• Miguel Angel (9/5): Cozy little appartment - The location was good, plenty of restaurants around, the underground is close by, the appartment was small but sufficient for 3 people (one room for each). We stayed 2 nights and everything was smooth. The WiFi was really slow
• Paulyn D (10/5): - Amazing flat with 2-3 rooms indeed and a spacious place with a kitchen, laundry, etc. Great location, just a few steps to the train station. The host was very responsive and check-in and check-out were easy. Definitely recommend and will go back again!

• Rachel (9/5): - Lovely comfortable flat. Near tube stations, shops, and restaurants . Easy key collection. Having a washing machine was handy. Bigger towel would have been nice. Black out curtains as I like dark and lots of light was coming through at night.

• Amy (9/5): We would absolutely stay here again. Perfect location - The location is excellent. Very handy to Earls Court tube station. I was traveling with 2 teens and we had plenty of space. Nothing. It was great!
• Denise (10/5): Very safe and comfortable - The location was incredible, and the Rolls Royce parked out front gave us full confidence that we were in a great neighborhood! Also very conveniently located near multiple grocery stores and restaurants, as well as metro stops.

• Stephan (8/5): Super Start- und Endpunkt um London zu erkunden! - Sehr geräumig! Super ausgestattetes Appartement! Die Heizung hat manchmal komische Geräusche gemacht und die Duschbrause hielt nicht. Das ist dann aber auch schon wirklich alles ;-)

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles war sauber. Die Betten sind bequem. Der Aufzug im Haus quietscht. Jedesmal wenn er fährt, hört man in der Wohnung ein nerviges Geräusch.

• Bea (10/5): SUPER RECOMENDABLE - La ubicación es perfecta, en un barrio tranquilo, con todo lo que puedas necesitar y muy bien comunicado con la estación de metro de Earls Court a 1 minuto para hacer turismo. Estaba limpio y por la noche era silencioso, perfecto para descansar.

• James (9/5): Great stay for a family of 5 - The house is in a great area and close to a couple grocery stores. The key pickup was very easy as well as drop off. The house was perfect for our family of 5 (17/14/11). We (parents) stayed in one bedroom; our daughters shared the second room while our son slept in the "family room/extra bedroom". The kitchen is a little small especially with the pillar in the kitchen, but we had plenty of room to cook and eat. Also, the Earls Court station is very close and a great hub to reach all the major sights. The neiborhood is also very nice. The internet speeds were fairly slow so if you need to work and/or do conference calls, you can run into some problems if the kids are also streaming anything.

The apartment was very comfortable, although it wasn’t easy to eat meals comfortably (small space around table). Beds were very comfortable, it was a surprise for us! • Maria (7/5): Amazing location but average accommodation - The location of the apartment is fantastic. A stones throw from Earl's Court underground and buses and Earl's Court Road. The area is lovely. The check in and check out processes were effortless. Great place for a short stay but not any length of time. The apartment wasn't dirty but was tired and could do with a good clean. I could see a reflection in the photos of it but it didn't live up to them. The shower leaked. The lounge was not comfortable. The oven had problems (but it did work). There was no information about how to operate the washer dryer (or anything else). We were there for just under two weeks and the apartment was not serviced in that time.

But most of all, there was absolutely no noise from the street and you could barely hear the neighbours from time to time. As a light sleeper, it was the thing I appreciated the most cause it's quite rare in London and my sleep is important. Joe, the host, was very friendly and replies quickly

• Johannes (9/5): Great place to stay in Central London! - It was a nice flat and we really enjoyed our stay. The floor planning is a bit unorthodox with a large pillar in the kitchen area by the table but that wasn’t a problem. Three nice, sizable bedrooms for the five of us that stayed with comfortable beds. The bathroom was also nice and clean with provided towels and the like. The kitchen had many useful things such as a toaster and kettle so we could have a few breakfasts at home to save a few quid :) The way to get the keys at the store was very seamless and smooth, both when we “checked in” and “checked out” so that’s a bonus! One thing however that didn’t happen to us both could easily happen is that the entry door to the flat is self locking so make sure you have your keys when you leave the flat. Overall, I’d say this is the best flat I’ve stayed in the six times I’ve visited London and I would also like to give a star to the hosts who answered any questions I had quickly and smoothly via the app. Some of the dishes and pans however could’ve really used a wash since a few of them were greasy and not washed.

Fantastic responsive host. The mattress in the main bedroom needs an upgrade, and we had a bit of a challenge with the central heating. Bathroom may also need a bit of an upgrade. Dryer doesn’t dry really well, unfortunately.

• David (9/5): Fantastic Location, Clean, Spacious and has all Kitchen and Cleaning Devices - The location was 5 mins from Earls Court Station, Tesco Express and Marks & Spencer. There was great space for a family of 5, kitchen can be slightly crammed but you get used to it and in fact we had breakfast and dinner in this kitchen for 2 adults and 3 children and all was ok. In fact the kitchen had all the pots, pans, cutlery, olive oil, salt and pepper etc.. we really didn’t have to get much from the shop as tea, coffee, cleaning stuff etc was at the apartment. Really enjoyed the stay and the area. There is a pillar in the middle of the kitchen that is opposite the dish washer and clipped my ankles twice with the door open but that’s my space awareness flaw in life!
• Adelaide (7/5): Great location, responsive host, adequate accommodation - Location. Central location and very close to the Tube, making it easy to get just about anywhere on public transportation. Also, the host was very responsive and helpful. Easy key pickup and access to the building and flat, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped with all the basics except a coffee maker. When we couldn't figure out the heat (jet lag!) the host sent someone over to help. The beds were comfortable and but there’s no comfortable place to sit - hard sofa and hard, cramped dining table and chairs. Wish there had been ice trays and a coffee maker - we brought our own AeroPress. We found the washer/dryer very confusing - instructions would have helped for us Americans who are not familiar with all-in-one washer/dryer set-up. Finally, bathroom and kitchen were only just barely broom clean - crumbs in kitchen drawers, dust and dirt in corners and along baseboards.
• Marie (8/5): Great location and near underground. - Location and layout Corridor outside bedroom rather narrow and instruction to have to remove all unused food from fridge was unusual. Fortunately the builders working next door were delighted to take it so it wasn’t wasted. Mattresses were a bit hard.

Excellent location, breakfast options within 5 minute walk, bus and metro stations also within 5-7 minutes as well. Would recommend if you are travelling with family or friends.

The underground is nearby, so very easy to travel around London from there. It was simple to check in and out, and the communication with the host was good. Had a good time there with my family Maybe a tad skimpy around the dining area, but hey, it's London and space is premium, so that's not that relevant or important.

• Isabel (8/5): Great location for our stay. - Location, area, easy access to apartment, comfortable bathroom, availability of toiletries and cleaning. Small/no dining area, not suitable for more than 3 people really. Unlike our usual experience no options for luggage (couple of hours), key info only send three days ahead which was needed for arrangements. The flat can only accomodate a couple with small children really not 5 as advertised.
