• Leonhard (10/5): Felt like home - This was my 2nd week in this apartment after extending my stay. This apartment literally felt like home. The person responsible made sure we had everything we needed, he was very friendly, with timely communication. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this apartment and the people running it.
• Leonhard (10/5): This is how it should be! - Everything about this apartment is just perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped, plus washer and dryer. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and everything works as expected. The balcony is great to have breakfast outside or just sit outside and enjoy yourself. The apartment is also surprisingly quiet so I slept well at night. Benmore Centre is in walking distance for groceries, drinks or whatever. Even the big malls, Nelson Mandela Square and Sandton City, can be walked to if you want a bit of exercise. The host is easy to talk to and very friendly. We asked for a 2nd remote for the gate and got it the following day. I liked my stay so much that I cancelled another booking and extended my stay here. Another apartment is undergoing renovations and there has been a lot of noise. I cannot blame the host for that so it doesn't influence my rating.

• A (5/5): We had an average stay as far as almost all services are concerned, won't stay here again. - The location is central, was attending a conference at Sandton Convention centre The linen, bedding, curtains and couches should be cleaned and maintained regularly, they were not upto standard, there was also dust smell at times.
• Jesse (8/5): Very good - Very clean and functional apartment on the edge of Sandton, perfect accessibility and the best price for a whole apartment I've found in the area, for a 2 day business meeting. I didn't meet the host but she was very communicative and helpful.

• Ali (5/5): Bad service from the booking manager or the person managing this property. - Central of the place and the apt was nice. I didn't like the fact of being taken photos while at the pool area, I didn't like the fact that I've been getting told about the check out time more than 3 time. I was told before I got there and I got told twice again while trying to enjoy my stay I really didn't feel welcomed it felt like they just wanted me to leave. The booking manager should learn to appreciate clients and respect their stay. Getting told once about the exit time is more than enough.

The beds were super comfy and there was adequate linen to brace the cold weather! The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating and attended to minor issues encountered timeously. So grateful for an amazing experience and we will definitely be back! The only thing I would improve is the shower head in the ensuite to the second bedroom. Besides that, everything was on point!
