- Лужняк (1/5): - Service awful. The owner of the apartments confirmed the reservation, gave us all the necessary details to check-in. We arrived at the apartments at the scheduled check-in time and faced the ploblem with entering the apartments because of irrelevant code for a lockbox. We contacted the owner, who told us that she can't accommodate us without any reasons. We had no choice but to look for any free housing just to stay overnight and of course there were only overpriced options left. So, I really hope that Booking will resolve the issue.

- Larisa (5/5): Dezastru - Raport pret-calitate este ok. Apartamenul este ok, gazda nu este. Comunicarea cu gazda este un dezastru!!! Dupa ce am platit cazarea ne anunta ca parcarea pentru o noapte costa 15 euro, lasand asta la o parte pentru ca nu este ceva grav si nu ne asteptam sa fie gratis oricum (doar asa ca sa stiti pretul). Am ajuns la cazare si am stat o ora si jumatate (1:30 h) in fata usii pentru ca nu puteam deschide cutia unde se afla cheia deoarece -supriza- codul pe care ni l-au dat era gresit. Am incercat sa ii sunam si -supriza- telefonul era inchis. Am lasat zeci de mesaje si apeluri si intr-un final s-au gasit sa ne trimita codul sa intram totusi. Eu personal chiar nu recomand! Noi mergeam spre Grecia si am oprit o noapte in Sofia, dupa multe ore de condus si stat in vama chiar nu ai chef sa mai stai cateva ore in fata usii. Strict experienta noastra.

- Maria (1/5): DO NOT BOOK - - Very rude owner, very poor communication skills, the apartment was very dirty, we had to move three times to different appartments which were all dirty and uncleaned from the previous guests. The “owner” was screaming over the phone and provided wrong codes for the key box. DO NOT BOOK!!!

- Konstantin (9/5): Superb - The apartment has all the needed facilities even for a stay for a couple of weeks. Very clean and comfortable! One of the beds is not big enough for 2 people. And there was a little smell of something when we arrived. One of us was forced to sleep on the sofa in the kitchen. So the apartment is suitable for 3 people maximum

- Razvan (1/5): Avoid this company and this guy as much as you can. Don't find yourself missing your vacation - The worst host since I've been using Booking.com (I am Genius level 3, so we have a lot of reservations). It's a company that manages many accommodations in Sofia, but it doesn't respond to Booking messages, it doesn't respond to WhatsApp messages. When I managed to talk on the phone, he promised to call back with an answer, which never happened. Although we had a promise on WhatsApp (it's written, so it's proof), when I arrived with my family in front of the accommodation, at 7:30 PM, I found that he didn't even know who I was, that the accommodation was occupied by someone else... He offered us another worse accommodation, without a parking space, where we had to wait until 9:00 PM for it to be cleaned. We gave up and looked for another accommodation. Not to mention the way he talks, how he says he didn't see the messages, that he was busy... how he lies shamelessly... I mean, I sent messages several times over 2 weeks, both on Booking and WhatsApp and he didn't see them? And he says that it is a company specialized in accommodations? It's not for nothing that it has a rating of 7.8 on the 35 properties they manage.

- Materynskyi (10/5): Exceptional - Am exceptional apartment: new, clean, stylish, fast wifi, TV, air conditioner, stuffed with everything a traveller might need. And a bonus is a breathtaking view of the whole city and the mountains. I didn't find a hairdryer. Maybe, I wasn't looking well enough.
