• Jacqueline (9/5): Lovely modern apartment in the heart of Braddon with good parking and decent amenities for a comfortable stay. - Excellent base in Braddon, good parking, close to cafes and shops. Comfortable lounge area, modern decor, comfortable beds. Some night noise from people in the complex as bedroom opposite lifts. No street noise, though, as rooms towards back of complex. Some suggestions to the property managers I messaged but received no response, eg. Garage door key glitchy, no towel rail, couldn’t work tv, lock box issue - none of which affected our stay in this comfortable apartment. Would stay again for sure.

The host did not respond when contacted about the WiFi password while at the property, and the residence was not soundproof as described. This may be me at fault, but I loved the bath in the photos and assumed that based on the listing, we would have a bath, but we did not. I realised later that it said in the description it was just a shower, but I had seen the photo and didn't realise that was clearly a different apartment.

The only small criticism would be that the screen door in the bathroom wasn’t long enough and water splashed over the ground while showering. There also needs to be a towel rack. Having said that, there’s a drying rack in the cupboard.

• Cheryl (9/5): Our stay was only for a couple of days but we thought it was awesome. - My husband went out and brought breakfast back for my daughter and me. The apartment was central to all that we required. It was also pretty easy to walk downtown to the Civic Centre to look at the shops. We were very happy with the location and would stay there again the next time we visit Canberra. I don't know that anything could have been better. We were from Queensland and could easily find our way around the place . The only thing that was pretty distracting was that there was some hoon tearing up and down outside the apartment in his noisy car all hours of the night. I don't know where the cops were!

Comfortable rooms which were silent despite the street noise in the living room. Instructions for keys and parking were great. Floors needed a bit more attention to cleanliness but weren’t horrible. Checkin times of 3-6 on the site are misleading. Turn up when you need! Message through this platform wasn’t answered.

• James (7/5): - Great location in the centre of Braddon. Second bedroom is essentially a windowless study with a very soft, single sofa bed. Was comfortable for the night we stayed but any longer and it wouldn’t have been adequate for more than 2 people.

• Greg (8/5): very relaxing stay, very nice location with plenty of shops close by and easy access to main roads, - The location was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, shower was excellent, kitchen was also very good. Living room lighting was not the best for reading a book, maybe needed a tall lamp to assist reading on the couch.

Nice outlook, funky decor, comfy bed and good shower. Easy to follow instructions for checkin, and great to have a car space. Very minor: It'd be great to have somewhere to hang towels, and to have the tea etc offerings restocked. And a second set of keys might be useful for some people (we were fine with one set).

The front door is heavy and does slam, which is no problem. But maybe put a sign on it to let people know so the guests don't upset the neighbours :)

If you have a car you'll have to park at the petrol station across the road and walk to the lock box, which was no big deal. Apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and stocked with all that we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds. Located in a great spot close to eating and shopping, yet was very quiet and easy to get to sleep. Something small - there is a choice of coffee making facilities, which is great, but coffee cups provided are too small.

• Kudzai (8/5): Convenient location, great apartment. - Location was great and close vicinity to where we wanted to go including Dinofest. Nice apartment. Suitable for two adults and one child as the second bed is a single. Love the lounge, so comfortable and big. Getting the keys wasn’t difficult but definitely better with two people. Very difficult to find parking on Lonsdale and we had to park at the service station which is not too far away. Enjoyed our stay. Great Gelato place and pizza place close buy. Lots of variety for dining. Only two pans for cooking. A medium size deep pot would’ve been good for us. Everything else was great.
