• Tove-Christina (10/5): - Skøn lejlighed og en dejlig terrasse med udsigt over søen. Kort afstand til togstationen og 5-10 min gang til byens smukke centrum, hvor der er mange gode restauranter.
• Kevin (10/5): Schönes Apartment im Zentrum vom Lugano. - Super Unterkunft, schnelle und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Für mich war die Matratze ein bisschen zu weich, sonst alles hervorragend.
• Gazmen (10/5): Ideal für ein paar Tage - Das Apartment ist perfekt ausgestattet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, alles war blitzeblank. Der Fernseher bietet alle gängigen Streamingdienste kostenlos. Der Blick auf den Luganer See, tagsüber wie nachts, ist traumhaft. Altstadt und Promenade sind direkt um die Ecke und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider war die Parkplatzangabe irreführend – angegeben als inklusive, musste er bei der Buchung für 25 CHF extra bezahlt werden. Zudem fehlten klare Infos, wo genau der Schlüsselsafe zu finden ist und in welchem Stockwerk sich das Apartment befindet, was die Anreise unnötig erschwert hat. Das Apartment liegt direkt am Bahnhof, dadurch war es bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut.

• Jiayi (10/5): Wonderful stay in Lugano - The apartment is perfect for families with babies. It is equipped with anything you could possibly need like baby bath tub, even nursing chair with nursing cushion. Space was large, clean and the view was incredible. It is very close to the train station but the shortest way is through several flights of stairs as it is uphill. The host was very kind to pick us from the train station when she found out we had a baby and elderly parent with us. Otherwise, rolling our luggages uphill would have been a challenge for us on our first day. We had a great stay! Only gripe is that the rooms were quite stuffy with the windows closed. We left the windows open at night but that also let in a lot of outside noise which made it tougher for our baby to fall asleep. But it was still fine overall.

• Rajeev (7/5): Value for Money. - Squeaky clean apartment. One bedroom has a double bed whilst the other has two single beds with a crib. None have attached bathrooms. Nice view to the station. The owner was available on the phone late night also to help us locate the property for check in. If you have luggage then one can’t access the short cut staircase as they are many. The road going to the apartment is then a distance.

The apartment was fully stocked and we had everything we needed for our family of five. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of supplies for all of us. Sologno was an amazing host throughout and made sure we were extremely comfortable either a personalized welcome. Thank you for everything! Nothing!! It was perfect - and I don’t say that lightly.

Loved the light & view from the lounge windows! Beds were comfortable and the room temperatures great! Perfect for a family getaway and very central, everything can be explored by foot, the car can be left at the property. We liked it a lot, if there is anything to mention, perhaps that you can hear the trains.

The property had all the amenities needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. There were restaurants nearby. We had good communications with the property owner.

Basement apartment, very high temperature inside without proper airconditioning on a very hot and humid day in Lugano. Opening the two small windows or the main door invited insects and mosquitos.

The place is clean, spacious and with the nice view of lake. The place is fully equipped with kitchen, washer, dryer and all things we need. The parking is right in front of the building. The location is convenient to explore the town. Our host, Solongo, is the best! We wish we could stay longer.

The house is very well equipped and organized, with sympathy add-ons that are not normal in this type of renting. The location is very good, as it is near downtown (5-7 minutes on foot) but sufficiently away from confusion. There was nothing we didn't like.

• Filip (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and extremely equipped appartement. Beautiful view. Check in/out via key box, but all was sufficiently clear. The appartement is just above the train station which is up hill, so one needs to climb many stairs to get home (15 min from old city center), but probably also the lowest row of appartements where you can actually park a car. Free parking was major plus, liked the fact that they had coffee, olive oil, and other basic stuff for cooking. Good quality for money, considering the Lugano prizes.

• Hussam (9/5): The place to stay in lugano - Honestly, everything. The place is well maintained. The owners have put real effort to make sure everything a family needs is available at the house. The quality of equipment and consumables is top. The place is 4 min walk to the train station and 3 min walk to the bus stop. The place is air-conditioned with a wide balcony that had a nice view of lugano. For our next visit to lugano, we will definitely stay there again. A good location map would've made our arrival smoother. Google Map was not giving the right coordinates as per the address in booking.com.

There is no air conditioning and it was quite humid. Also it stated two beds. The one “bed” was a sofa/futon and it was not fit for an adult to sleep on. I also felt a little misled with the description and pictures / reviews. The title of the listing changed after I booked to say “different apartments”. On the listing one apartment is very nice , 2 bedrooms with air and a beautiful view. The apartment we stayed in was not like that at all.

The owner put so much effort on the details that we could find everything we need in the apartment. living here makes us feel even cozier than at home. It is highly recommended.

It's a lovely spacious, airy apartment, fitted with all amenities, including washing machine. 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and the second with a shower. Spacious lounge and dining, delightful kitchen, stocked with essentials. Large balcony with comfortable furniture to relax on and soak in the super view over Lugano, the lake and the mountains. • Taylor (10/5): Exceptional - The view of Lugano was incredible from the outdoor patio. The location was great - right near the train station. Communication with the host was very easy and helpful videos were provided showing the route to the apartment from the train station and how to access the building/apartment. There wasn't air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, and the air conditioning in the main bed room wasn't working. The pull out sofa bed also was more of an extended large sofa, rather than a typical pull out couch that unfolds into an actual mattress.

The neighborhood is fantastic and exceptionally safe, even at night. The apartment is conveniently located very close to the train station and just a few minutes from the city center. Additionally, there is private parking available very close to the property. I inadvertently overlooked mentioning the view, which is truly remarkable. nothing

However I wish the host was more flexible with the check out times especially if there is no clients coming over that day. We wanted to check out late but she didn't allow it until I offered to pay extra. I know it's not mandatory her However I feel checking out at 10am is too early. We travel a lot and this was by far the best apartment we've stayed at but also the only one with the check out as early as 10am. With that being said, I will visit this apartment again because everything else was just perfect 👌 The apartment is perfect. Only the check out time should at least be 11.
