- sara (8/5): - Casa molto grande e spaziosa, camere da letto e bagno nuovi e ben puliti. Ottimo che c'è la fermata della metro vicino. La cucina è vecchiotta e spesso c'erano formiche.

Quizás podría estar un poco más mimado, la entrada y la terraza son un poco frías, sin apenas decoración. Se escucha bastante los clases de tenis ya que hay una pista cerca pero he de decir que a la noche no se escucha nada, se duerme muy bien.

- elena (8/5): Confortevole - L’appartamento ha il bagno ristrutturato e i mobili nuovi. Pulito con lenzuola, asciugamani e prodotti per il bagno. Il proprietario gentile ci ha fatto anche lasciare i bagagli. Comodo alla metro con numerosi bar in zona per la colazione L’appartamento andrebbe rivisto in alcune parti

- Dan (8/5): Perfectly adequate. - Very large apartment. The bedroom was very nice with comfy beds. The outside space was lovely on a tennis court — perfect to enjoy breakfast on a warm day. The apartment felt secure for a solo traveller and pretty secure. Very good location. Good value for money. The kitchen needs full re-fit but the induction hob is perfectly functional — has been replaced recently. The bedrooms are well equipped but for no reason one of the window is blocked by a tall wardrobe cabinet? The other window is lovely. Brand new mosquito nets should be fitted as Rome can get very humid.
