• Steva (6/5): - The apartment was quite nice and almost fully renovated. The location is right next to the Kings Avenue Mall and not so far from everything. We had a good time although there were some problems that we need to mention. We as a young couple had problems from the beginning. The navigation brought us near the building somewhere but there was absolutely no sign or name that we were in the right spot. We drove around the corner a few times and then parked in a space near the mall and walked around on foot. After 30 minutes we found out that the old building is ours. The keys were in a box and as we were on the right door, with the right keys, the main building door was really difficult to open. The building is quite old but it has a new elevator. The parking space is free to park where you find space and there is a gate that you open with a magnetic pendant. (What we didn't know, we had just the information for the pin code of the box but not how you open the gate). The apartment is almost fully renovated but there were some problems. For me, some parts were renovated and some were older from before. The balcony door was hard to open. On the balcony, there was an AC that was leaking and the whole floor was always wet. The bathroom floor was always wet. The toilet brush was half broken and the shower was a little bit rusty although it was renovated. The TV table was cracked and bent. The iron board was half-functional (it was broken into three parts). There was not a single dish towel. Overall it was okay but it was not 1st class.
• Kamila (9/5): Bardzo przyjemnie - Apartament był czysty i dobrze wyposażony – mieliśmy wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Dużym plusem była schludna, zadbana łazienka oraz komfortowy balkon. Kontakt z właścicielem przebiegał bezproblemowo. Apartament jest cichy, co sprzyja wypoczynkowi. To idealne miejsce jako baza wypadowa – w bardzo bliskiej odległości znajduje się stacja autobusowa. Podczas naszego pobytu basen był niemal przez cały czas pusty, co również jest dużym atutem. Jedynym minusem był brak leżaków. Wszystkie leżaki przy basenie były przypisane do konkretnych mieszkań. Właściciel wspomniał, że raczej nikt nie ma nic przeciwko, jeśli korzysta się z cudzych, jednak posiadanie chociaż dwóch leżaków przypisanych do tego apartamentu byłoby idealne.
• Ruairi (10/5): Exceptional - This was my first time renting an apartment as normally stay in hotel. I was initially apprehensive but I am so glad I did book , the apartment is quiet comfortable, modern and very safe. It has everything you need for a great stay. Beach is only 5 mins walk and has shops close by including the mall via a side road - Elena couldn't do enough and was extremely helpful especially when I went into block A which had the same apt number!! The bed was so comfy that i slept in most mornings which is unusual ! Highly recommended and will be returning again Nothing!
• Madalina (9/5): Good for those who want a clean place and quiet! - Easy check-in, we knew the complex very well. It was clean, quiet and what we needed to relax. It has all you need in case you need to cook (not our case), and essentials in. All was good!
• Marta (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. The apartment is well equipped, great location near the shopping mall. The owner is very nice and helpful.
• Denisa (10/5): Best possible place! - It was very clean and we had air conditioning. We had access to a pool in the complex which was perfect in the evening. The host super nice. We liked everything!
• Meida (10/5): Exceptional - Don't be afraid to rent these apartments just because they have few reviews. The location of the apartment is very good (near a large shopping center, beach, bus stops, cafes). The apartment has all the necessary things for living (household/cooking utensils). No noise, nice balcony. The owner of the apartment rental is very friendly, she will definitely answer all your questions. We rented in January, in the off-season the price of the apartment was one of the best. Most hotels in Paphos are in inconvenient locations, so I suggest renting these apartments. The only minus is that the apartments feel little damp, you have to wait until the air conditioner more warms up the room (but maybe that's just because the city itself has a oceanic climate or we stayed in the coldest season)
