- Izza (1/5): WORST STAYCATION EXPERIENCE EVER – DO NOT BOOK! - Nothing Scammer host! We had the most frustrating and disappointing stay. They gave us an access card that DID NOT WORK — we couldn’t enter the basement parking (which they claimed was included), couldn’t use the lift properly, and were left stranded multiple times. The people in charge, Daniel & Eunice, were completely unhelpful and irresponsible. After handing over the access card, they just lepas tangan and disappeared, refused to help when issues came up. Every time we called Eunice, she just told us to “refer to security”. How is that acceptable?? And even then, they were extremely hard to reach! We drove all the way from Kedah to KL for an important matter, only to waste our time dealing with this horrible management. We had elderly and toddlers with us, imagine having to carry everything up and down because of these issues? Worse still, since we couldn’t access the basement, they told us to park in the visitor lot and our car got CLAMPED!! Security later informed us the card they gave was actually a CLONE CARD, and that there’s no record of the unit in their security system. Unbelievable. This host is a SCAMMER. They are still actively taking bookings, Please DO NOT ever book any unit under this host. Save yourself the headache, stress, and money. Total fraud!
- Anonymous (5/5): Average Place - 😕 Didn't enjoy my stay at this property for the following reasons: 1- Provided 1 access card only for the whole family which is so inconvenient and can't access the swimming pool area with that card. We have to wait for other residents to help open the door 2- Can't cook as The stove not functioning 3- No toilet seat no toilet lid 4- the unit wasn't cleaned well , we spent our first day cleaning it 5- Kitchen light and laundry area light not functioning. 6- NO Microwave. 7- Cockroaches
- Camlah (5/5): 5 - that place nearby shopping centre. tv no work.( no picture only sound.) every room no mirror. no dishwashing liquid. no electric kettle. the water filter have but the water no hot only warm water come out. (we came with the family how to make coffee n milk for baby). the futon bed very dirty n dusty. before you give the homestay to someone else, make sure the facilities in the house are ok or not.. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED..

- Tw (7/5): Good value for a stay - 7. The unit is undeniably comfortable and spotlessly clean. We would give it a 9.5 out of 10 scales if the downsides are fixed and in order. For now, we give it a 7 on the same scales to justify the extra effort by the management. 1. Bedroom facing city - ceiling fan is not working 2. TV is not working 3. Stove has no gas 4. Security guard scanned QR code and mistakenly insisted car park at Tower C slot, which required additional time spent on sorting out the car park matters. 5. No instruction procedure was provided to prepare us for opening the digital lock at the unit entrance door until we had failed attempting multiple times at the door and subsequently we had to reach out to the Property Agent for assistance. 6. The roller Roman blind at the bedroom window facing the common corridor is ineffective in shielding the bright lights from penetrating into the bedroom.
