• Kim (9/5): - Appartamento molto pulito e accogliente, dotato di tutto il necessario. L’host è stata super disponibile e gentilissima, sempre pronta a fornire informazioni utili sulla zona. Non si trova esattamente in centro, ma la fermata del bus è a due passi e permette di raggiungerlo facilmente. Molto gradita anche la bottiglia d’acqua e il piccolo pensiero per la colazione offerti all’arrivo. Consigliato!

• Mario (9/5): 3 memorable days in Florence in a great atmosphere - The hosts were exceptional to pick us up and show us the neighborhood's ABC's and go-to places. They stayed in touch with us to ensure our best experience. Their tips and advice were top notch. The neighborhood was calm and well-connected to the city center, yet the bus info in the stop and in Google was a bit misleading. City taxes were downright ridiculously expensive, but nothing to blame on the hosts.
• Andreea (10/5): Great experience - The appartment was nice and cozy. Had everything we needed :) we also enjoyed playing the piano a bit. The host, Luca, and his wife, Fabiana, were amazing; they provided a lot of details about the appartment, the city, buses, restaurants, etc. -
• Whitney (10/5): A beautiful and quiet place to stay - We loved how kind and caring Fabiana was, she really wanted us to feel comfortable in the apartment at every moment. From giving us indications to get to the flat from the train station to leaving water and snacks for us, the attention was sublime. Also, the flat is really beautiful and it's really quiet. We have nothing to say in this regard. We loved our staying.

• Mikayla (10/5): Lovely hosts! - Luca and Fabiana were very attentive hosts and gave clear instructions on how to find the place alongside recommendations for things to do in Florence. They provided complimentary snacks and had plenty of amenities. The location is fantastic as it’s close by bus stations or you can easily hire a bike/scooter. We found the beds to be comfy also. No lift so be prepared to get your exercise in! Other than that nothing!!!!

• Nikolaos (9/5): Superb - Great host that provided a lot of instructions to us about how to reach the apartment, as well as other information about the area and the city. The communication with the host was outstanding!! They also allowed us to arrive earlier than the actual check-in time. The house is really nice and comfortable for a family of 4 members. It was clean, and we felt like we were at our home!! It's always nice when you enter an apartment and you see a bottle of water, and some other snacks!! The host took care of these details!! I don't like it when properties put a price without including taxes. This is a marketing strategy, aiming to attract the end user with a more reasonable price. It's written with small letters that the property will charge you taxes at the end of the stay. However, if the end user does not see this detail, they will pay more money at the end, and the price will not look reasonable anymore. This is what happened to us. We saw a price on Booking and we booked the apartment for two days. However, we didn't see the small detail that the property will charge us more at the end of our stay. If we have seen this, most probably we would have never booked it.
• Cjojd (10/5): A gem of an apartment which feels like a home away from home. - We arrived by train and got on the 23 bus to the apartment. Fabiana met us there. We had arrived a bit early, but it wasn’t a problem! She couldn’t have made us feel any more welcome and we loved the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you need. There was some snacks and water left for us, it’s these thoughtful little touches that really impressed. Soap, shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, etc. The apartment is situated opposite a bus stop which takes you to the centre of Florence in around 25 minutes. The area felt very safe and quiet. There is a massive supermarket within a 10 minute walk and some smaller ones even nearer. Lots of lovely restaurants and take out facilities nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Loved it!! Can’t fault anything!
• Shiyun (10/5): Unforgettable wonderful stay in Florence - Location: 2nd floor apartment on a quiet and safe street, with easy access bus 23 connected to town, walking distance to different kinds of restaurants, cafes and pharmacies Decoration: you would certainly feel like home upon walking into the apartment as it’s delicately decorated Kind and helpful hostess: she’s been so patient and caring during our stay, you can feel from the bottom of your heart that she cares about you and that certainly melt my heart.. Big big plus: the piano! My son was able to practice his piece during our holidays and I don’t know if you can find another apartment equipped with an instrument for use

My partner fell ill during our stay and our hosts were particularly helpful and caring even offering to drive us to the hospital.
• Richard (10/5): An excellent, high quality flat in a good location - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Casa Bocchi 3. The flat is large, clean and comfortable and I strongly recommend it. It is conveniently near the 23 bus route with a regular service to the centre of Florence. The flat is situated on a quiet street. An excellent cafe and a low cost, high quality Chinese restaurant are a few doors away. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. I couldn't work the CD player - but this may have been my fault!

Nicely decorated, spacious, clean, and all the requirements to make our stay comfortable. Host was great to deal with and checked on us to ensure everything was good. We even received some light breakfast during our stay as well as coffee and tea. Thoroughly enjoy our stay at Casa Bocchi and definitely recommend. Not much to write here. Probably only thing I can add was no elevator to bring luggage up. But it is in description when booking anyway.

• Gintaras (10/5): Exceptional - The location is good, it's walkable to Florence historical center but you can take buses which will take you to there in 10-12 minutes. The host was super nice, she gave us recommendations on restaurants and commuting tips. Actually thanks to the host we ate literally the best pizzas in our lives!! The flat itself was really spacious, bright and clean. Also, owner of the flat made really clear instructions on how to reach the flat. We really had an amazing 4 nights stay in Florence. Really recommend it, won't regret it:)

• Amy (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment and warm welcoming host who went above and beyond to arrange an early morning taxi :) Easy to take a bus, but not super central by popularl tourist locations. Just get a bus ticket from convenience shop downstairs.
• Mihovil (10/5): Great apartment, even better host. - Fabiana was super helpful since the beginning of our trip. Helping with different recommendations, always very quick on replying and checking on how our trip is. The apartment itself was very charming, clean and well located.

• Vinh (9/5): Superb - The check-in was easy, the host sent a video to instruct clearly, the place was super clean and comfortable, enough of kitchen utensils for us to have decent meals, the host was friendly and helpful, though I did not meet them in person but they always checked on us make sure we were enjoying, we had a little incident with power but the host managed to fix it quickly. The bus station is near, just 50m away and I could buy the bus tickets in the coffee shop next door Nothing
• Liviu-dinca (10/5): Excellent stay in Florence - The apartment is really beautiful. The beds are comfortable, you have everything you need in it and it is at ~45 minutes walking distance from the center. There is parking close by, paid, but not very expensive.
