• Elena (8/5): Very good - The apartment was comfortable and clean. Apparently, the building has been renovated recently. There is everything you need for a comfortable living. The location is also good - it’s just a 5 minute walk to a shopping center and there are a lot of cafes nearby. It might be a little bit noisy at night at the weekends because of people passing by the street.

The bathroom is perfect and the bed very comfortable.The terrace is also very pleasant and offers a beautiful view of the neighbourhood. The host is also very responsive. nothing, everything was fine
• Bg (8/5): Comfort staying in Japanese street - The location was in the middle of Japanese street but the accommodation was quiet. Near Lotte Hanoi and many Japanese restaurants. The room was very clean and I could smell good when I stepped in. Getting the room key and paying the rental fee were not convenient and finding the place was not easy.

• Криворотенко (7/5): Good - I didn’t get the room I’ve booked. Receptionist explained that this is the policy of the company - if you don’t pay in advance, room goes to another guest. That makes sense but there were no information about it on the website and nobody warn me about this. So be careful. Better text them and make sure you have exactly the same room that you’ve booked.

Everything is clean, smells great, bedsheets are fresh and soft, two ac, tv. Wonderful! Please keep this place clean after yourself No complains at all
• Chuvash (10/5): The apartments had everything for a comfortable stay. - Compared to many hotels in Vietnam that I visited during this trip, this one was relatively quiet. During my time there, I was able to get a good night's sleep! At first, I was concerned when the manager informed me that the apartment I had reserved couldn't accommodate guests due to technical reasons and suggested relocating me to another of their hotels on the neighboring street. I was a bit apprehensive and mentally prepared for the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised to find myself in wonderful, brand new, modern apartments, which in my opinion were among the best in this price range. Everything was very convenient, the furniture was new, and the bed and mattress were perfect in terms of softness and firmness.
