- Victoria (2/5): - Apartment is well decorated The wrong key code was initially given and staff would not answer the telephone call. Message through booking.com answered regarding the key code but no WiFi password provided when requested even though there is a WiFi box in the bedroom. Key for the main entrance did not work (luckily a resident is in) and the apartment key was very difficult to use. Ironically the first key code provided let us into a different block!! The apartment block is also very difficult to find. Aldi advertised with parking but none provided.

We didn’t have any more issues with cleanliness, and although the - Near public transportation, the host was always available to answer our questions. There were some issues at the beginning with the cleanliness, but we quickly contacted the host, who moved us to another apartment. From then on, everything was perfect. The mattress had very prominent springs and was uncomfortable for the back. The window didn’t have proper curtains to block out the light, so we would always wake up early because of the brightness.

- D (1/5): Our experience at this property has been extremely disappointing and honestly one of the worst stays we have encountered - Our experience at this property has been extremely disappointing and honestly one of the worst stays we have encountered. From the moment of arrival, there were serious issues with communication, basic amenities, and overall hosting standards.
Firstly, check in information that was supposed to be provided by 3:00pm was not sent on time, leaving us waiting outside the property while repeatedly attempting to contact the host. We made numerous calls and sent multiple messages across both Booking.com and WhatsApp with little to no response. Communication throughout the entire stay has been extremely poor, and it has been almost impossible to reach the host when assistance was required.
The most serious issue has been the complete lack of essential amenities. There was NO working WiFi in the apartment despite this being advertised and despite us raising the issue repeatedly since the first day. We followed instructions provided later in the evening and even sent proof and confirmation as requested, yet the issue remained unresolved. Messages regarding the WiFi were ignored, and even after multiple follow-ups and double messages from different guests, no proper assistance or solution was provided.
In addition, there was no heating functioning in the apartment, leaving the property freezing cold and uncomfortable to stay in. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering guests are paying for accommodation where basic living conditions such as warmth and internet access should be guaranteed.
We also provided screenshots showing multiple unanswered calls and messages. The host clearly viewed our communications but failed to return calls or provide timely support. At minimum, a return call or attempt to resolve the situation would have been expected, but this did not happen at any stage. The lack of responsiveness made us feel completely unsupported throughout the stay.

It was awful and was nothing but lied to from the start and still. I requested help and then asked for a refund but they did nothing and lied giving me a false date. I then got a call from +44 7401 492276 stating he agreed it was shocking and deserved money to be returned. He then started trying to bribe me to give them a ok review on here and he will give me my money back but only will give it me after the review. Obviously I refused and he has not returned or answered any of my messages/ calls since this date
So please do not listen to any of the reviews on here that are not negative as they are trying to do people over.
There is no fire alarms/extinguishers ect in the property and the main door can stick shut. So please be careful when staying here.
It’s just a unpleasant dirty property don’t go off the old photos
The Bed was absolutely disgusting and the headboard was just pitted with dirt
WiFi that advised there is none and there has never been apparently. As no WiFi so the work we had planned why the kids rested was unable to be carried out meaning we had to find time in our weekend to complete it in local cafe.
Tv nope none of that due to no WiFi
Heating nope none of that and the file is just exposed wires
Cups you get 2 of them so you have take turns in having a drink
Hairdryer a smashed up thing that doesn’t work obviously.
Walls are just marked with dirt n scuffs the blinds are in bits.
Noise is relentless. There is no point having glass in the windows in the bedroom. So it’s so cold n noisy.
Shower was just dirty.
freezer was an ice block so you can’t put food in it.
no Parking even though advertised.
Door lock have fun with that.
Oven is a fire hazard and just think with scum and let’s put huge puff of black smoke..
Stay clear and save your money wish we had.

- Ezmie-Star (4/5): Extremely disappointing, not impressed. - Spacious, comfortable and was decent for the two nights we needed it. The walls were covered in stains and cracks, paintings on the walls had rips in, the blinds were damaged, the wifi didn't work and wasn't repaired after I had emailed to ask about it, the water had cut out on our first morning, disrupting our day a little bit until it came back, the fridge had this funny old smell coming from it and the freezer was filled with frost. While we expected some noise due to how busy London tends to be, i did not expect the level of noise we experienced, the walls may as well have been made of paper and the windows weren't much better, there was constant thumping, rattling and we were even awoken by an alarm that had went off on our a second night that wasn't switched off for at least half an hour. The apartment complex itself was extremely messy with rubbish both outside and inside the complex and in our apartment specifically there was obscene amounts of dust and filth on the walls and window sills. Furthermore, getting in and out of the apartment was a massive hassle, constantly having to wriggle the key about, wrestle with doors and remember codes to enter our apartment.

