- Samantha (3/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Close to family No towels, bedding, toilet rolls etc, no WiFi , tv didn’t work had to buy new batteries, no tumble dryer to dry clothes, very disappointing in this day and age paying good money with very little facilities. Welcome pack very vague if not local.

- Greg (10/5): Relaxing & thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. - A lovely refurbished cottage. Right on the Clarence river. A perfect location to see some amazing sunsets & dolphins. Clean & tidy. Big pool with bbq facilities near the pool. Close to the local boat ramp or can use boat ramp on site. We will return! If you have a bigger boat maybe use the local boat ramp which is right next door.

- Sally (1/5): Worst stay have been visiting over 18 years get a decent cleaning person - Location Villa was dirty the lounge had sand and hair on it. Went use toilet urine stains on base near floor. Walls were dirty . Thick dust on hands from opening blinds in both rooms. Ants in the kitchen Went use fry pan full dried up grease Kitchen cupboards and light switches need good clean I’m on holiday payed good money and having to clean before unpack

- Lancaster (8/5): Very good - Loved the position and the peace and quiet. Handy to shops. Nothing Nothing really. The locks on front and back doors were a problem, but we managed. They are in the throes of being fixed.

Iluka is a lovely little town with friendly locals - the location was right on the water with a jetty and boat ramp perfect for our little tinny the complex’s laundry was dated and the dryer didn’t work ! after it took my 4 $1 coins. That is no reflection on Villa9. body corporate needs to look into it.
