• Viola (9/5): - We spent 3 nights at Loft Duplex, were very satisfied with our stay. The booking process was smooth, our wish was accommodated, and communication was excellent — many practical details were explained before we even had to ask. The apartment was well equipped and designed, comfortable for four people and even the couch was surprisingly confy to sleep on. I have to highlight that the apartment was exceptionally clean and everything worked perfectly. The only minor downside was that our apartment was located next to a relatively busy street. However, we were aware of this beforehand, and once the windows were closed, the noise was absolutely manageable.

• Marcin (10/5): Very nice apartment, suitable for families or pack of friends. - Interesting interior (a little bit industrial). Very close to tram line M4 (to Alexanderplatz ~20min). Restaurants nearby.

• Rebecca (9/5): Comfortabel, mooie locatie, alles aanwezig en nette host! - Mooie locatie bij OV, alles was aanwezig, niks gemist incl handdoeken en beddengoed. Heel comfortabel voor 4 volwassen personen net groot genoeg. Wel wat luidruchtige buren in de nacht en aan het begin wennen aan het geluid van de tram. Er is 1 badkamer in het slaapvertrek beneden, voor ons als gezin geen probleem.
• Reina Machuca (8/5): - La ubicación era idónea y muy bien comunicada con muchos servicios cerca, Supermercado, cine, restaurantes, farmacia. La casa es muy completa y las camas muy cómodas. La cocina tenía de todo El dueño muy atento Si abres la ventana es una calle con tráfico y hace ruido. Las escaleras son para gente hábil.

• Anders (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. My daughter visits Berlin often and confirms the apartment is well-priced for the location. From my side, the service was excellent and very customer-oriented – the staff responded quickly and positively when I mentioned a small issue. The only reason I didn’t give full points for hygiene and location is that I noticed a bit of dust in some areas that should have been cleaned. Once mentioned, the staff handled it well, and I believe it was just a one-off. As for location, Berlin is a large city. If you don’t like to use buses, trams, the U-Bahn, or e-scooter/bike services, it might feel a bit far. For us it was no problem at all – we actually enjoyed the many transport options. Overall, the apartment offers great value for money. The no-party policy is also a big plus, as it ensured quiet nights and good sleep without being disturbed by noise. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for budget-friendly accommodation with reliable service and comfort

• Bharatkumar (8/5): - The apartment is good. It has all what is needed. It's comfortable. Stairs are a problem for me they are a bit dangerous and also made from iron. Maybe the wooden stair will work well. Always has stress in my mind of injury.

Tramvajumi iki centro kainuoja nužvažiuoti 3,70 euro. su taksi apie 17 eurų. Nepatiko kad reikėjo ieškoti vietos automobilio parkingui gretimose gatvėse, nors buvo nurodyta kad kad yra vieta prie apartamentų.
• Mark (7/5): Good value, but sewage problems spoil the atmosphere - Lots of room, good location on tram line (20-30 min to center), safe neighborhood, great windows kept the (very loud) street noise out of the apartment when closed, easy check-in and -out, friendly and responsive owner. Bathroom with significant sewage smell (and right next to bedroom making sleep unpleasant). One roll of toilet paper for four guests for two nights was either wildly optimistic or a weird way to save costs. Very loud street noise (trams, traffic), so not really possible to open windows when apartment / weather was stuffy (or smelling like a sewer).
• Emese (9/5): It was comfortable for us. - It is very close to city centre. Nice kitchen. I think more than 42 sqm.🙂 There is no anything to put our cloths. It would be useful some small furniture. There is no hanger in bathroom. It is noisy if the windows are open. There is no air conditioner.

• Jfp (9/5): Good space with good value for money - Very clean, modern, great location and really good value. Nice shower, beds were comfortable and had plenty of utilities. Spacious and really good to unwind. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Could do with a little more storage and we had issues connecting to the WiFi on the TV but the owner was very responsive to our feedback.

• Tuan (6/5): Our first time experience in Berlin - Perfect facilities and the apartment is very beautiful, neat and clean. We booked for two couples, but by arrival we found out that housekeeping had only prepared for one couple. The bed in the main bedroom was broken. After contacting the staff they wanted to fix the problem right away, which is good. But since the other couple cancelled last minute, it was no longer necessary. On our day of checkout one our before checkout time, the lady from housekeeping walked in without knocking first. I was getting ready in the bathroom and the bathroom door was open. That for us was a very unpleasant experience. If it wasn't for those unnecessary problems, our stay would have been perfect and we would have given this beautiful accommodation 10 stars.
