- Gabrielle (9/5): Great apartment. We will definitely book again. - The apartment was spacious, warm and comfortable. Easy access and excellent location. Very clean with lots of spare linen and all the extras you need (hair dryer, iron, washer/dryer). They also had tea, coffee and milk in the fridge. The trains are close but it was not noisy at all. The pool and gym are excellent. The sofa was not very comfortable and very low to the ground. Bedside tables on both sides of the bed would be better too.

- Robert (8/5): Excellent location, nice size apartment - Great location, tram stop right out front of building. Fantastic having a free car parking space, most other accommodation in the area you have to pay additional per night. Size of the apartment was great for four people. The building’s amenities (pool, spa, sauna, steam room etc) were all great. Bed was a little hard for us, but I guess that is a personal taste. Our apartment was on the third floor, so hear the trains on the train line a bit, wasn’t really an issue for us, might be if you are a light sleeper.
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Property was centrally located, great sized apartment with seperate showers and toilets, washing machine and drier too which was really useful.
The host communication was spot on, instructions were very clear, bed's comfortable. The main highlight was the pool, sauna and spa. Kids loved it and spent so much time chilling in it after wondering around the city.
Thank you for a lovely and memorable stay. a bit noisy being so close to the train station and main roads if you're a sensitive sleeper.

Relatively new property, well maintained, very good facilities including pool, jacuzzi, gym and free parking There was an odour in the alley / parking, probably from the property building’s garbage / recycling collection facility
- Tailah (3/5): Leaking aircon no upgrade of the room very disappointing, location of apartment building very convenient. - the location, the apartment was nice, the pool and the spa. Leaking air conditioner in the main bedroom, the host was aware of this issue however was not fixed before we arrived or while we were there when we were told it would be. Asked for an upgraded room and were told none available, not good enough for the amount you pay. Was offered late check out & a 10% refund.

- Laura (10/5): We had a great stay here, only regret is not staying a few days longer! - Apartment is really bright and spacious with city views. The facilities in the building are amazing - pool, spa & gym. Very central location for getting around Melbourne. Is right on the train line, so noisy if you’ve got the windows open, but the windows are very thick and block out noise really well so it was easy to get a good sleep even through peak hours.

By the time we got the keys 45min later the cleaners were still in the room and we were told they were done before we arrived. We had an event to get to and we were late due to this.
Also felt the cleaning was rushed as we arrived as the cleaner was there. The pillow cases had stains.

Spacious and safe fitted our needs
Clean linen and space Beds uncomfortable for all unfortunately so not much sleep had, didn’t know it was on the 3rd floor when booking and because next to trains so much noise being low.
- Hilary (5/5): Noisy accommodation as its next to the train station and shocking communication, don't stay here - Host didn't contact us with checking details it took us 3 hours to get a response from Host, Booking.com had to ring him to get him to contact us with room number to enable us to pick up keys, would not recommend this property

My son appreciated access to the gym. The owner was receptive to feedback No option to store bags before check in.
Problem with air conditioning couldn’t get fixed while we were there (possibly due to staying over Easter and the week after) .

But we didn’t get to enjoy personally as our trip was a short stay only. We did look around though The smell in the car park was terrible. Almost like raw sewage.
