Caroline (5/5): Passable - The location was good ..lots of space The house was filthy the grass was long and the gutters were overflowing with weeds. It also took a month to return our deposit of $500. It's a lovely house but the management team clearly arnt doing there job.
Deborah (9/5): Superb - I didn’t like having to pay $500 bond straight out of my bank account - gone - the day before I even stayed there. Bonds should be refunded within 24 hours of leaving the premises. And stop blaming the bank for it taking 7 to 14 days. Pathetic. You take the bond, you give it back. Leave the banks out of it.
Adriel (5/5): Great location, promising stay but unfortunately property was not up to an acceptable standard and we do not recommend i - Great location, ample parking, close to food and activities. Dirty corners and window frames and airconditoner, mouldy tea towel, washing machine was mouldy and leaked all over the bathroom, couch is old and compressed. Property is not the same as advertised photos, swing set and tree missing from backyard, seating area in the front is non-existent and outdoor furniture heavily tarnished with item left behind from previous occupant. Bed springs can be felt in the back room so sleep was difficult. Was assured twice by staff over the phone that the manager would be in contact but this has not happened.

Alyssa (8/5): Really great property for a family plus dog beach holiday - Excellent location, very close to the beaches and shops. Great backyard. Property was very pet friendly. The house remained very cool in the hot weather. A little small for us and a bit run down in some ways. It could do with a bit of TLC and some simple additions.
Aj (7/5): Great except that there's no wifi. - Location is perfect, you have all you need to cook with and there was enough fresh linen and towels for the three of us. Overall, if it had wifi we would stay again. That they didn't have wifi. I didn't read the fine print. so we were disappointed to realise it doesn't have wifi since we are all remote workers from europe. It's our fault for not double checking but these days I would expect all rentals to have wifi. Lots of cobwebs on all of the outdoor furniture and clothes line but super handy that we had a washing machine and line to use all the same. The bed I slept in, I could feel the springs coming through and every time I moved it would squeak. Perhaps an upgrade would be good there. The DVDs that were left there are all pirate DVDs so the quality is not good. We couldn't watch them. If they had wifi at least we could watch our own Netflix etc..