One of the pictures on the website showed the bedroom has two beds, which isn't true. Retrieving the keys from the keybox was a bit of a mess. Apparently we weren't the first ones to have trouble with that.

under floor heating, good amenities in the kitchen, double bed was comfy, sofa bed is handy and the bedding smelled really fresh and clean, bathroom is nice and flooring is pretty throughout
entry was super straight forward and had no trouble checking in the directions were very straightforward
landlord contacted me during the stay to see how we were getting on too which i appreciated the outside entrance smells a little gross and the door is difficult to open with the key, the bath for sure needs a plug, and a mirror or two elsewhere in the apartment, sofa needs a clean and walls need a lick of paint and some window blind slats are broke but it’s not the end of the world,
i was happy to split the stay between 3 people financially but if i was to travel alone or with one other i wouldn’t have paid the asked price

- Nahida (1/5): Awful. - Travelling from Manchester me and my partner were excited to get checked in and be in warmth. But arrived early and was told to wait outside in the cold. The hosts knew of our early check- in and still refused us several times knowing we had luggage and bags. The property was in a bad surrounding with trash next to the door. The heaters would not work at all and we felt very uncomfortable and cold throughout the day. TV was not working and there was no WIFI either. WOULD NOT book this place again. We had to also find another place last minute within the night of check-in due to the freezing cold apartment and uncomfortable stay.

This is a false advertisement. The place in the picture looks nice but when you go in it is different. It is all broken and the main door doesn’t close. The bedroom beds and the drawers are all broken. The curtains are broken and dusty. The towels were yellow. This was a disaster. Everything about the property was nasty and not as the same the pictures. This is a false advertisement. It was scary and dirty place. I have tried to call the owner and they didn’t answer.

- Annabelle (2/5): Overall, the property felt unsafe, unclean, and massively overpriced. I would not recommend staying here. - The pictures online. Unfortunately, this was a VERY disappointing stay. The apartment was in a really poor state and nothing like the photos advertised online.
The internet and therefor the TV didn’t work. The blinds didn’t stay up and some were broken or smashed. The property was very dirty throughout, with badly marked walls and an unpleasant, unhygienic bed. Pictures on the wall were beoken. There was no tea or coffee provided.
The bathroom was particularly bad, the taps were filthy, the shower leaked all over the floor, and there were exposed wires on the thermostat, which felt unsafe. Windows didn’t lock properly and security was a major concern: both security doors into the building were always open and the main door had an extremely flimsy lock that looked like it could easily be forced.
The apartment was also very noisy and the location was not as described, it was definitely not a 12-minute drive to our venue as stated on Booking.com.

- Agnieszka (5/5): - It was stated there is parking facilities available for £1.60 a day with no reservation required, after arrival we realised there is only parking for permit holders available, and host said they don't have any parking, which means they lie in the property description, and as we booked it because of the parking this cause us extra costs and unnecessary stress.

Many areas were not clean on arrival, including walls, doors, window sills, and the bed frame. Blinds were bent and damaged, the hair dryer did not work, the toilet roll was already mostly used, and the TV could not connect to the internet, so no channels or apps were available. Several parts of the property had visible paint damage, stains, and marks, which did not match the condition shown in the listing photos.

- Oloke (3/5): The house is dirty, the environment was littered with garbage, curtains dirty. Wifi not working! - The only thing I like was the couch in the sitting room. It was big enough to turn into a bed. Maybe to add that the blanket was good and made sleeping warm which is good for autumn and probably winter. The environment is very very dirty. The curtains in the house was so dirty that I couldn't touch it. Wifi didn't work and the house needs fresh paint. Another thing is that the apartment was on the 3rd floor😭 So imagine when you have to pull your boxes up the stairs and there is also no lift in the house.
- Adél (1/5): I absolutely do not recommend it. - Our apartment had neither hot water nor heating. This was particularly uncomfortable, as the wind essentially blew straight through the windows. The host promised 24/7 assistance, however, after I reported the issue on the Booking chat interface, they only replied rarely and hours later. The phone number provided on Booking led straight to voicemail, and the number given in the chat did not work. I had to look for new accommodation in the evening, and my family and I ended up leaving the apartment—which I had paid for 3 nights in advance—after 9 PM in an unfamiliar city. The cleanliness of the apartment was also an issue. On the originally planned departure date, I still received the necessary details for check-out, even though I had reported leaving the property 3 days earlier. We have not heard anything about our refund since then.

Il costante fischio che arriva dai riscaldamenti era assolutamente insopportabile e per chi non ha un sonno profondo può essere molto fastidioso visto che era ogni 40 secondi.
Mancava in oltre un tavolo e delle sedie per mangiare in una maniera adeguata.

Virtuves aukstā ūdens krāns, sāka skaļi taurēt un nevarēja viņu nogriezt ciet. Nācās aizgriezt ventīlu. Rakstiski informējām saimnieku, viņš atbildēja, ka pēc iespējas ātrāk to likvidēs. Mūsu esamības laikā tas nenotika, neviens neieradās lai to salabotu.
Trūkst lielais spogulis. Vannas istabā ir spogulis bet tur nevar safēnot matus, jo nav elektrības kontakta kur varētu pieslēgt matu fēns.

