• Carolina (3/5): - Lo único ,es que estaba cerca de la estación de tren y metro. El cuarto de baño, tenía muchas humedad y olía mucho a desagüe.El sofá cama muy malo ,no se podía dormir,hundido Para subir al apartamento había que subir 79 escalones.No tenía ni un microondas.No recomendado en absoluto.

Miasto zwiedzaliśmy pieszo z dwójką dzieci. Bardzo blisko do supermarketu Tigre . Ps Z dworca można metrem podjechać do supermarketu Eataly (Roma Ostiense), czyli kulinarnego raju

• Mária (8/5): - A mi szempontunkból nagy előny volt a Termini közelsége. A lakás mérete is megfelelő volt három ember részére. A fürdőszobában terjengő szagok🥺borzasztóak. A nappaliban lévő két személyes kanapé alvásra, pihenésre használhatatlan.

• JONATHAN (8/5): Appartement bien placé et agréable avec quelques améliorations à apporter - L'emplacement avec les commodités et locker pour bagages à proximité si on veut profiter de la dernière journée sans valises. Très bon accueil et explications. Apparemment plutôt bien équipé. Le canapé/lit pas très confortable et bruyant. Les rideaux ne filtrent pas la lumière de dehors donc on est réveillé tôt. Odeur pas très agréable dans la salle de bain.

• Lucija (4/5): Dobra lokacija, ali smještaj zahtijeva dosta poboljšanja. - Svidjela mi se jedino dobra lokacija blizu kolodvora i korektna komunikacija. negativni dojmovi uključivali nečistoću (vlasi na ručnicima, prašina i paučina), neugodan miris u kupaonici, loše grijanje i nefunkcionalnu klimu, neispravan daljinski za televizor te slab i nestabilan Wi-Fi.

• Vera Viale (9/5): Cordialità e comodità! - L'host è stato gentilissimo e insieme a lui anche la ragazza che è venuta a consegnarci le chiavi. Al nostro ingresso abbiamo trovato un tecnico che stava installando il frigorifero nuovo. In casa c'è un condizionatore che scalda e rinfresca perfettamente, il bagno è fornito di tutto il necessario come anche la cucina. L'appartamento ci è stato preparato con due letti matrimoniali perché sapevano che saremmo arrivati con una bimba piccola e ci hanno lasciato la scelta di dove preferissimo dormire. Insomma, tutto è stato curato per accoglierci al meglio. Arredamento moderno e in stile un po' industriale, tutto pulito, fornito con tanti asciugamani, letti comodi. È stato un bel soggiorno piacevole e comodo! Ci ritorneremo volentieri se dovessimo essere in zona! Dopo aver prenotato le recensioni ci avevano un po' preoccupati e invece (scale a parte, ma siamo tutt'altro che atletici e non sono state un problema) non abbiamo ritrovato nessuno dei problemi descritti. Togliamoci subito il "fastidio": ci sono da fare 2 piani di scale belli abbondanti e purtroppo in bagno (non per colpa dell'host) risale un po' di odore di fognature. Fine dei problemi

Jedynym mi - Obiekt położony niedaleko dworca termini , okolica spokojna i czysta . Blisko do największych atrakcji . Do Koloseum szliśmy spacerem 20 min . Brak organizacji personelu . O godzinie 10:30 mieliśmy zameldowanie i zostawiliśmy swoje rzeczy i o 14 mieliśmy wrócić i miało być posprzątane po poprzednich gościach . Niestety po powrocie był ciągle bałagan i musieliśmy się prosić o to aby ktoś przyszedł posprzątać . Po wielu wiadomościach po 17 przyszła dziewczyna i z żalem posprzątała
• Inga (7/5): The area might seem a little scary at first, but overall it was safe and quiet. - The apartments are located close to Termini station - metro, train, bus. You can also walk to the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and other nearby places. The apartments have a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, iron, shower, air conditioning. There are many food areas and souvenir shops nearby. There are many different shops at Termini station. Stefano kindly answered all our questions about safety in the area, about easier access to attractions, about the tastiest place to eat Italian food. Overall it was good, but the coffee machine was dirty, the sofa on the first floor is uncomfortable, there were chips under the sofa, the freezer door doesn't open well, the air conditioner doesn't cool the second floor, the shower door is limescaled.

• Emilia (7/5): - La struttura é fondamentalmente pulita ed ha un ottima posizione Lo staff non parla in italiano, abbiamo fatto fatica nella comunicazione senza ricevere alcun minimo sforzo nel comprendere ciò che stavamo dicendo. Al check out il referente alle 10:30 in punto è arrivato senza avere un minimo riguardo sul fatto che eravamo ancora nell’ appartamento anche se pronte ad andare via chiudendo letteralmente le valigie , ha avuto un atteggiamento come se noi non esistessimo ed ha iniziato a pulire senza neanche salutare

• katerina (7/5): Ευκολία στη πρόσβαση με το ιστορικό κέντρο και όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος αλλά το κατάλυμα πολύ μέτριο - Η τοποθεσία …. Ο καναπές κρεβάτι … δεν ήταν κρεβάτι … έκανε θόρυβο .. το στρώμα φθαρμένο και κακό … Επίσης το μπαλκόνι ήταν σε ένα ακάλυπτο και δεν μπορούσες να σταθείς ούτε λεπτό … η τηλεόραση δε δούλευε … χρειάζεται λίγη περιποίηση παραπάνω

• Valeriia (9/5): A convenient apartment in a great location, ideal for exploring Rome. - The apartment, though small, was very well designed and felt comfortable and practical. Its location close to the train station made visiting different sights very easy. Public transport and the metro worked perfectly, and we could reach anywhere quickly. A grocery store nearby was also very convenient. In the early mornings there was some noise from the street, especially when the garbage truck came, but it didn’t last long and wasn’t a big problem overall.

• Cappella (6/5): - La posizione perfetta dietro la stazione termini e appartamento silenzioso , pulito L'appartamento è stato prenotato per 4 , ma per me è per 2 persone c'è una camera da letto e il secondo letto è un divano letto matrimoniale , scomodo è rumoroso , il responsabile sentito un paio di volte al telefono per appunto i problemi del divano risposto gentilmente ma non si è visto avevo chiesto anche 4 cuscini in più perché molto bassi ma non ne aveva, piatto doccia che non sgorga correttamente

Communication with host was on point! - Location was perfect next to train station, hop on hop off buses and all restaurants around! Everything was good and convenient. • Anthony (10/5): - Very close to terminal, so if that’s important to your trip this is a great choice. It was immaculately clean, two head units for the AC in our double room unit. Comfortable bed, secure and quiet. This was technically our fault/not a property error. We were impacted by the Air Canada strike and only arrived a day later, but were stayed longer. The property would not allow us to cancel or rebook. Again, this was clear in the agreement prior to the Air Canada incident, so certainly well within the owners rights to do so.

The proximity to Termini Station was fabulous for sightseeing. Well equipped kitchenette. And enough space for 2 to work comfortably.

• Worapoj (8/5): Very good - The location is good. It is a few minutes walk from Termini station. There is a Chinese hot-pot restaurant in front of the property. Other convenience store is close. Owner can speak English well. The people around the property might seem a little dangerous. However, this is only in my point of view.

• Paul (4/5): Great location but don’t expect much from the actual appartment and prepare to be disappointed. - Location Images are not accurate so you don’t know upfront what apartment you actually get. Too many things broken or not working properly, which are very easy to fix, but apparently not interesting enough for the proprietors to spend time or energy on. Cleanliness could be much better.
