- Low (5/5): Overall, the location is convenient, with a tea house nearby. It's suitable for our group of 18 peop - It's suitable for our group of 18 people, as it can accommodate 10 cars for parking and offers a convenient outdoor BBQ space. There are 7 rooms, which is sufficient. poorly maintained with outdated equipment, and two of the bathrooms are in very bad condition. The bathroom on the third floor and the ceiling in one of the rooms even have some slight collapse.
