• tobias (7/5): - The location was great, beautiful view and many touches to make it comfortable for kids. The stairs! Lugging bags up to top floor is just crazy. I also had a knee operation recently and when I had booked this back in January there was no info about it being stairs only in the description. The beds were also uncomfortable.
• Angel (3/5): - The view was absolutely beautiful, great location. It really is a perfect spot to be, close to everything. Ocean views definitely made it special. We had issues with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, which was disappointing. I had to call the office multiple times, but was only told they’d contact the cleaner and get back to me though they also mentioned they might not be able to fix the issue due to limited supplies. No one followed up, and we received no assistance during our stay. As a result, we had to go out of our way to purchase clean items ourselves at our own expense just to make the apartment usable. Well after we had checked out, we finally received a call with an apology and were asked if we had left behind the items we bought. While the apology was appreciated, it came too late and didn’t make up for the lack of support during our stay. Poor communication and service really let this place down.

• Tamara (5/5): Passable - Location No elevator. 6th floor. Patio door does not lock, glass or screen. Bedroom air-conditioning is not working. The shower head and holder rusted and can't adjust. Shower floor waste broken. The shower leaks water into the bathroom floor. Bedroom lights dull. Fans in worn condition. TV remote stopped working on the last morning. Dead lock on front door loose. Pillows are horrible. Cracks in ceiling in kitchen. No dishwasher liquid. Extra cost for linin in fine print.
