option with accessible price - New facility, quick responses from the staff. Decoration and amenities were reflecting a certain level of quality. Spacious enough to accommodate two couples comfortably. There was a problem with the central heating. They did their best and placed air heaters as an interim solution, but unfortunately caused noise and extra dry air indoor overnight. No hair dryer.
