• Carlos (10/5): - El apartamento súper prolijo, limpio, con muy buen gusto en la decoración y el mobiliario. La atención de Matteo es superlativa, nos fue a buscar al muelle, nos acompañó al departamento, nos dió indicaciones de todo Venecia, incluso dónde comer y/o hacer compras. Realmente para volver sin dudarlo. Lo recomendamos ampliamente.

• Georgiana (10/5): Great apartment - We loved everything about this apartment. The host, Matteo, waited for us at the water boat station, which was really nice. The AC worked really well, the street was quiet and it was very spacious for 2 people. There was definitely room for a bigger shower but that was not that big of a problem.

• Deborah Ann (10/5): A Great place to stay in Venice - Wonderful apartment for two people in center of Venice but far enough from the very touristy areas to be quiet and restful. Easy to reach most points of interest and the vaporetto stop is a 6 minute walk once you learn the route. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby to choose from. The host picked us up at the vaporetto stop and brought us to the apartment where he had prepared a list of restaurants from economical to very expensive in Venice. The kitchen has all necessary utensils if you want to eat in. It's a great place to stay!

Udzielił wielu pomocnych informacji np. jak dojechać z lotniska lub gdzie dobrze zjeść. Szybko odpisywał na wiadomości. Szczerze polecam 🙂

• Jasminka (10/5): **Amazing Stay at Ca' De Mezo Near San Marco - Highly Recommended!** - We stayed at the Ca' De Mezo Near San Marco Apartment for 7 days, starting on Thursday, August 31st, and we absolutely loved every moment. The apartment is a spacious 55 m² and is located right in the heart of Venice, just 500 meters from St. Mark's Basilica. The location is perfect—close to all the major attractions, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. From the moment I made the booking, Matteo was an exceptional host. He maintained excellent communication, waited for our arrival, and even escorted us to the apartment. We were also allowed to check in early, which was a wonderful bonus after a long journey. The apartment itself is fantastic, offering all the comforts of home in a beautiful, traditional Venetian setting. Overall, this has been an incredible experience, and I’m writing this review because we’re so in love with this place. If you're looking for a great stay in Venice, I would highly recommend Ca' De Mezo Near San Marco. It truly exceeded our expectations! 👌

It was clean and close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was down a side street so noise was minimal. Have nothing negative to say regarding the property

• Kasey (10/5): Excellent stay, no complaints 100% recommend! - This apartment couldn't have been more perfect, Matteo the host met us on arrival and walked us to the apartment & gave us a great list of recommendations for food etc. he also told us how to get to other islands/attractions and was always available to us over text throughout our stay. The apartment was walking distance to absolutely everything & was really modern & comfortable- we had no complaints. Really good value for money and I would 100% recommend & stay here again! The only issue was the exact address wasn't on google maps but once we had the name of the street it was completely fine!
