Fabio met us at the vaporetto doc and helped us with our luggage all the way to the apartment and up the stairs! Rossana was beyond exceptional! She assisted me with everything! My son had a medical emergency and helped contact the ambulance. She was in constant contact checking in on us! She booked our taxi's for us as well. It would have been nice to have air conditioning in the bed rooms instead of a stand up fan. Also, since it was know we were arriving, the boiler should have been on so there was hot water. But I contacted Fabio and he instructed me on how to turn on the boiler. The water does not stay hot when you're taking a shower, so you have to shut the water off a few times to get the hit water back.

• Bernát (10/5): It’s a great choice for those looking for an uncomplicated and comfortable living arrangement. - The bedroom was quiet and furnished with a comfortable bed that contributed to a good night's sleep. The living room was inviting, with a comfy sofa and a small dining area that was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The floors appeared to have not been swept and not mopped recently.

• Karin (7/5): Great location with all necessary facilities! - Location was very good, close to restaurants and the street was quiet and overall neighborhood was lovely. All necessary facilities were there (kitchen, washing machine, etc.). One of the bedrooms (main bedroom) was nice and comfortable. The apartment was clean overall. The other bedroom (with two separate beds) was very uncomfortable. The mattresses were hard and so old that you could feel the springs while sleeping. Additionally, the pillows were rock hard. The sheets smelled of mildew and the mattresses smelled too. One of the sheets also had a hole in them. In addition, we had issues with the shower, the hot water ran out randomly and you were hit with ice cold water. Also be aware of the trash rule, you have to take care of trash yourself by the end of your stay and it’s a bit tricky.
• Maria (7/5): Absolutely loved Venice and this was a great base from which to explore. - The location was great as expected - in a quiet area but not far from a selection of shops/restaurants/vaparetto stop. Both Elena and Fabio were very helpful via our WhatsApp chat and Fabio, who managed our late check-in, was very polite, friendly and gave us lots of really helpful information for our stay. The air conditioning was fabulous as it was particularly hot while we were there! We didn't have a balcony as expected which was disappointing - I wondered if we were in the actual apartment we had booked! It was also annoying to have to pay an extra €50 for a late check-in on top of the city tax .
• Marta (6/5): Good location, needs new furniture - Location is nice, away from the peak tourist area, but still close enough to all major attractions to be able to walk to them. The host was wonderful, gave us a lot of info ahead of time and during our stay. The furniture in apartment is very old and uncomfortable, especially in living/dining room. The insect nets are missing on all windows and they are really needed in Venice.