Overall a lot of cutlery present in the appartement… Unfortunately the appartement doesn’t look like 100% as in the pictures. The bed was too small for 2 persons and the microwave was dirty and the boiler is showing signs of rust stains. Also there is no internet connection at all. The WiFi is really poor. At night the neighborhood gets really busy with a lot of noise which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. In addiction to that the door lock from the appartement was loose and when someone gets downstairs the door keeps shaking. We didn’t felt safe at all…

Liked the stay overall. Wifi was not approachable. First host said, wifi password is behind the wifi device. We kept on looking for wifi device whole day. Next day we asked again, host then sent us wifi password. This could have been given to us earlier also.
- Catarina (2/5): Never again - Location The building is in seriously poor condition. During rainy days, water leaks inside, which raises real concerns about mold in the walls. Trash is scattered all around the property, attracting flocks of pigeons. The bed is heavily worn and very uncomfortable. The plumbing is also outdated — turning on the main kitchen valve triggers loud, relentless noises that continue for an extended period.
To make matters worse, communication with the hosts was completely useless. They were unresponsive and failed to resolve any of the issues I raised during my stay. Instead of offering support, they had the audacity to suggest that the problems were somehow my fault. Overall, a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here

- Rizwhan (3/5): dissapointing - The rooms were not as described in the photos - sofas were dirty, the place was not of a good standard and could do with some serious maintenance and updating. There was also no WiFi at all which was also something not clearly mentioned in the description. The only positives were that the heating kept thew place warm and the location was quite central. Suitable if you need a place just to crash but wouldn't recommend it as some where to spend time in
- Chris (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - NOTHING This apartment was filthy and unsafe. It had electrical faults and was a fire hazard and to top it off the fire extinguisher was empty!!!!! Cooker didn't work so couldn't cook anything. Boiler didn't work. I cannot warn you off this property enough!! DON'T BOOK IT. Couldn't even stay one night. Now struggling to get refunded even though i have sent photos and videos proving everything i have said. It shouldn't even be allowed to be on booking.com to be able to rent.

They sent us simple instructions on how to enter through WhatsApp the morning of our stay. It was warm, clean and comfy bed and sofa bed. Exceded our expectations, we had an amazing time, thank you! Wifi could’ve been better but can’t complain for the price!

From arriving at the entrance of the property covered in rubbish that we had to step through, to the horrid state of the property (and smell). There were slash marks in the paintings, every single wall was covered in dirt, and dishwasher smelled like a dead dog, there was mouldy food containers left hidden above the fridge (wouldn’t have been any cleaner inside the fridge either). There wasn’t even a shower holder on the wall in the bathroom so we couldn’t even have a proper shower. The images on the site are absolutely nothing like the property - they’re clearly the photos taken when the property was first put up and it’s in a completely unacceptable condition. Even the staircase to get up through to the property was absolutely filthy.
We left at 7am as we didn’t want to spend another second in the property.

- Callum (8/5): Perfect weekend apartment - Perfect for a weekend trip. The kitchen was very nice and so was the bathroom. Was only one mirror in the apartment.

The douche was broken so it was hardly to take a bath. The sheets weren’t the right size for the sofa and we needed to put a bath towel at the edges.

- Aqeel (1/5): Advice (stay away from this dirty apartment) - Nothing I have been suffering for three days because of this apartment. The apartment has one bed and there are four of us. There is no parking.. and the kettle is very dirty and I could not make milk for my child from it.. There is no air conditioning.. and no Wi-Fi.. and the TV does not work without Wi-Fi. Faye... there is a problem with the water tap that makes the water leak and the annoying sound does not stop... I spent the worst three nights in my life because they deceived me... the service provider ignored my messages and blocked me on WhatsApp a quarter of an hour after I arrived after I told him that this is not the same apartment that I paid for. .. Unfortunately, the customer service at Booking was very bad.. and they did not serve me.. I spent hours with them on the phone.. and they were repeating the same thing, that the service provider ignores their calls, so they cannot solve my problem, nor transfer me to another residence, nor compensate me financially.. I will delete this Application after this unfortunate story

- Stephanie (9/5): Great apartment, clean and tidy - A great apartment, very lovely, bedding and towels were provided. The beds wasn't the most comfy and I didn't realise it was up 3 flights of stairs without a lift. The property itself was great though. Beds not comfy but fine for a weekend

I paid drove all the way to the accomodation and messaged the host for check in details. Arrived and still had no check in details.
Called for hours and still no check in details.
Then I get a message from them ignoring my 30 missed calls and messages asking me to please check out before 10:30 or they’ll charge me 25% extra for my stay haha
So had to pay again to stay somewhere else
Avoid. They advertise as English it’s not an English number you contact for check in details Everything

- Asbai (1/5): Horrible, dangerous and very unprofessional. - Nothing Nothing it was horrible and dirty. The neighbor was really full with thieves and I stayed the first night outside in the freezing cold with a baby with me because the password they gave me to open the key box was incorrect. We are currently all sick even the baby.
