• Ludwig (4/5): - Emplacement en plein cœur du quartier historique ! 1. Appartement très sale (aussi bien le sol, les draps, la salle de bain, la cuisine...) 2. C'était très bruyant : porte d'entrée qui n'était pas du tout isolée (on entendait du bruit toute la nuit sur le palier, on sentait même l'odeur des cigarettes des voisins et la lumière du palier est restée allumée toute na nuit (avec une vitre au-dessus de la porte, donc impossible d'avoir le noir pour dormir). 3. Le prix était vraiment trop élevé pour ce niveau de prestations...

• Norbert (2/5): - Az elhelyezése, a tulajdonos segítőkészsége. A bejutás csak jó kézügyességű embereknek való, lakat van az utcai bejáraton, van hogy beülre kell nyúlni kinyitni. Egy idősebb ember ezt biztosan nem tudja megcsinálni. A lakás ugyan légkondícionált, de nem elég a teljesítménye. Fáztam, a tulajdonos hozott egy kis elektromos melegítőt, amit csak ébren lehetett használni, mert tűzveszélyes, és az sem tudta befűteni a szobát. Az ágy mellett nincs lámpa, és lámpa kapcsoló sem. Az egész lakás igazából piszkos, egy nagyon alapos takarítás rá férne. A szobát nem lehet kiszellőztetni, nem nyitható az ablak. A fürdőszobai pohárból nem mertem inni, tiszta vízkő az alja, undorító. A "konyha" is lelakott, és piszkos. Azon kívül hogy jó helyen van, semmi jót nem tudok írni róla, részemről soha többé! TAKARÍTÁS!!!

• John (5/5): Great location, needs cleaning - Living are was good and the communication with host worked great. The apartment had a washing machine which worked well. Easy check in and check out. Bathroom was not very well cleaned and would require a deep clean. The shower was not very nice with barely any water pressure. The pictures are a little outdated and the reality is dirtier. The apartment was very cold (we were there in January) and the A/C did not heat very well and was loud.

• Bhagyajeet (2/5): Bad Experience - The owner was nice, we informed her that we did not like the place, so she deducted some money only from the first day amount. We had total 3 days stay. The room was clean. Washroom was very small. The hotel location is very bad, the lane in which it is located is very smelly. We were not able to locate the homestay at all. Shop owners in that lane also doesn't know about this place. Luckily we could connect with the coffee shop lady in front of the stay and she told us. There is a iron gate (like we have for jewelry shop in India). The keys were keep inside a box and we were told the pin of the box. We immediately changed the room as it was not at all feeling safe.

• Iuliamilea (9/5): Very good location, nice host, would recommend - Very nice host, very well situated, internet worked well. Loved the Coffee shop downstairs. The kitchen wasn't very clean if you looked closely and it didn't have all the necessities, such as..forks. The plastic chair wasn't usable because every time I sat on it, the legs would expand and it kept feeling as if it was going to break.

• Jayne (1/5): Unpleasant Stay due to Cleanliness Issues - The property is in a good location. The host was quick to reply to messages. We initially booked three nights in this flat but cut our stay short to just one night due to severe cleanliness issues that left us feeling uncomfortable. The bathroom was in particularly poor condition, exhibiting heavy staining and an overall lack of cleanliness. Stains on the couch further deterred us from using it. The entrance to the block of flats was dimly lit and might not be the safest for solo travelers. Both of us felt so uncomfortable that we hesitated to even shower or use the bathroom. The presence of locked bars on the window added to our unease, prompting us to seek an early departure. Despite our disappointment, previous reviews had led us to expect a clean environment, but unfortunately, our experience did not align with these accounts. We communicated our concerns to the host the day after our first (and only) night, requesting not to be charged for the third night due to the circumstances. Regrettably, this request was not accommodated, adding to our overall disappointment with the stay.
• Ethan (10/5): A quiet, homey refuge right in the middle of Hoan Kiem district. - Perfect location. Very central (1-2 blocks from the cathedral, 3 blocks from Hoan Kiem lake), but the room is on the 4th floor and was well-isolated from the noise of the street. Very comfortable bed. Whisper quiet AC unit. Nice neighborhood view from the window. Check-in and check-out were both no-contact, but the owner/manager was very responsive to any questions we had. Also we had some delicious bún riêu cua, bánh chưng, and coffee from various places in the alley downstairs, less than a minute from the entrance.
• Oliver (10/5): Excellent stay, very clean and comfy, cant fault. 5/5 stars - Very comfortable clean and affordable appartment with all the amenities you need. Host very friendly and answered/helped me with any questions I had. Great central location in Hanoi's Old Quarter, in walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake, beer street and a short grab taxi trip (£1 GBP at most) to the famous Hanoi train street. Excellent choice to stay in the city for both short and longer term, thanks a lot Appartment could maybe have a small drying rack inside the room, however this is a very minor issue, as you can take the lift to 8th floor to dry clothes, so its not a problem honestly. Maybe also a water machine for safe filtered drinking water, although there are loads of shops very close you can buy bottled water and the appartment has a kettle you can also use, so also a very tiny issue
